My rugrats and I had a great time at the museum. The perfect place to be on a very hot day. The girls enjoyed themselves and were over the moon about all of the free ice cream. The different activities in the museum were super fun and the best part is that it's self tour so you can spend as much time as you want at each station. The girls favorite parts were the playroom, the sliding tube and the sprinkle pool. Now I have to buy tickets to bring them back next weekend because by the end of it they wanted to do it again. Highly recommend for parents and if you are a kid at heart.

You’ll have to buy tickets online in advance or outside at the door! The staff is very sweet and the displays are well-made and beautiful, perfect for eye content on social media. The historical information about ice cream is light, I’m not sure what I was expecting, but it definitely feels more like a place to take big beautiful photos than learn about ice cream. I was pretty disappointed in the flavor of the ice cream! It’s grainy and the flavors are poor. There should have been a cooking/prep component. Who cares if the ice cream is unlimited if it’s not a joy to eat? I won’t ruin the surprise of some of the exhibits, but they really are gorgeous. There is a pretty serious slide and by the end I had a big smile on my face and considered buying souvenirs ( we did not end up buying souvenirs.) I honestly think it was worth the money, especially with my husband who was having the time of his life, but I wouldn’t suggest it for folks who aren’t kids at heart.

Me and my daughter really enjoyed this museum. She’s 4 years old and we traveled from Pennsylvania to check it out!We were not disappointed at all! We ended up spending 2hrs and 33 minutes going through all the rooms and playing. They served us ice cream a handful of times throughout. At the end they served us vegan ice cream along with vegan chicken and waffles, which were delicious! My daughter enjoyed the swings, slide, playroom and the sprinkle pit! We definitely recommend it!

I visited the museum during Halloween Weekend 🎃 It was amazing! I look forward to going back for another visit. It was nice learning about different ice creams and the history of ice cream in different cultures. The exhibits were fun and unique. I liked how we weren’t rushed to leave exhibits. My favorite was the sprinkle pool! I’m a big kid and enjoyed every minute.

It is an expensive tourist trap, although it may be somewhat attractive if you travel with kids who are 3-9 y.o. There is really very little to see, a couple of rooms, a slide, a playground. There are some ice cream stations (we counted three, although we were told there should be five... Maybe they count cotton candy?). The quality is ok, but not great. Save your bucks and go for.a really good lunch for that money, unless you have a.really small kid - then occupying them with something to do in a controlled environment suddenly seems attractive.

Went for “date night” and it was a total sham. There was nothing special about it. We waited in line 80 minutes to get in (50 of which was outdoors) even though we had a 7:30 reservation. The crowds inside were enormous making it a huge safety risk and impossible to enjoy. I just wanted to get away from the throngs of people as soon as possible. There was no dance lesson, interactive game or anything else noteworthy or specialty the website had mentioned. The website also says there will be “multiple treats” but we got one small flavorless ice cream cup to share (for $50+ tickets each...) that we ate outside surrounded by trash filled tables. It’s actually hard to believe they actually think it’s ok to operate this way and shocking that they so falsely advertised this event. A real disappointment, not worth the money, wait, or covid risk. I love ice cream!! And I am not one to leave bad reviews or try to do damage to businesses, especially during this last year, but I just wish I had seen a truthful post like this before I spent my money and wound up in this uncomfortable situation!!

Ultimately, It's what you make of it. The vibes are really fun with good music playing and the staff being super happy and helping you get immersed in the experience. If you go into this as an ice cream connoisseur, you'll be disappointed with the experience as most of the ice cream is pretty average. You go through a series of different rooms with different themes around ice cream. A third of the rooms have unlimited ice cream and some fun history or activities for you to do. This is definitely something to do with the family OR something to do as a date. The place genuinely brings out the child in you and had me smiling the whole time. Definitely recommend. A star knocked off for the expensive pricing and the lack of flavors with the free ice cream.. I feel like every room had a vegan vanilla based flavor. I would recommend only visiting on a weekday if possible.

