the manager/owner has terrible customer service. he was racist, ignorant, & a thief. there is a sign that says byob $10 pp but no sign stating that no one can be standing in the establishment. he greeted us asked for his $10 pp. we told him we'll be sitting at the only two tables empty because more of our friends were coming (he had the opportunity to tell us then he couldn't have ppl standing but he didn't say anything) . he gladly took the money, served us our hookah & once the rest of us came about 5 minutes later he told us we cant stay. we weren't going to stay separate on our friends birthday so we left after we tried to make him understand the point of how unprofessional & disrespectful he was. he then locks the door behind us & called the detectives/cops on us. sn: he let a very very drunk girl be carried out & back in the place but we couldn't stay because some ppl were going to be standing ?? smh. do not waste your $ here, there are many more professional & fun byob spots in brooklyn.

Beware!! Not real shisha! No tobacco in the “shisha”. The employees have no idea whats in the hookah. This place is for children. Byob with a $10 fee PER PERSON! Also it’s freezing inside the building. Don’t waste your time and money.

Under new management and has been completely renovated - and this place is AWESOME. The black light/neon theme is awesome, the music is great, and even if you're not a hookah enthusiast its a chill atmosphere to just hang out with your people after a long day.

Had a great time

This is the hottest spot in the hood. If you not here on Fridays and Saturdays you missing out!!. Its litt on the weekends if you want some nice chill vibes I would recommend coming on weekdays. The hookahs are off the hook and they got exotic flavors. I would recommend trying mint with blue mist, trust me you wont regret it.

Its 20 at the door BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE and hookah available. It's a nice spot with good vibes but it is NOT a stand around spot. Its very loud and the atmosphere is "TURNT"UP. Starts to get crowded around 12-1am. Also dont call the number because you probably won't get through so just text.

they are very disrespectful... I called and asked them what time do they open and he hung up on me. I called back 4 times and he declined my phone all. online it said they were open but when I went there, they were closed. I just wanted to know the time they open. If you want a good hookah spot, go to steinway where there is a strip of hookah spots you can choose from right next to each other. 💯

Went once a long time ago when they first opened. There were barely any amenities but we had a great time and the paan hookah was the best I've ever had which is why I gave them two stars. Other than that, I tried to come on two separate occasions (for example: today, Sunday 7 PM) and they were closed each time. Not sure why it says open everywhere online if they're not.. can't imagine how frustrated I would be if I had traveled from afar. Makes me wonder if this place is still open??

Place has nice black light theme. The hookah and music are on point too.

Great hookah lounge in the area all new furnature inside good music you can also request your own. The flavors last 2 hours which is crazy finally a hidden gem in this neighborhood
