I WAS SHOPPING AT MY FAVORITE PLACE ,WHOLE FOODS ON SATURDAY AROUND 8.40 PM. AFTER SHOPPING 4/24/21 MY DAUGHTERS WANTED SOMETHING TO EAT..THE GIRLS AND ONE GUY WORKING AT NEXT LEVEL BURGER GETS 1 STAR BECAUSE. THERE WERE 2 OR 3 GIRLS AND 1 GUY, MY DAUGHTER ASKED THEM WHICH BURGER WOULD THEY RECOMMEND. THEY WERE ALL LAUGHING AND TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND JUST KEPT IGNORING MY DAUGHTER. SO WE JUST LEFT AND WENT TO THE CAR. SO I WILL NOT BE EVER GOING BACK THERE AND THEIR EMPLOYERS NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. BECAUSE THEY ARE A NEWLY OPENED FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. SOME EMPLOYEES FORGET HOW THEY GET A SALARY, ITS WHEN CUSTOMERS SHOP HONEY

My brother was raving about this place and we decided to visit before an Event at The Barclays Center. The restaurant is located in the Whole Foods. This is a vegan restaurant. You can place an order with the cashier or at the kiosk. The wait was quite long. I ordered the American Cheeseburger. I’ve tasted vegan food in the past and enjoyed it. However, I did not like this burger. I can’t even describe the taste; I just could stand to take another bite. I was so hungry I took the patty off and tried to eat just the bread but it also wasn’t good. My tater tots were overcooked many of them were dried out. I ordered a grape soda to go with my meal but that wasn’t good either. My brother also informed me his burger wasn’t good. He told me the last time he visited the restaurant the food was excellent. He didn’t eat his burger either. He also had a cookie and cream shake in. which he didn’t like. The best thing about the restaurant was the staff member who assisted us. I don’t remember her name but she displayed Excellent customer service. She was so helpful and polite. There is a small sitting area if you choose to dine in. This isn’t a restaurant I would return to. The prices are too expensive for me not to be able to eat and enjoy my meal. Our meal was almost $60 for the 2 of us. I was really upset I wasted my money and now would have to spend more money for food. The restaurant is accessible via public transportation.

Had a delicious vegan burger at next level burger! I love all the different types of burgers they have. They have a big variety of different patties they use for their burgers. I also tried some loaded fries which were excellent. Their milkshakes have the option of a coconut or soy milk base. I tried two seasonal specials while I was there and both were great. Our food came out fast and was fresh!

One of the best chick'n sandwiches and milkshakes I've had. Great service, it was only 2 workers working, one doing the cooking and the other taking orders and making the shakes. And the orders were non stop. They got a lot of patience. I will definitely be returning over n over. I had the spicy super stacked chik'n, bacon mushroom fries, & smoothies( birthday cake cookie dough, peanut butter cup, strawberry).

Placed the order online and ran inside to a line so I waited for them to be done. The lovely young lady had my order ready and still hot w/shakes made and placed in the freezer. She even thanked me for being patient 😁 I got the American burger with avocado, a PB cup shake and my husband got the Maverick burger with a pumpkin spice shake and we shared a chili chz style fries. I really can't wait to go back and try something new, everything was amazing 😋 It's located inside the Whole Foods, once you past the register there is more seating.

The employees are great. But this food was not. The lack of flavor, portion, and SALT is wild. Do not recommend

Ordered delivery and the highlight was the size of the large sweet potato fries. $11 for the amount I got felt criminal. I had the mushroom quinoa burger, it looked really good but the patty fell a part. It was dry. Tasted pretty good though.

I just ordered the Beyond Burger, and the tater tots. The burger had a lot of juice and flavor. The tater tots were crispy and savory. I want to explore more of the other vegan options. There is some seating indoors but not a lot.

Too much salt, seasoning and sugar (or whatever sweetener they use). I ordered a salad and it was just too much stuff. I personally like the taste of vegetables. I also got a shake and it was way too sweet. Then they didn’t put my water in the bag! What are you all trying to do to people??? Lol. I ordered the tater tots, too much salt and seasonings. I guess this is what Brooklyn has come to, so disappointing.

Love love this 100% plant-based vegan burger spot! It's inside whole foods but there's still some decent seating areas.

The service took a long time. The low rating is for the wasteful packaging with the ironic hashing #doyourpart on it.

For the amount of money you paid ITS NOT WORTH IT, AT ALL. My mushroom/quinoa burger was cold, nasty, and not even a full patty. The bun was hard, the lettuce looked old. My tater tots were room temp. I was the only person in there and no other orders, so why my food was cold makes no sense. G*d forbid you are allergic to something your going to die because they don't have anyone at the counter to take your order (self order kiosk). The full ingredients don't even read out on the tablet, it's just followed by "..." They don't give you sauce to go with your taters only ketchup or you have to pay for anything else. There's really no one to ask questions about the menu either and/or they don't know. This was a trash experience and the nasty cold food was an insult to injury. I wouldn't suggest this place, esp if you are vegan or have nut allergies.

We are great lovers of 365 by Wholefoods store and have been visiting it every week since opening. Still we decided to try this burger place only now and it was delicious experience!!! I highly recommend! I took beef and chipotle vegan burgers and my husband double beef and fish ones. The meat is really good, sauce is just amazing, but my favourite part turned to be the BUN! It is not like a regular fast food sweet bun, it is really tasty. The place is quite expensive though, it cost us around 50$ for everything, which isn’t cheap for burgers at all. Can be good place for vegans as it has great choice of vegan options.

The food is wayyyy too salty 🧂 😕 The waitress behind counter is very cheerful...but that did not help me... It took forever to get the food...and it's $11-12 dollars for a chicken burger...the shake was late coming....they don't have enough manpower... I was starving...BUT I WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN!.

