    People working there are phenomenal!They are very professional and they are taking their job very seriously.     I highly recommend Brooklyn Fitness. I’ve never had fitness coaching before and have never been all that confident with weight-lifting, but have felt the need to bulk up lately due to a lot of heavy lifting at work. The team at Brooklyn Fitness have made the experience far more enjoyable and inspiring than I could have imagined. Shout-out to Marlene and Rubin for getting me up to speed fast, keeping an eye on my form, and keeping me wanting to come back!! It is truly a great team and an excellent program, which they are happy to fit to your specific goals.

    Brooklyn fitness is the best gym in BK. After an assessment, they personalize your workout based off of your needs, the program changes every 30 workouts or so you are constantly being challenged. The trainers are brilliant, they provide tips that make worlds of differences in your routine, not to mention they are badass down to earth and friendly. I live in Crown Heights and travel to Sunset Park just to train with these folks. Good vides all around, no judgment zone and no mirrors on the floor no meat heads just you and your goals.

    Great gym the atmosphere. There amazing it’s calm The trainers are amazing and really nice Chris Mario an Elsi they’re really there for you. Every step of the way. Wish I found this gym years ago.

    Brooklyn Fitness has exactly what I needed and required for my health goals. The coaches and independent coaches are all skilled, patient and mindful for your weight loss journey. Coaches are always providing the right techniques for your training. The environment has a mature and respectful crowd of clients. The gym members are only focused on their own training. Which makes the environment very comfortable to perform your workout.

    If you are looking for a gym with a family feel, I highly recommend you try Brooklyn Fitness. I tried them out to help me prepare for the Adidas Stockholm Marathon. I am the kind of person who does not like strength training and need to join a gym to hold myself accountable. I worked with Coach Mario for 3 months. We discussed my goals, likes, dislikes, and made an evolving program. If you are vocal about what you want the coaches will change up your program. For example, I like to keep things interesting by incorporating TRX, sled, and other gym “toys” into my program. Sometimes it takes a few tries, so be patient. It will be worth it when you find the right recipe. The semi private program works with an app. Your sessions can be fairly independent and you will receive guidance from your coach as needed (form correction, use less or more weight, modifications). Most of the exercises even have a video on the app you can follow. I like this concept because I can drop into the gym at anytime and get started on my workout. I really appreciate the flexibility with respect to scheduling also. I have to make a mention that Coach Mario has an amazing attitude. His positivity is infectious and encouraging. You will be lucky to work with him. Thank you for helping me succeed at my marathon journey. Not only am I a finisher, but I finished strong and injury free.

    Thank you so much Brooklyn Fitness! You guys are the best! I've been training with Mario and Chris for 3 months now and it's been a great experience. They have great energy and passion for what they do. They are extremely well qualified to be trainers, they know their stuff and they are constantly learning. Brooklyn Fitness has a great community of people who are fun to work out with, encouraging and supportive. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Fitness as a place to train, whether you're starting out.

    Supportive, welcoming gym with knowledgeable, encouraging trainers. Clean, great equipment, and a lot of fun too. Challenging workouts that also meet you where you are and encourage you to learn more about your overall health and performance. Could not recommend enough!

    I ran the NYC Marathon in 2018, and what I discovered I really liked about training was the structure. I had a coach, who I would meet and run with twice a week and give me running homework for when we weren't together. So when I decided to seek more full body fitness, I wanted to find a place that would offer me a similar structure. The only problem was: Personal training is expensive. But the folks at Brooklyn Health and Performance found a way to make it affordable. They do that by not having 1-on-1 personal training, small group training. So, while there is always a program and a coach waiting for me when I go in, there may also be one or two people working out at the same time as me. I've been going here for a month now, and it's never been a problem. We're all doing different things, and the coaches do a great job of rotating through the room to make sure we're doing everything correctly and are challenging ourselves. For me, it's perfect. I don't have to think, as the program is written out for me already. I've got coaches there to push me and hold me accountable when I need it. But I also have the freedom to come in whenever I want (be it at 6:30am on a Tuesday or 2:00pm on a Sunday), knowing that there will always be a coach there to help me. The staff are all personable an helpful. I couldn't have picked a better place to go!

    I've been a member of Brooklyn Fitness gym for the past few months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best gyms I've ever joined. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of equipment, so there's something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend Brooklyn Fitness gym to anyone looking for a top-notch gym experience!

    I been training here for over 2 weeks now and I must say the trainers are very professional.very friendly environment and for a person like myself who found it hard to get up and go the gym this gym change that I found myself wanting to be in there everyday.

    Clean gym, friendly staff. It sucks that almost all of the racks and free weights are all on one small floor because there's clearly not enough space for everyone. Everything feels cramped but you work with what you can. 4 squat racks, 3 benches, and lots of free weight benches. Pretty decent.

    The absolute best gym I have ever been to! The trainers are always there to guide you through your workout and answer any questions that you may have. A very fun, inviting atmosphere to workout in. They tailor workouts based on your goals & the workouts themselves are quick! The HIIT classes are also KILLER!

    Fantastic gym, incredibly happy I signed up. The coaches are extremely friendly and are diligent in working with you on technique. The facilities themselves are extremely clean and are very roomy and bright. Great spot that I intend to keep visiting!

    I have spent most of my life as a high performance athlete both in the military and outside the military. My health and well-being is in a better place because of my introduction to Brooklyn Fitness. When you have so many experts in one place, It doesn’t feel like any gym I’ve experienced before, it feels like I’m with family. Thank you Reuben, Elsie and Tommy, you all rock.

    Brooklyn Fitness is a great place and has tons of space. Its everything that you could want in a functional setting to improve your skills. I highly recommend anyone who's looking to get in the best shape of their lives to come give this place a try. I just started working out here and it’s definitely helped me step my game up.

    I'm really loving Brooklyn fitness! The workouts are fun and easy to follow on the app. I'm usually not into using my phone when I exercise, but it's very user friendly. The trainers are also great and give me lots of advice on how to do the movements correctly. Lastly - I love the 24 hour access!

    I had an awesome experience at Brooklyn Fitness. The facility is very clean and inviting. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind. Before you start you get a full assessment of your body and goals (which was beyond valuable to me). Then a personalized plan is created, tailored to you specifically. And it was so easy to follow, so easy to track progress, and just really broke down the process of making your goals a reality. I highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about meeting their goals in life; this is the place to be.

    public gyms always feel so packed I love the open space you get from brooklyn fitness you get a better sense of community here the coaches are always on the floor ready to help and answer questions coach mario has helped me answer any fitness, gym, or nutrition related questions i had making the overall membership process easier to understand.

    If you're looking for a trainer in Brooklyn, Brooklyn Fitness is where you wanna go. I've always struggled to move beyond a certain plateau and Chris and Mario have helped push me to help meet my goals and aspire to new ones. No questions asked. The trainers are some of the nicest friendliest people around.They are attentive and always communicating, meeting you where you are and getting you where you want to be. I have been on the unlimited plan and the amount of coaching and hands on help is beyond worth the price. I highly recommend this gym for anybody whose looking to start training.
