I looked around at a lot of places to train in Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Elements was by far the most affordable, and the small class sizes mean more individual attention. I couldn't be happier. Great staff, super knowledgeable, fun and supportive environment. The best. I'd give it more stars if I could.

It's rare to find a gym that has a great balance of laid back atmosphere combined with the ability to have hard, tough training sessions. Elements provides! A great place for new comers to martial arts with knowledgeable, friendly instructors and awesome training partners to push your progression.

12 year old boy enrolled! Loves it! Combination of 3 arts! Very reasonable pricing compared to other dojos. Mike is the manager that works with the children. Very proficient and accurate and patient! Hey for under $200 a month for 12 sessions a month give your kid or yourself some great physical workout with some artistic skill! Bonus: The children loves Mikes dog Phoenix! Super friendly quiet dog! Love him!

This place checks all the boxes of criteria for a martial arts school. Supportive community of students. Bonafide instructors who work with your level of fitness. Clean and modern facility. Great location and competitive pricing. Your monthly dues grant access to all of the school's classes.

Fantastic community gym-joined after moving to the neighborhood and needing a serious fitness-motivation. The other students are friendly & supportive. The teachers are friendly, talented and get to know each student individually, the "curriculum" is engaging and challenging. For my money this is the absolute best work out and sports-experience I've had in a long, long time.

Elements is an awesome school, with a great vibe & energy, and with great instructors. As someone who has trained jiu-jitsu for a long time at many different schools, Elements is pretty top notch in location, schedule, cleanliness, and friendliness. I recommend everyone come and try this gym not only for jiu-jitsu, but for there incredible muay-thai coaches, and budokon sensei's as well. Elements feels like a community and a family, and that's the best part for me.

Highly recommend: Training is serious while people are friendly. The gym has something for people of all experience/commitment levels, the biggest draw for me was the comfortable cheerful vibe. I joined the Muay Thai class on a whim, after walking past the gym one day. With no real background in martial arts, I stayed because I liked: - that it’s a solid workout - the feeling of progress (you’re encouraged to join sparring over time, but its optional to actually do so) - flexibility: you pay monthly for a number of classes per week, and can come in on different days as needed. - fees: Reasonably priced, and the rates are listed upfront on the website. - coaches who are super knowledgeable and motivating

All around great environment to learn and train. There is a true sense of community that is very inviting for all newcomers (especially if you are a beginner at martial arts). We are lucky to have such a high level of training from such great instructors/practitioners at our neighborhood gym!

This is the spot. Inclusive, supportive family vibes, but with enough people who want to push the edge a bit if you want to get after it and train hard. Unbelievably qualified coaches and instructors who are fluent and active practitioners of the arts themselves. Been a member for over a year and it has been a life-changing gift. If you have any interest in BJJ or Muy Thai, or just wanna learn something new and get fit AF in the process, I'd suggest taking a class or 100.

I have trained Bjj all over the city, in different states and different countries; And I have nothing but praise for this club! The instruction is solid and thorough! They helped me with my training for the no-gi PanAms this year; I got to do no-gi in every class and guys came in just to help me train. A really nice and good group of people! Ps. Their Muay Thai is on point! Jon (CPT and eternal blue belt)

πŸ‘πŸ‘ It is an amazing stay for people that really just need a bed for the night in the middle of New York. We stayed for a week and first of all the location is unbeatable. Right next to central park and even in a 20 minutes walk distance to time square. I absolutely loved the immense gym. Alone for the...