A bit pricey, but I mean what isn’t in today’s world. The museum is great for cute and unique photos for social media. As you go through the museum there are about 3 or 4 ice cream favors that you can try. Ice cream is absolutely delicious and not the basic flavors like chocolate or vanilla, they’re really good. In the end there is a big ball (well, sprinkle) pit. I went with my little sister (6.y.o.) not so much for the kids but more of a place for cute pics for Instagram and other social media. Great atmosphere overall. Gift shop however, is insanely overpriced! I would go only for the cute photos, the experience itself isn’t worth the money.

This was a fun experience. As soon as you walk in, the staff are all bubbly and fun and energetic. They knew a lot about their job so they made that experience fun. You walk to the back and there's a wall with the ice cream history. You then walk to the back end of the hallway to a room where there's soft serve ice cream of different flavors for free and a bar that serves alcoholic beverages. You walk up the stairs to fun lights and through some beautiful displays. This is a self guided tour so you move at your own pace. Through out the tour, you have a chance to have more ice cream and treats. It's a great place to take photos and go down the slide. It's overall fun for the gram.

The staff was super nice and really excited, definitely got me pumped! There was unlimited ice cream allowed throughout the museum at different stations, there were lots of cool fun interactive rooms. I really enjoyed my time here, and I think they were really creative with each room having it’s own theme. A lot of the rooms have a really nice aesthetic for pictures, which we definitely took advantage of! One thing to note being coming, this may be obvious to some but wasn’t for me lol, this is definitely a big place for families and that means A LOT of children. Throughout the museum you can tell some parts are designed for them, but can still be fun for adults, like the colorful playground which is great for pictures. The only time it became too much was the “sprinkles ball pit” It was absolutely crowded with children, not a lot of room or space for adults. The “sprinkles” were hard plastic pieces so it wasn’t really fun to be in, different than the Color factory were the ball pit is more enjoyable, with softer plastic balls to jump in. This ball pit was not only crowded with way too many kids, but it smelled really really bad. I know they do their best to keep the smell down but I feel as if limiting the crowd would probably help too. There’s a slide, it’s a really cool concept but it was definitely extreme lol! If you’re not into it, there’s an elevator too :). If dairy isn’t your thing either, they have vegan options! The flavors aren’t very plentiful or the most popular/enjoyable, it really depends if coconut and fruity flavors are more in your taste pallet. The gift shop is definitely something to look at, we got really cute hats and pins there! All really colorful fun stuff, pricey but that’s the normal for museum gift shops. I would definitely recommend this place, just maybe on a less busy day :’)

Where do I start. Listen guys, the Museum of Ice Cream is a MUST visit. This place is so amazing. Some great tips are as follows: 1. We went during the night time experience, less kids and crowd is small. 2. Come ready for desert or at least don’t eat right before. 3. Be picture ready and snap good flicks! Your entry fee grants you unlimited ice cream treats in all of the featured rooms and is also vegan friendly. We received a complimentary cocktail when we walked in. If you love a great picture, then every single room will blow you away with the colors and decor. By far this was the best stop of our trip

This is for sure a fun place to go with kids. They would for sure thank you and be happy for the rest of the day. But me as an adult without kids really enjoyed this place too. The staff was outstanding. 🧡💛💚💙💜 Really I would be honest with this I think it’s because of the staff I think I liked the place..! It was really well worth my time spent their. It’s almost $50 but it was ok for me to spend just to spend some walking around the building and taking some pictures. ❤️✅❤️ This place needed mask but you could for sure take off mask for pictures. I would for sure recommend this place for parents with kids. ✅ 👩‍👦‍👦👨‍👦‍👦👨‍👧👩‍👧👨‍👦👨‍👨‍👦👩‍👩‍👦👨‍👦‍👦👨‍👨‍👧‍👧✅ There are for sure some free ice Creams 🍨didn’t try them but felt like paid $50 for some free stuff 🤣.

