Would be 5 stars if they didn’t use that software where they turn the iPad around and suggest I leave a tip. That makes me uncomfortable to tip in a wine store and also makes me think the store owners aren’t paying their employees a fare wage. I might go back if this is the most convenient, but I know lots of wine stores that don’t ask me to tip, and I will think about going to those first.

For a small wine shop in Bushwick they act like your business is not wanted. From being greeted by an obvious look up and down for no reason. To picking up something off the floor because the wind blew it in and asking if they have a garbage and being told they don't have a trashcan. It's obvious when people who have very little hospitality experience open up a place or perhaps forget how to be hospitable. Best of luck ... Remember how to be hospitable.

the service here is really genuine which compliments the dope coffee they put out. all the baked goods are pretty friggin tasty, be sure to come early enough to grab a ham and cheese (they can heat it up, es so gouda) also the vegan cinnamon roll is great.

A very tiny (2-seated) but adorable coffee shop right in the heart of Brooklyn. Although the aesthetics always have me googly-eyed, the refreshments are equally enticing and worth coming back for. During my latest trip, I had its Ginger Peach Ice Tea, and it was super refreshing/delish.

This is a fantastic little coffee shop! Staff is very friendly. It’s super small, but great if you just need some amazing coffee on the go. There is a small table top to sit at but that’s it for seating. The coffee is awesome! They do only roast one type of bean, but they do it well! It would be nice to have an alternative option or be able to go back on a regular basis and try something different. Other than that, I can’t say enough about this place! Swing on by, you won’t be disappointed!

A coffee shop not to be overlooked! The guys who work there are super nice and the service is always friendly. They make their own in-house vanilla syrup, making their Iced Vanilla Lattes the best in Brooklyn. They have a selection of pastries, catering to every dietary requirement. Would highly recommend the Ham and Cheese Croissant or the Old Fashioned Vegan Donut. Like others have said, it's a small place so definitely more of a stop and go and it can get a little busy in the morning. If you're lucky and have some time on your hands, sit down on one of the two only stools and watch the hustle and bustle go by!

I just purchased a bottle of wine from this establishment. I was so happy when it opened up. Its nice to have a wine and spirits small business in the neighborhood and a few blocks away. I give it one star due to the rude service I just experienced with a store employee, manager or owner. My first couple of times shopping at Hearts & Spirits was welcoming and warm. The person at the store today 4/28/21, was off the charts rude. This was my second time I purchased wine with this particular person in the store. I felt he was too aggressive when I enter store. He approached me as if I was going to break a bottle or rob the place. It’s a tiny store, I don’t under why he has to jump up and ask if I need help just as I walked through the door? I told him that I felt a little a intimidated by his approach. He told me, ‘he’s been in sales for 10 years and no one never told him that!” I replied with I’m sorry, its how I feel. After paying the wine, he rushed to the front door, opened it , and with a dramatic sweeping gesture of his arm, he me showed the street. I love supporting small businesses. I never give Yelp or Google reviews. This is my first one. The Heart's Wine & spirits carry unique labels that are well priced. Everything I had purchased there no complaints. I would normally tell all my neighbors how nice it is, but I can’t shake the icky experience I had today, and will tell my neighbors about it. I’ll just continue to go to Henry’s on Central and have my rose summer there.

The team members at Heart's Wine are incredibly helpful!! They'll give out samples of what they're tasting, and help explain any wines that you may be new to or wanting to try. I've visited twice now asking for recommendations, and they've helped me each time, narrow down my selection according to style, taste, occasion, food, and more. Best part is they also carry items from local distilleries and distributors to help support small businesses creating quality products (my last purchase was the Roulette Rye, which is excellent) Come here for great service, an excellent selection, and genuinely good people.

The owners Kim & Carlos are the SWEETEST people ever! I love starting my day with them. This place has VEGAN OPTIONS PPL! They have the BEST vegan mozzarella (coconut based) I have ever had, and my second favorite is the balsamic sweet potato and arugula sandwich! On a VEGAN CROISSANT. Stop by this adorable café. If you haven’t made them your neighborhood staple, do it!

Such an unpleasant experience with an associate that made me feel awkward and like a nuisance while they sat there with their foot on the counter…

This wine shop is such a gem in Bushwick ! They have very unique and small batch wines that are fun to try. The space is very clean, cozy, and it always smells amazing inside. The owner and staff are always extremely friendly and help recommend excellent wines. I love trying a new one each week and every single wine I have tried has been delicious. I also appreciate that this is a Black owned business in the neighborhood. Highly recommend stopping by and trying this place out, and if you are local — this should be your go to spot!