First time in my life trying a plant based burger but yesterday I thought I’d try the classic burger to be safe. I was blown away that my brain could not tell the difference between a beef burger or vegan burger. Needless to say, I inhaled that burger in 2 mins..absolutely delicious. I will be going back soon to try the milkshake.

The chicken sandwich was alright. The buns were smashed, the lettuce was completely wilted and it fell apart while I was eating it. After retrieving a fork, the seasoning was on the patty was good but I wanted a sandwich and not a salad. The server was really nice tho

This is my new favorite burger spot! Great vegan burgers, yummy fries, and delicious vegan shakes. The cookies n’ cream and strawberry shakes are my favorite. I also tried one of their burgers with a pretzel bun and that was amazing! I can’t speak on the in person service as I’ve only done delivery, but I haven’t had any problems with delivery yet.

The food was great, but the experience was made even better by Ri Ri, she was so nice, warm, and welcoming. She was so hospitable and careful with accommodating my food allergy. The milkshakes were so delicious, Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely loved the fire cluckwich. It was better than most of the real chicken sandwiches I have had. Since we recently turned vegetarian, we were struggling to find a good vegan chicken restaurant. But I think our search ends here. We devoured every last bite of it. Will order more from here.

Tez answered all our questions, was really friendly and even brought our food out to our seating area. Even offered taste tests to assure us we were making the right decision. Saw others take the offer and they were really happy with the desserts. We had the burgers. And the fries were better than the pictures. I’d eat here again. Really appreciated the clear dietary information.

Absolutely amazing. The burger was better than any non vegan burger I’ve ever had. Also a really kind staff and great service overall. (And very very reasonably priced for the quality). Highly recommend!!!!

I came here around 9pm last week and ordered from the kiosk which was fine. I remembered I had a Free Shake with Purchase card and was told I'd be helped soon, but waited almost 20 minutes. When I asked another team member if they could help me, the same guy who was ignoring me interjected to say he would be right with me. When he did help me, he did not smile or seem happy to help. Other than that, the food was good except for the peanut butter shake I got - it wasn't blended all the way and stuck to the bottom of the lid. Hopefully the service is better if I decide to go back.

The food was excellent!!! And the stuff very friendly. The restaurant is inside a big store with other restaurants, so it's better to just pick up your food. But still great for a quick delicious vegan bite.

I was blown away at how good the food on the menu here is. And the kids love it too. As a new vegetarian/vegan with teenager boys it's hard to find delicious tasting food. So far all the burgers and pub sandwiches on the menu very tasty. Definitely will be returning to try the rest of the items.

I went on Thursday December 22nd around thr evening time. Ordered the Special fries and coconut milk cookies & cream soft serve shake and it amazing. Definitely worth the pay and travel from the city since this is the only location in New York. Wish I took pictures but I was too hungry from not eating anything all day. Not an easy job considering how busy it can be in the summer so I was very pleased with the grace and patience of the two women holding down the fort. I wish I got there names. Definitely recommend if looking for a filling, tasty, and vegan/vegetarian friendly snack/meal

I definitely enjoyed my experience at Next Level Burger and would recommend it to all my friends!!! The cashier was pleasant and patient with all my questions when deciding my choices. That shake was EVERYTHING!!!! I HAD COOKIES AND CREAM WITH COCONUT MILK OMG!!!!

The food was great! I went with a friend and got a burger, loaded fries, and a drink, while she got a burger, sweet potato fries, a milkshake, and a bottle of water. Our total came out to just over $50. The food was very filling and delicious, and the dine-in atmosphere was very calm and cozy!

Half an hour to receive a couple of milkshakes. The employees stood there talking and laughing with one another while we waited and waited. There were no other customers (and multiple employees). Then after a few other other people arrived, they slowly started filling orders but other people were served first (including someone who ordered one milkshake but seemed to be friends with one of the employees). Almost 10 dollars for a single milkshake and yet very poor service. We used to frequent this place but it has gone downhill with employees that either seem to feel too superior for their jobs or discriminated against us. Either way, we will not patronize this place again.

Wow I enjoyed that burger. I had the standard one. It was great. I was initially attracted by a beef burger with calories available, and not too many either. Then when I ordered I found out it was vegan, and cancelled. But then curiosity got the better of me, and I thought I should try :P

I'm sooooo glad I discovered this place! Every time I've ordered from here I've loved what I've gotten. Their tater tots are amazing, better than their fries in my opinion. Their peanut butter cup shake is amazing, too!! Their various burgers have all been really good, but most recently I tried their aloha pride burger (without onion rings bc unfortunately i can't eat gluten) and holy cow it was unbelievable, I bet it'd be even more so with onion rings on it. Last but certainly not least, their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. Def going back many times, and highly recommend!!

The food is good an the price is not too expensive. They do charge for every sauce that you want which can be annoying but isn't the biggest deal breaker. Overall if you want something quick and easy I would recommend

The Beyond Chicken Tenders were delicious, but I didn't like that I had to get them with fries. I would've preferred them over a small Caesar salad. The staff wasn't very pleasant about it, either. Please modify your menu so that customers can order BCT separately. Not everyone wants fries. Also, dining in wasn't an option.

Absolutely loved the vegan fast food! The flavors were out of this world, and it's incredible how they've recreated classic favorites without any animal products. The plant-based burger was juicy and delicious, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the dairy-free milkshake was a sweet treat. A guilt-free indulgence that left me craving for more!🌱🍔🍟🥤

Surprisingly good! Was expecting bland food court food but the burger I had was very fresh and flavorful. Great little pit stop before/after your whole foods run.