Don’t waste your money . They only offer you ice cream one time in one station the other stations are closed. The pool of sprinkles you cant even go in . You got to wear masks at all times you cannot take it off for one second to take one picture the place is practically empty so I don’t understand. I went to the one in Miami when It was there and Is a lot better and the employees nicer .

Don't waste money. This is the worst place in Manhattan to go !!!!Next time I will read reviews. This museum is not just bad reviews. I will leave another bad one !!!!! I am very disappointed with this museum, it's a waste of money. Nothing special. And once my mask slipped, you have no right to kick me out of the room when there were no people in the room. They asked me to leave the room, despite the fact that my 6-year-old daughter remained in the room. My daughter had stress when being in the room by herself.. And when we stay on line people do not follow 6 feet rules. In this museum, the service depends on skin color. !!!! Don't waste your money !!!! I would like like to request my money back for my ticket.

Fun place to spend some time with the kids. We made a day of The Ice Cream Museum, The Color Factory, and Artechouse, which are all nearby each other. My kids had a great time here. The tunnel slide and sprinkle pool were the best parts. However, we did run into some glitches. There are supposed to be four ice cream stations along your visit and you are allowed as much ice cream as you want. However, the first station was out of order when we went. The last two stations had sorbets. So, there was actually only one ice cream station, which was disappointing for me as I'm much more a chocolate person than a pineapple and lemon person when it comes to frozen desserts. Also, no explanation or apology was offered for the first station being out of order. We began with a bunch of people standing around trying to figure out what was happening. They didn't tell us; we had to ask. That being said, the employees that work there did seem very happy and friendly. When you get to the room with the indoor playground, beware of the swings, which are located too close to the wall. At the end I bought an adult tee shirt size large, washed according to directions and it shrunk so much I gave it to my ten year old daughter. :/

Very cool place! But Def not many flavors, kinda was hoping they’d have more ice cream flavors working but loved the ice cream and all the cool rooms! Ice cream was amazing and the staff was so lovely and fun! They were awesome! Get tickets before!!! Line at door but honestly you can still get in but you will have to buy tickets online so please do that before! Cool experience! But def a one and done from me! But super cool and fun for kids! Lots of fun things to do within. Me and my friend did the slime experience. Not worth the money. SUPER MESSY and not worth it we honestly threw out the slime didn’t taste good. Wouldn’t recommend for parents unless they want hands of their kids to be stained or have a mess. Overall it was cool just a little overhyped.

There is multiple rooms where you can try ice cream, cute interactive or/and photo rooms. Small activities, freebies, indoor playground, slide and ✨sprinkle pool✨ My opinion - if you go with a good company or a kid - it would fun. If you would go alone, or if you're skeptical, probably you will not be satisfied after paying $50/60 So this experience is what you make out of it. I personally went with my younger brother and we were wandering around the museum for an hour and a half. And my friend, for example, went alone and she was done in 15 minutes.

(5/8/21...my visit) Besides the door man when first entering in, and the lady at the counter near the letter room.... My experience was so awesome. Staff was so energized and hilarious...a mood booster.I and my crew had so much fun. My favorite room was the slide that goes all the way down to the c level, sprinkler room, and the room with the swings, ice cream bowl, etc, and the butterfly chair room. I'd recommend this spot to everyone I know. Fun place to revisit. Thank you for the experience.

This place is one of the happiest places on Earth. Friendly staff, they clearly love their job and let everyone in the vicinity know it! There is plenty of ice cream available and all you need to do is ask and you shall receive. Some of the places are difficult to get to if you want the great photo opportunity. Such as crawling to get to the sprinkle place. But ice cream accessibility is always awesome. Unfortunately I was too chicken to do the slide as I'm claustrophobic. My wife and I had an amazing time and we will definitely return if we're around - we came all the way from South Africa

If you have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do, then this is a nice place to explore when it is raining outside. It is self guided. You will get through it quickly. It's interactive and makes for great photo ops. The games are fun for kids and adults. Along the way, you will get to taste ice cream. It's all included in your ticket. There is an option to purchase additional memorabilia and ice-cream after your tour is complete.

