Go
in
with
low
expectations.
At
this
museum,
quantity
exceeds
quality.
Upkeep
is
apalling.
Many
activities
appear
to
have
been
broken
for
years.
Total
apathy
on
behalf
of
the
museum
leadership?
Clearly
it’s
no
one’s
job
to
just
walk
around
and
see
if
stuff
works,
and
then
get
it
fixed
if
it
doesn’t.
As
a
fellow
Jew,
I’m
embarrassed.
And
as
a
Jewish
dad,
I’m
disheartened
that
my
kids
are
going
to
associate
“bad
children’s
museums”
with
our
faith.
It’s
especially
frustrating
for
activities
that
kind
of
work
-
like
a
Sukkot
puzzle
where
only
5
of
7
doors
open,
or
a
Shabbat
matching
game
with
a
few
broken
buttons.
You
get
invested
and
then,
BAM,
you
can’t
do
what
you
want.
The
saving
grace
is
the
Quantity
of
stuff
to
do
and
see.
My
kids
(7
and
5)
spent
4.5
happy
hours.
So
not
all
bad!
