Awful experience (aside from nice door person)—white male bartender was extremely aggressive and rude “next time ask for lime juice instead and save me my garnish!!!” simply because I asked for an extra lime in my drink. Unreal and childish behaviors. Will not return. I understand that this industry is taxing but don’t take it out on customers that have nothing to do with your previous transactions/ interactions with customers or if you are having a bad night.

Love this place but the big bald bouncer (on Saturday night 7/30) gotta go. I come here often and every time that one bouncer is there I get uncomfortable prior to entering. Please talk to him about checking his attitude or get someone with some charisma. He stares me down and makes me feel like im a ex that did him dirty or sum lmaoooo animosity fr 😭😭😭 If I have another bad encounter I will post a update Thanks From local poc she/they

great dance spot for people who just wanna let loose or straight up audio phreaks. the drink selection was pretty exspensive and the bartender was super nice. love the screens on the bar though, pretty entrancing

Really cool bar. Great little concept bar with old TVs and the menu looking like a 90s computer screen. The DJ was also super fun and the staff cool. Very good vibe. Oh and the cocktails were really good!

I’ve been coming to Jupiter Disco for probably close to 8 years. I absolutely love this place with all my heart. Never a bad time, always fun, great tunes, affordable drinks, perfect location. If you’re looking to dance, this place is a must!

I’m from Tokyo and clubbing a lot. But Jupiter disco is one of the best atmosphere my clubbing history. They have sophisticated space design the combination between rétro 80s and neo future. The sounds system also amazing. Not too much bass sound, but you can clearly hear the music. Very good.

Blink and you’d miss it, this little nightclub style venue serves fresh cocktails in what is probably the darkest bar I’ve been into. We visited on a Tuesday evening so naturally the place was quiet, but I got the impression things were going to heat up a bit later (they’re open super late). Cocktails were very alcohol forward, music was great, staff friendly and accommodating. Will return!

Just the coolest spot. I almost missed it - there's no real signage, almost felt like I was walking into an underground party. Minimalist decor, tasty drinks, interesting, international crowd, and a fantastic/unique (vintage?) sound system that is the absolute perfect mix at medium volume giving you the full dynamic range that people can still have a conversation over. A luxury in this modern club era. Also, the DJ's were playing french house. It doesn't get much better than this folks.

Unassuming bar yet so fun! I geeked out about the ambiance and how its space themed. Its a small space but we came here on a Saturday night around 11 and still found space to dance... I will say that shortly after we arrived, a line developed, so its probably best to get there early. A plus was that the bouncer was also very nice to us. If you're in the area, definitely check it out.

Can't review much when I had to pay 10 dollars a person and non of the bartenders wanted to serve us. We stood at the bar for over ten minutes and each server would look us over and ask other patrons near us what would they like to drink. After minutes of being intentionally ignored my date tried to get the attention of one of the bartenders and he rudely posed with two cups in his hand as if saying I'm busy. Once he was done he goes on to serve other patrons and continues to ignore us. Not just him but the other bartenders. I think because we didn't look like the other patrons we were singled out and flat out ignored, I went to the lady collecting money at the door got our cover back and went to a more welcoming bar. That experience was really unwarranted and questionable.

AN ABSOLUTE GEM!!! Hands down my favorite bar in NYC! Decor and drinks are fantastic, unique and fun, love trying out all the different flavors (they are usually pretty strong too) DJs vary a lot and they always have interesting or different music playing, although lots of disco influenced genres and always a good dance party. We usually prefer to come early around 8 or 9 before it gets too crowded. Only issue is how crowded it can get at times, not Jupiter’s fault, they are just a victim of their own success. Wish they would expand, but at the same time I love their cozy vibe.

This place is so cute. Definitely lives up to its name “Jupiter Disco”…it feels as though you’re in a bar in space (or what I would imagine that feels like). The drinks were great but a little pricey IMO. Bartenders could be a little more amicable and attentive. Overall decent spot to grab a drink, people watch, and vibe out to some groovy music!

It was ok it was just that the security guy inside that checked our ids was acting unprofessional with a bad attitude that definitely ruins the experience and the business overall, as we walked in the establishment I was told to "step back" in a non professional tone as if I was criminal in Ryker's , he than proceeded to ask to check in between my under wear to see if there was any "weapons" which was a bit odd, all in all I definitely wouldn't recommend coming back, security needs a revamp asap and on top of that they wanted a $15 cover fee in "cash"

WAY TOO LOUD, drinks on the way too pricey side to even have a good time. At least the place looked cool on the inside.

One of my favorite part is that I’ve been to in Brooklyn, always dependable always a vibe. This past weekend I went out with friends, and the DJ was absolutely smashing it. I highly recommend coming here with a small group of people. At night it tends to get packed and has an entrance fee. But it’s a lot cheaper than paying $40 for elsewhere. The times I’ve gone here, it’s come in around $10 for entry late night.

Great musical vibe, it was melodic on the Saturday (5/13) that i went. If someone can tell me the DJs who were performing before and after 10 pm, I would highly appreciate it.

Cute little bar. Tend to go here before I go on a night out in Brooklyn. Always a good dj playing.

Amazing! Went for my 21st & immediately fell in love! The vibes are immaculate, from the space-themed ambiance to the killer music! Pretty unassuming spot w/a quaint interior, and its small size almost adds to its appeal! Although, due to the intimate space and top tier sound system, I recommend having earplugs on hand! But absolutely no complaints; definitely lives up to the name!!!

I went out for air and the guard thought I was drunk. So he didn't let me in to look for my passport. He was really humiliating for being a foreigner. Response to staff on my review: you can't keep in mind my safety if you literally denied me from accessing my own documents

one of the smaller "clubs" in the Brooklyn but makes up for it with retro kitschy vibe, superior soundsystem (bring ear plugs it's a small space and gets noisy), effective lighting and a stellar drink program. can get busy and typically only a couple bartenders but a great pre/post party spot.

I walked into an empty bar and had to wait 10 minutes for a drink, even though there were no other customers present. When I asked the bartender for one, he told me he was busy with other tasks despite the lack of patrons. It seems that the bar's staff prioritizes their own tasks over serving guests.

I like this place. The crowd is a weird mix of people though.. some there for good music with good energy and some that look like finance bros that heard the place was cool or something. Only downside is I got an allergic reaction to the stamp they use. They use the ink that can only be seen under UV light and my wrist got a rash from it.

Best electronic music lounge / micro club in NYC. Fun place, great eclectic DJ’s and they also have killer cocktails - checks all the boxes.

I would like to leave a review. I came with my girlfriends in a good mood on Friday night to Saturday night and was happy to visit this place and have fun on Friday night. My friends provided a Texas id and driver's license and they were allowed in . I gave the security guard the real New York ID that I got from the official New York office. And your guard refused to let me through. I asked him to explain the reason and he demanded my driver's license, moreover I showed him the photo of my travel passport which was stored in my phone to check my year of birth and data. He refused on principle to look at other available documents. And told me to leave the premises. It was raining terribly, I refused to leave the area of checking documents and remaining in a good mood asked to call the manager. I asked him several times "why can't I pass?" to which he did not answer me, I asked to call the manager, he just ignored me and demanded my driver's license. I have NEVER had a driver's license in my life, I use Uber, subway, driver and do not drive a car. Anyway, I was terribly disappointed with the hospitality of this place. I really love to dance and have never had a situation like this. I can get into any bar or club in New York. But no, your security guard ruined my night. My friends and I left. I'm very, very disappointed I didn't get in.