A lovely time to spend a few hours. There is an eclectic group of rooms featuring tasty treats done up in a Wonkaesque manner. As you go through you'll be given samples of ice cream, soft serve, even eclairs. The slide was one of my favorite bits: it goes faster than you think! Overall a really good time to be had for kids and adults of all ages!

Super fun experience! Lot’s of ice creams and photo opportunities, the lightning was sometimes not that great to take a cool picture, but nothing a little editing can’t fix. The people working there were really nice and helpful and they hyped us up before entering the museum!

I LOVED the Museum of Ice Cream! I think this would be a fun place for a kid's bday party. Also, please sell pints of the vanilla bubblegum flavor! The other flavors were good, but nothing great. I liked the chocolate, but not so much of the tart flavors like orange, pomegranate, or raspberry. More variety would be good. Definitely coming back when the mini ball pit is open near the arcade section. The price was great for the experience and got many cool pics. I had a difficult time trying to buy stuff from the gift shop area, since the register by the entrance was closed and the line was very long near the drinks and shakes. Overall, I had a lot of fun and was there for nearly 3 hours because there was so much to do.

I absolutely love this place. The employees were great and almost every new location I go, they give me an ice cream. The attractions were not only visually appealing but they were a few interactive games and activities to do which I really enjoyed (swings, tennis, mini arcade, slide, etc). Initially when you enter the museum, you have to write a creative name to go buy and that's basically your name tag for the entire museum experience. I can definitely say I enjoyed myself

Visiting from New Zealand 🇳🇿 Super friendly staff and delicious ice creams and treats. Everything was very colourful, bright & photogenic. Will recommend weekday mornings as not many people so you literally have the whole place to yourself to take good pictures and enjoy. Lots of interactive activities. It’s a cool place for every age. Quite reasonably priced.

Had a fun time at the Museum of Ice Cream. It felt similar to Color Factory and they offered lots of ice cream included in the ticket price. I don’t want to see another scoop of ice cream for a while! It’s very insta friendly but I’m a stickler for lighting and all the pink was a horror for photos. It was quite expensive. My 6yo really loved it but I’m not sure it’s worth it for just adults.

The museums of Ice cream is such a delightful experience. 😍♥️ One of the highlights of the museum is the tasting room, where you can sample unique and delicious ice cream flavors inspired by the exhibits. From classic vanilla to exotic flavors like lavender honey, there's something for everyone to enjoy.🍦 It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a fun and memorable outing!"

My kids LOVED the museum! They are between the ages of 8 and 13, and this was the perfect thing for them to do. They loved the fun photo ops, slides, arcade, and sprinkle pool! The ice cream was also a huge hit. My only complaint is that there weren’t enough gluten-free flavors (just two when we went). There were multiple diary free options, though! Overall, we would highly recommend this experience to all families!

So fun and colorful. Perfect for people of all ages, it will bring out the inner kid in us all. The bathrooms smell sweet👌🏼The staff are so sweet! Great for date nights, girl day, or just to switch it up. It’s nice with one or two people but the more people in your group the better. There are 4 different ice cream stops where you can try different ice cream goodness Can’t wait to come again with a big group.

We wanted to get into the first session of the day but ended up being in the evening session. Had two under two kids, and my 23 month old loved it! Every room was perfect for him. It was dead because we went ahead of the group while they ate ice cream. Which meant we had every room to ourselves, so nice! The sprinkled pool is the last room and we could have spent hours there!

