Everything was barely okay. It APPEARS to be a classy Italian restaurant but both the pasta and pizza were not even on par with a pizzeria. They are charging Manhattan prices for VERY mediocre food. Oysters were okay. Fresh. That's about it. The octopus appetizer was really just a arugula salad with pieces of octopus. Probably one of those frozen octopus packs. Maybe 1 tentacle at best...if that. The seafood fettuccine was $32. Very small portions of pasta and not much seafood. Okay flavor. But if you're charging $32 a plate then maybe some actual Parmigiano cheese? Some fresh cracked pepper? The plate was cold. The pasta was luke warm at best. Barely any seafood. It was marginally better than seamore's. The prosciutto pizza was okay. The dough was nice but definitely not thin crust and not crispy. A bit dry actually. Definitely not as good as the other pizza in the area. Could have used more sauce. Underwhelming at best. The restaurant was also mostly empty on a Sunday evening. You're not missing anything. You're better off cooking yourself or get some halal food and pizza in the area. Lots of choices in the area and Fabbricia should be your absolute last choice here.

Randomly visited Fabbrica because our party was craving oysters. However we found that their pizza were rally good, and their cocktails as well. Ousters were not bad, but some of them were really small, or somewhat less fresh. However, I recommend this place overall!

My husband and i went super excited into this place we were seated right away Juan our server was great, the food is so good i would definitely come back. I must imagine how hard to work with all the craziness and so many people and understaffed we work on the industry too so we were super patients on waiting our food. I give four star to this place because the host was the worst i asked her for the check so she can tell our server im sure Juan was super busy but you can either give me the check or ask him to give it to us but she was using her phone walking around looking at me and ignoring me after i asked her for the check and after more then 20 minutes juan came and we ask him the check but this girl never ask him anything she was literally doing nothing.

Fabrica, an Italian restaurant in Williamsburg, impresses with its beautiful industrial interior and delicious food. However, the lack of proper temperature control made it uncomfortably hot, and the wait for food and drinks was frustratingly long.

Fabrica was one of the first restaurants we visited after moving to the area, and it has completely stunted our mission of trying new ones, we always want to go here! We typically go for dinner but today tried it for lunch, and were not surprised at another incredible meal/experience. The pici limone is to die for (so is everything else we’ve tried 🤤)and the cocktails are always incredibly delicious/stunning. The heated outdoor area keeps you warm on the coldest of days, and they’re always so sweet in accommodating my dog, bringing her water and smiles. The staff is so welcoming and clearly wants to make a wonderful experience for all customers.

I was with my boyfriend visiting. Though the lowest reviews were service related, I thought what the heck, the food looks great. Unfortunately, it’s a common occurrence for waiters to tip themselves. I understand that tipping is a huge part, and I promise If someone else won’t tip, I will tip. Even if my party does tip, I add a tip to their tip. There is no need for someone to tip their self. The owner not even addressing the tipping situation, and putting petty responses to the customers is crazy. One review that made me laugh was the review that ended his uncooked noodle review with the statement “the guy tipped himself,” to which the owner said “cheers”. I guess it’s just me and the waiter then. Also, I saw a roach doing the Griddy underneath the table.

My friend and i randomly decided to stop here to get something to eat before making our way to relax by the pier. This spot has a rustic edgy feel that i like and outside seating for the gorgeous weather that is on its way. Yesterday was one of those days hitting high 80s. We settled for pasta and it was very good. I definitely plan to go back and try out one of the pizzas being that they have a stone brick oven. I also noticed passing by in the evening, it was crowded and very inviting. 👌🏾

Every time I go to NY, I have to go to Fabbrica for cocktails and dinner! Last time I went, it was Valentine's Day. There was such a cozy romantic and cool vibe. I had the best linguine vongole (clams) and a delicious chocolate souffle'. Service is absolutely great, the staff is so friendly and it's a real pleasure so hang out with friends there! highly recommended

Great restaurant, it has everything from Pizza to Pasta and more! I love how big it is and how many lamps there are, tho a baby played with one because they are so low The food took ages (half hour) and didn't rly taste that great! Also it was a bit too expensive for such a tiny portion Overall a nice restaurant though!

Seafood Platter is amazing ! The freshest oyster I've had in a while and the jumbo cocktail shrimp just as fresh . For the entree we had the seafood bevette . I would definitely recommend. The salad and fresh paramesean hit the spot as well. Sorry no pick of the Bevette - look for it on the menu mussels, clams , etc.

I always wanted to try this place due to being so close to where I live. The service and atmosphere was great and would recommend if you’re just grabbing drinks. The food on the other hand was disappointing. My fiancée and I both had pasta which was unfortunately mediocre and flavorless. We did enjoy the calamari. Nothing against this place, but more of a review for the foodies. Come grab drinks here!

We were seated and it took them 15 minutes to bring us a menu and 25 minutes to bring us water. No one came to ask if we were ready to order. It was not even crowded for such slow service.

Fabbrica is a very Nice place to drink a beer, a wine or a nice cocktail. Juan is your man, he arranged everything for you and knows what you need before you are asking. If you are in Brooklyn or New York visit this place! The service, food and vibe is great.

Ate here several times. Drinks and food are good. Margherita pizza is good & also love the watermelon salad. Last time i went to eat here was about 2 weeks ago & i was able to do outdoor dining with my dog so that was a plus.

Great outside area, friendly staff. Ask for the chili pepper oil to add to your pizza or sandwich if you want a little spice

cute little spot! the tuna tartare was my favorite thing in the world, but i think it’s seasonal. pizza is decent, and the outdoor seating is cute and by the pier. one drink gets me tipsy, so a good bang for your buck

We went here just for a drink. We had an excellent chocolate cake, and a couple of cocktails. Vlad is the barman and he made us very good drinks. Thank you
