This is a locale with all the trappings of your friendly neighborhood bakery. It's got good fresh food, an inviting atmosphere and warm staff/ownership that make you feel like you're family. I just stopped in and got a coconut lime donut. Absolutely amazing. Fresh, soft, great flavor. A lot of places put tons of showy toppings on to hide a bad pastry. This is the real deal. Simple toppings and a fantastic base.

Fantastic coffee, delicious donuts, unbeatable breakfast sandwiches and incredible pastries. This is my favorite place to stop before a long day at work or a casual weekend. Jackson and Courtney are fantastic and the space they’ve created is equally so. Highly recommend.

A true coffee and donut shop with breakfast sandwiches and some of the best bakery I’ve ever tasted, even in Germany. All the donuts are brioche donuts. Brioche. You read that right. The English muffins are like pillows for your breakfast sandwich. Like nothing you’ve tasted. ... if you give this place less than four stars, seek psychiatric help. Stayed the night in Cleveland on our way from Nashville to Rochester, NY. Wanted something good, local and quality for breakfast. Bingo. Terrapin—you gotta go here. Well, only if you like an amazing breakfast sandwich with homemade bun/brioche or the best damn cinnamon rolls and donuts this side of Alaska. Damn it. I already want more but there’s just no room left. Can you be satisfied and still want more? Terrapin will help you answer this question. Beside the high-quality, deliciousness at Terrapin, the customer service is personal. The owner made our coffee and he is just one of those guys that you want to own a bakery. He makes it seem easy but his heart and soul are in it big time. Super nice guy—not in a hurry, great hospitality and just a cool dude. The woman at the front counter is quirky and fun. She will get you what you want and lead you to the best options to meet your needs. Like I said, you gotta go here if you are in Cleveland.

Terrapin Bakery has OUTSTANDING cakes! We got the Heath and chocolate cake for a co-worker last week, and I just had to come back and get the same cake for my wife's birthday today. Dropped it off to her at work, and everyone LOVED it. Keep up the great work! Will DEFINITELY be back!

An excellent new addition to south Tremont. The owners are so nice and the food/baked goods are to die for. I like to get an almond latte. She makes the almond syrup from scratch and it’s amazing. Kind of limited parking, but it’s worth the trip.

We tried Terrapin for the first time this morning. Picked up the cinnamon rolls and a half dozen donuts. The cinnamon rolls were still warm, wow ! I'm usually not a fan of maple but these were amazing. The lemon lavender donuts are exceptional, we will definitely be back for more! A hidden gem in Tremont. A must try if you are ever in the neighborhood. The owners were informative and gracious, they made a great first impression.

Really awesome bakery with a lot of options and friendly people working there. The person out the counter helped us pick out some of his favorites. Got the lemon bar, oatmeal cream pie, and their homemade beignets. All really good. The best thing was the sausage, egg, ABC cheese sandwich. Every ingredient was perfect, and topped with perfectly baked bread. A lot of options; definitely worth stopping

Stopped in today for breakfast & coffee. All I can say is wow! The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. The brioche rolls they make the sandwiches with are out of this world! The donuts are also very good. We enjoyed the apple cider ones but they have a large variety of options. The cold brew was strong and very tasty. 10/10 recommend! Wish we lived closer!

Very tasty coffee and not bad cake, the establishment itself is very calm, the interior is not bad, but the cafe is not very clean. The service is excellent and good. It is very good that there is a parking lot and you can sit and drink hot coffee and eat delicious cookies.

This place has it all; welcoming, accommodating, great coffee, and the breakfast sandwiches were outstanding. The only thing I’m disappointed in is not going back for some pastries to go! Sadly, I’m out of town and can’t enjoy soon enough, but it was a great stop before getting on the road. Get there early if you want the best selection of pastries and donuts ;)

So very good!!! Excellent coffee, and amazing pastries and other baked goodies. We ordered far more than we could even eat, but it all looked so good we just had to try a bit of everything! Unique donuts were delish. Breakfast sandwiches were very good—loved the flaky but substantial brioche style bread they are served on. We loved the charming and friendly staff too. Great little spot!!

Just found this gem today. The doughnuts are amazing with flavors you won't find at your run of the mill doughnut shops. As far as their coffee I have only tried the Chai and it was on point. Myself and the kids give them a solid 5 stars.

While out about...look for local, support them! This gem is absolutely outstanding! Lil off any beaten path, but well worth the time to find. The donut was to die for, the coffee excellent and the people here are saints. Post-COVID these are the businesses I loooooove to visit, support and help the local places. Thank you so much! Best donuts and breakfast sandwich in the land. I am obsessed with cortados and even though it is off the menu they always oblige and make a great drink. The cakes they sell are top notch and very reasonably priced. A staple whenever I am in the area.

I went in for a coffee then came out with a sandwich and a donut as well. The Turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich looks like it should be in a commercial it's so Wonderfully delicious! The coffee is just the way I Like it and the donut is butterfinger Crusted and Heavenly! The people are down-to-earth and also kind ! If ever you're in the neighborhood stop in And you won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work

the food is amazing, the service and communication with customer leaves a lot to be desired.. maybe if you consistently sell out of food hours before your listed closing time you should make more food, close earlier, or try to communicate that to customers via your social channels. It’s 2023 not 1993 it doesn’t seem hard to make a story or a post that says “sold out for the day” so prospective people who maybe drive 10-30 minutes to eat this wonderful food don’t waste an hour of their day

Quick and friendly service. Veggie burrito was great, donuts very good. A tad on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

Wow! These were the most impressive and delicious breakfast sandwiches that we have had possibly ever. The buns were amazing, dense, buttery and delicious. The coffee and espresso were perfectly brewed. Lemon Lavendar donuts .... I mean just look at them!! Also the staff were super nice! Happily and seamlessly accommodated a substitution for an allergy. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

First time going to this place, got 2 breakfast sandwiches and their apple cider donut. Absolutely delicious! Best breakfast sandwich and donuts we’ve found so far in Cleveland. Sandwich flavors were spot on, and donut was incredibly fresh, not too sweet, and melt in your mouth. Staff was super friendly as well! Will undoubtedly be going back!

Terrapin has hands-down my favorite donuts in the city. The donuts are light and fluffy and so so flavorful - they're made from brioche dough. The Key Lime and Lemon Lavender donuts are favorites of mine. Their donut "flavors" range from classic to creative and of course other treats and coffee are there as well. I will comment that even though they offer iced beverages - it is really a hot drink kind of place. Their hot lattes are so good!

Heard so many great things about this place and had to try it for myself. The coffee was fantastic, the donuts were sublime and full of flavor. But the best part of my experience? The folks working behind the counter; courteous and friendly. Will be back. Very soon.

Killer egg & cheese breakfast sandwich served on a brioche bun with a chive smear. Freakin delicious. They also have great coffee, donuts, and other pastry items. Parking lot in the back; gotta check them out!