I went with my family for my uncle’s birthday and the energy is nice, some of the staff was enthusiastic and welcoming. very bright and interesting in there i definitely recommend. It’s fun, but I wish they let you go down the slide at least twice (there was an elevator so it was possible). That was really the only great highlight besides the nice employees. Unfortunately, the desserts that they give you before your tour (they should’ve done that after, but ok:/ ) weren’t good. They offer cheap, distasteful 7 eleven version of “hot chocolate” or vanilla ice cream dyed pink w/ sprinkles. Yes, super basic for a “trendy spot”. I got the hot drink and let me tell you, bad decision. The employee gave me the last bits of the chocolate and ended up just putting whip cream and marshmallows on top to mask half of the cup was missing the drink. My sisters got the ice cream and it was alright (disappointed I didn’t choose it). All in all, it’s overhyped and I bet any other museum is worth ur $$$.

The experience was pleasant, but after the taxes and additional fees, it was almost $100 for two adults. I think it is totally worth it to go with children between 2 and 6 years old because many of the experiences they provide are curated for that age range. The staff was polite but not friendly. The ice cream was interesting but nothing special.

so much fun!!! tickets were a little pricey but you definitely get your moneys worth with all the rooms, games, treats, and photo ops. with the exception of one rude person (not an employee, just another visitor) we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. thought it would be over after the slide but it just kept going! also want to mention that our reservation was for 7:00 and we went there around 5:45 to see if they would let us in early and they scanned our ticket with no problem!

They give you ice cream throughout multiple points of the trip and the staff is incredibly nice. I love the play ground and sprinkle pit and the slide. All of it was super cute and a great place for photos :) Only thing is that it probably wouldn’t be as fun if it were packed or if there were a bunch of kids but luckily we went when it was slow and there were mostly other adults

This is definitely a multisensory experience! The "museum" in the title threw me off. It's more of an interactive art exhibit. You get a few ice cream samples throughout the tour. A shame that they served the same flavors in the last 2 stations. Giving it 3 stars cause it's just not my thing. Get a good night sleep before coming since you're definitely in for a ride (some trippy wallpaper that seemed to move!). Definitely bring your kids here they'll love it!

I feel like this place got stripped because of Covid. The attractions are fun, but everything was limited. On the special date night event ticket, it said "all the ice cream you can eat". They give you half a scoop in a little cup and send you outside in an alley to eat it. All in all - would definitely try this place when Covid restrictions let up. Til then - probably give it a pass. $50 for a ticket is steep for what you get in the current climate.

Really cool and colorful place, great staff, they do an awesome job with covid precautions!! Great for pictures!! Music was good too! The day I went it wasn't too crowded, Not sure if covid restrictions limits the ice cream tasting, but I would have enjoyed more ice cream, considering the pricing!

I had a playdate with a mom friend at MOIC today, we were here for 3 hours, and the kids (7,6 and 2 yrs old) had so much fun. I give it 4 stars because I was exhausted and so full - I wish the ice cream were more spread out) There were 13 areas that felt so much more, and 5 stations for free ice cream and cotton candy. It’s unlimited! There were maybe 3 areas where our kids stayed longer than expected, there’s like 2 play areas and then the pool of sprinkles with slides.. The first freebie i had was unforgettable, it was a pink vanilla gelato, the staff who gave out the free gelato was so nice and very knowledgeable. When he explained the flavors I thought he was rapping, because it was so smooth how he described the gelato.. it was so good too! There could have been more interactive areas I would say, but all in all, it was a pretty good and fun experience, my kids and I will never forget.

Multi-level. Super cute. Lots of fun. Staff was very friendly. Would be a cute place for a birthday party if we lived closer. Only “complaint” is for being a museum of ice cream the limited flavors was a little disappointing but what they did have was good.

I almost never write reviews but this was necessary. If I could give it zero stars, I would. My boyfriend surprised me with “date night” at the museum which was supposed to be this special they were advertising. It was supposed to include dance lessons, an interactive game show, among other things. None of that was true. Each “exhibit” was dinkier than the last. We were beyond bored and underwhelmed. And not to mention, we had to SHARE ONE TINY ice cream cup outside in the cold next to a dumpster. No ice cream at the museum of ice cream??? The set up is terrible, there are no activities, and there’s NO ICE CREAM. Disappointing, listen to all of the negative reviews and do not waste your money here.

