This was my second time visiting in a few months and a lot has changed! Each patron must purchase a minimum of 2 cigars to enjoy the lounge. There is also an uncorking fee if you are drinking your own alcohol and there is no alcohol served there. I could not stay....the changes were too much too soon for me.

Atmosphere wasn't awful. I just went in to buy a cigar and leave. Posting a low rating because I wasn't impressed that the person at the counter added a 15% tip for herself and signed the credit card transaction without asking me. Very unprofessional especially considering how overpriced the dried-out cigars were to begin with. She was pretty friendly before the transaction, so that's nice.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the lounge is cool and fun to hang out in. BUT... This Cigar Lounge recently changed its policy. Before if you wanted to bring in your own cigars all you had to pay was $10 cutting fee. Now they want you to purchase 2 cigars from the lounge in order to smoke your own. It’s a big deal because they have a horrible cigar collection, cigars that I wouldn’t take if they were giving them for free and I’ve spent time building a quality collection on my own. There’s limited choices and quality. Why would a cigar lounge punish the customers most likely to keep coming back? This is a major step back.

It does the job. Smoky place, needs better smoke eating, must re-up sticks with more consistency. All in all, its reliable and that's worth something. Always stop here if I'm need of a stick for a walk or moment. There is just so much room for improvement given their great location.

Great place to catch up with friends over stogies and Stoli ( or whatever beverage YOU discreetly bring, management will provide you with the appropriate drinking vessel). A good place to pre-game or post-game, or watch a game. Natalie is a fantastic hostess and manager.

I have to say I didn’t stay but a hot second but this is why....walked in, we were greeted with welcome but the place is no bigger than my bathroom! One guy was sprawled out on the couch. It’s a bit run down and could use a serious upgrade. The air ventilation was terrible. It just wasn’t top notch establishment that I had expected. It felt like the crypt keeper’s den.

Originally I'm from Rochester, NY. So when I came down to Brooklyn to work I was looking for a new place to enjoy a cigar. I found Diamante's. When I called to inquire if the establishment allowed indoor smoking, David Diamante himself answered the phone and replied, "Yes sir. We actually encourage it". With excellent guest service, wonderful atmostsphere and awesome conversation, Diamante's is a sure bet. Unlike other cigar houses, inns or lounges that simply leaves you feeling like you "Blew Smoke" in a room Diamante's always considers you a special guests.

Natalie was very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I bought a couple of cigars and hung out with the locals who were good fun. We loved it. We'll be back for sure next time we are in town.

Outdated and too rustic given the location. Filters were not working very well to exhaust the cigar smoke. Makes it hard to truly taste a good cigar! If you like very dark and dingy lounges this is the place for you. I prefer a bright, modern, well ventilated lounge that gets cleaned regularly.

Diamante's cigar lounge is fantastic. The lounge is comfortable and welcoming. David, the owner of Diamante's Cigar Lounge, is an excellent guy. Funny and knowledgeable. Natalie, the hostess with the mostess, is charming and she knows her cigars as well. Their selection is made up of all of the best premium cigars available. If youre looking for something different and original try their house blends. Their blend is smooth and approachable and a pleasant after taste. If you're in New York City make the trip down here. To sum it up its a laid back atmosphere with great people and a great smoke.
