This place is ok. Everything is super cheap, so not the best quality. Definitely not clean because they had rats running around. They offer few games like cards, dominos and others but when we asked for the dominos 9 pieces were missing so we couldn't play.

This lounge has some of the best flavors that you cant find elsewhere. I definitely recommend SPICY GRAPE (creamy + grapey), LIMONCELLO (Iced out COOL Lemon) and THANOS (tastes life FRESH Watermelon candy). The staff is very knowledgeable about hookah and always recommend good flavors to me and my group of friends. MUST VISIT SPOT with a Calm vibe and nice NBA & NFL games on daily

The best hookah lounge in NYC for sure! The customer service is top notch! They have all kind of mixes from minty to fruity. Just ask for help and the employees will help you to choose the taste that you would love! I have been going to Red Mist for more than 5 years so I know what I am saying. They also have really good shakes and appetizers. If you are a fan or even just a casual hookah smoker you have to come to Red Mist!

First time at this place. A friend of mine brought me here. Nice calm chill spot to catch up with friend or a calm night with the lady. Wings are great, fries not so much. The fries had a weird taste that threw me off a bit. Hookahs were great. I'll come again. I won't order the fries tho

I truly am a very day hookah smoker and I have to say I was super surprised. This spot is low key but on point. The staff is very friendly and make you feel super at home. The manager broke down the numerous favors there and truly gave me a new understanding to hookah and the fries are A1. I would suggest anyone who smokes hookah to pass by this spot.

Great customer service , calm setting and work space friendly - They do not serve alcohol, which makes this environment great for conversations.

This hookah is amazing when the guys servers you but the girl is so rude she be having a mean face like she doesn’t want to serve us or something I feel like all customers should be treated the same it should matter who it is no matter what you buy she Always has an attitude with my friends and I which is not profession at all

Hookah isn’t my thing but it’s a nice place. One of my friend accidentally push the hookah and staff kindly replaced it with another one. Fries are too oily but the chicken tenders was good.

Where to start? First of all, no alcohol is served at this place! Wait, the disappointment goes deeper. My party and I were asked to sit in the outside portion of the lounge, and the spot where we were seated was swarming with mosquitoes. When we voiced our concern to the server, we were told "Yeah, that happens." If you are going to place patrons outside due to not having the vaccine card, at least light something for the mosquitoes! The service was painfully slow as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I've lived in the area over 10 years. I just started coming to this hookah lounge with my boyfriend. The spot is very chill. A calm environment with awesome staff. The workers here are really nice and friendly. I would recommend this low key cool vibe lounge for anyone who enjoys hanging with their friend(s)/significant other/co workers/ family with no drama and a calm setting....

BEST hookah lounge in the area….Service is top notch. They offer a delicious menu with different food and drinks options. And Their hookah flavors are the best🔥🔥….they have a very nice seating area in the back as well