ZERO STARS. ONE CUP OF ICE CREAM. Multiple stations not serving ice cream. No dance lessons as advertised...Just bought a carton of Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough. I suggest you do the same and stay home. Slide was dope.

Went for a special "date night" over Valentine's day. Very disappointed. Paid general admission PLUS another fee to go at 8pm on a specific night. Got there at reservation time and had to wait in line for another hour before I could be inside. No ice cream served except this poor excuse of a "treat" which was vanilla ice cream and whipped cream that i was made to share with my husband. Basically, this is no sort of museum in any sense of the word. It is full of rooms with props for photo ops and since pandemic, must wear mask at all times which makes taking photos stupid. Again, extremely disappointed.

Awesome fun 1hr experience with like really unique immersive beautiful displays. Tasty soft serve ice cream for everyone. The bummer is the souvenirs, $40 knick knacks that are $4-$8 anywhere else so that was weird

I feel really bad I have to write this review. I was excited to bring my daughter here. However for our experience I was highly disappointed . I understand the business model. However I think it is more an instragram place. Definitely not for kids to have fun; my daughter has way more fun at the metropolitan vs this. Where it should designed for children. There was people on top of us.. no touching no touching. For a 3 year old. It was redicules. For the price if you have a young child I do not recommend this. I get the safety measures but it is sprinkler place. Kids want to play in it. I think for the price not worth it at all. It is more for adults who wants to posts not for toddler to have fun. Sorry,

We had an amazing experience. Make sure to purchase your ticket online and arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your selected time. It can take anywhere between 2 - 2.5 hours to see the whole place especially with kids. Tons of fun, ice cream is served throughout the different parts of the musuem and cotton candy as well. They have long sliding tubes, sprinkle pool, a mini arcade, ping pong table, swing, ball pit and more. Each room you explore is different. Highly recommended this place if you are in the area, free street parking during the weekend (if you don't know the area, reference 164 Mercer St or Fanelli Restaurant)

Just got back from visiting with my 5 granddaughters, ages 4 to 10. We had a fantastic time. Have to admit I was a bit skeptical from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised. Each room we thought would be the end, but it just kept going. Great fun, loved the free ice cream tastes along the way and the surprise activities at every turn. Would recommend for kids in that age range.

The museum of ice cream has a lot less ice cream! Good place to bring kids but don't expect any actual ice cream

Literally worse museum ever. Don’t ever waste your money here. I came here on a Friday afternoon with a friend. We were clearly informed by the staff that we must have our mask on at all time, we did have our mask on at all time until we reached the subway exhibit, I asked the employee that was supervising that area if I can take off my mask for a quick second so we can take a picture, she said that it was fine so we did that but we put it back on as soon as we was done with the pictures. Me and my friend moved on to the next exhibit and a different employee approached us and told us that we had to be escorted out of the building because we removed our mask. I explained to him that we asked the other employee that was supervising that area if we could remove the mask for a second for pictures and he didn’t even want to hear us out but continue to escort us the building. I don’t understand how this business is still running but the way they treat their customer is beyond disgusting.

I would give no stars. This was absolutely not worth my $117.00. Boring, boring, can’t really touch anything. This is hyped up, definitely not worth it. Kids probably would love it, but definitely not adults. Would not recommend

good for aspiring instagram models and parents who are trying to turn their children into influencers because there’s no money in the college fund. it’s not thrilling, you can’t make a day out of it. aside from that, it’s visually interesting, and for some of us, the only experience we will get that is similar to living in the Barbie dream house. Staff is very friendly, and if you’re in SOHO and looking to burn an hour or so, check it out.

