So glad I visited Westside location of 𝐁&𝐌 𝐁𝐁𝐐. I ordered à la carte chicken 🍗 wings with bbq sauce, fried shrimp 🍤 cheese macaroni, baked beans and yams 🍠. It was ready to go within 5mins and tasted great!!

The wings were amazing, i ate em so fast I don't even remember chewing em, I could drink the BBQ sauce outta cup it's so good, and the gentleman at the counter was an absolute sweetheart, his customer service skills are on point. Very satisfied, keep up the good work guys.

This food is not good. I ordered 2 perch sandwiches and 2 Mac & cheeses, this perch looks nasty & like it’s been left out all day. The perch came on some thin sandwich bread, no lettuce, no tomato. Nothing. They gave me a small side of frys and a side of Mac & cheese and I don’t really have to say anything I’ll just attach pictures and you guys can see for yourself. Very disappointing.

Decided to check out this place after seeing the chain featured on Fresh, Fried, & Crispy. It was a nice little place with some of the best fried catfish I've ever had. The workers were fantastic and very polite. I loved how the place is decorated with a lot of positive messages. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Cleveland.

Every time I go the wings were old ugly with feathers never had a fresh cooked wings it was like they refried them and put sauce on the wings,the sauce was good mac and cheese wasn't polishboys need better sausage but they have good customers service Gave B&M bbq 12626 Bellaire ave Cleveland Ohio 44135 one more chance received 3 of these in my 8pc wings and the catfish was under cooked.

This place is amazing. Everytime I order they put a little extra something into it. I would pick this hard working family owned business anyday! P.s. amazing desserts too!

Fish was on point and crispy like I ask, fries were basic until that bbq sauce hit em. Shout out to huey there for the service and asking me how exactly I wanted it. Came out right and will definitely be coming back

I use to come here for year's up until 2019 and the food was always good and fresh . I grabbed a chicken dinner today and it was horrible, full of grease the fries taste like they was from save a lot, full of grease and hard. I couldn't believe it! It wasn't the b&m sauce, taste like Walmart bbq sauce!! This can't be b&m... Never again!!!!

I ordered a polish boy and the daily special wings and fries. Polish boy was small no fries on the polish boy. The bun was small like a hot dog bun and the wings not enough sauce and the fries you can give to a 3 year old. 6 fries that’s it. I rather go on 105 off St. Clair because it way better and the serving of the food is a lot. The drive going on the east side is worth it. Also, besides the food, the staff is Wonderful, friendly and they always have a smile on there face.

The food was excellent, I ate them wings so fast I don't even remember chewing them. The sauce is amazing and so was the gentlemen who took my order. I will definitely be back again. Keep up the good work guys.

The fish was spoiled. Took a bite it smelled and tasted terrible inside. Called and went back it was replaced with different kind of fish. Owner said my original fish was fresh but it was no doubt spoiled rotten and this would’ve been noticed upon cooking and proper management of food items. Regardless it’s unacceptable and it made me sick. The Mac and cheese and greens were extra salty that I could not eat either. The fries were hard and greasy. The wings were extra small and not breaded like the other locations. The sauce and coleslaw is also not the same as other locations. Will never return.

It was great. The daily specials are an amazing deal and i really hope they can keep their good prices. I will be back, also the staff was fun, good people! I loved the spicy polish boy and wings. Delicious bbq sauce!

I was so disappointed in the service and food over a year ago! My daughter requested the chicken..But I figured a lot can change in a year…I was dead wrong! The service and food is still absolutely disgusting! Today, I bought chicken wings ($40) worth for my family! Got home and they were nasty, burned, over cooked and dipped in sauce! I called them…the one on the Westside of Cleveland and the person had the nerve to tell me that they were fresh! I told him not to insult my intelligence because I know old food when I see it! I would like corporate to refund us and hire some people that can cook and who cares about the customers who spend their hard earned money! Next time I’ll just cook at home and avoid that God awful place!