Went Valentine's Day weekend and had an amazing time! Definitely a place to go if you wanna capture cool photos! If you are not interested in taking pictures your time there will be short. The twisted slide was a lot of fun and so was the adult playground. I did not bring any children with me but next time I might consider... maybe lol... it was an amazing Galentine's Day without the kids lol 😊 The ice cream cafe was closed due to COVID but a small ice cream tasting was offered, that you had to eat outside. The staff was super friendly and energetic which made the tour fun. Definitely will go back!

There is no customer service here. This place is ran by bots. Men who lack empathy or compassion in Services. These type clearly have no feelings for children. This "museum", 😂 is Not worth the trip or the money or the time. And too much pink for my boys. It's definitely a No.

We arrived 5min before our appointment the ticket taker and as wasting time trying to keep late arrivers out people was very upset their is not a written policy on how late one can be we got caught up in that was was not allow admission they could not show us we were told only they were making up crazy rule police was called on one family lies false statements was given to the place also. We had to eat our ice cream out outside in the cold.

so my sons mother booked a party for him at this place, spent $400 in tickets for all the kids, arrived 10min late, and was DENIED entry AND refund. they were left waiting outside in the cold on my sons birthday due to being 10 to 15min tardy. This place is a SCAM and i will be reporting them to the better business bureau. they're thieves and scam artists that look for any reason to keep your money and deny you service.

It was fun but its more of a kid thing really short and nothing that made this stand out u get a to try their vanilla ice cream and then its jus a big photo op the slide was the most fun part your kids might like it but honestly save the money

Zero customer service. I Emailed them like they asked and they said it’s because of “safety”. 1- indoor dining is allowed in NY 2- you could have offered Ice cream to-go as mentioned on the website which you didn’t. Places like these why we don’t trust going anywhere in NYC unfortunately. TOTAL SCAM. Zero stars if possible.

Worth the ticket price! Got 4 ice cream cones, a shot, and a popsicle included, which was the big mystery before. Lots of interactive photo ops and fun. If anything - wish there was a bit more about the process of how ice cream is made. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond to be kind, friendly, and smiley.

Good experience for kids, young lovers, opened minded people and people who just wanna have a fun different time, the only thing I wasn't a fan of is the ice cream eating outside cause it was winter time but wear very warm clothes and enjoy, parking wasn't bad ,what can I say ,it is not as educational as you could expect they don't show you nothing about how ice cream is made of or where ,just nice little room with rainbow room, wouldn't call it a museum ,just a colorful and fun kids likely place,if you have young kids they will enjoy it ..

Really worth a visit, for adults and children alike. It's a unique experience that cannot be described and has to be experienced. The ice cream flavours served are unique. The magnetic walls, squid game like corridors, sprinkle pool, trampoline, swings are all there to make you feel alive even as an adult. You will need about 2 hours to experience the place. The hosts inside are full of joy and help add to the experience

Terrible arrangement. Waited more than 40 minutes outside in the cold for a time slot prebooked. The date night experience did not have the "many interactive activities" as advertised and is not worth the price at all.

Honestly, this place needs way more staff and need to let less people in at a time. There is no social distancing, all the photo areas are full of people trying to take their pictures, and there were lines to take pictures in certain areas. When I went there were kids running and yelling around (no staff told them to stop running and the parents didn't keep them out of people's pictures) and the lighting is also bad for photos in almost every exhibit. There is also no bag check so we had to carry our bags and jackets everywhere. Many people put their things on the floors which is gross. I went around 1pm and there was no line, but I left at 2:30 and the line to go in was down the block. I wouldn't go back.

The ice cream was delicious (especially the vegan one I tried that was made with coconut milk), and the staff was incredibly friendly. Everything was so photogenic and interactive (loved the slide). I took so many photos! I went at noon to get the cheaper general admission price and I had many of the rooms to myself for a little while. It was a rainy day and there were some families with small children of course, but seeing the joy on those kids' faces was adorable! It was a great field trip even for adults and would make a perfect date spot with anyone.
