I’ve been to this store location many times and the food has been good. I never mind that I’m paying a lot for a salad, since it usually is worth it. Let me warn you now DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE ONLINE. Ordered via Uber Eats and my salad is a literal joke. There’s maybbeeeee 10 bites in this bowl, If that? It’s the smallest salad I’ve ever seen, I literally laughed when I removed the lid. Not worth the money.

Sweetgreen is normally good- I like the options. Unfortunately this location is always messy and the employees seem miserable. I’ve been here a dozen times and there is no customer service, no hellos, no smiles. I understand this is can be a tiring customer service job, but it definitely shows here and it’s too bad. Maybe everyone needs a raise?!

Please cut the hard clear cartridge/vein out of the chicken. This is the second time in three days that I have bitten into hard chicken pieces, multiple pieces in each salad. Other than that, everything is delicious.

Messy salads, rickety tables, and employees who are clearly unhappy to be there — that’s how I would describe Sweetgreen’s Williamsburg, Brooklyn location. I don’t blame the workers, since I can’t imagine they are thrilled about spending the day making salads that cost around the same as their hourly wage for the neighborhood’s bougie clientele; clearly corporate is to blame. They are also not given the proper tools to do their job: see an attached photo of an entire ball of cheese that went unmixed in my salad, clearly the result of trying to mix a salad in one of those clumsy paper bowls. If you order delivery, expect a salad at least 3/4 smaller than the normal size, because they throw the dressing cups in there, which naturally leaves less space for…salad. I also have photos of that, but I digress. Don’t expect your employees to do a good job if they’re underpaid and under-resourced. Get it together, Sweetgreen.

This honestly tasted great it was like a healthier chipotle! This create your own bowl consisted of sweet potato, onions,beats, tomatoes, blackened chicken, cabbage, goat cheese, toast, za’atar chips, lemon, wild rice, quinoa. Very tasteful!!

I was early for my Apple Store appointment, so I walked around the neighborhood and stumbled upon sweetgreen❤️. I’m usually in search of the best burger in Brooklyn, but after eating one of sweetgreens’ big, healthy, delicious salads, I was happy and satiated and so so proud of myself for eating something healthy instead of a greasy burger. The servers that helped me, Ossirrus and Jaya, were so patient, polite and friendly- they explained how many items were included in the meal and the variety of items and meals they had. I was in salad heaven! They have so many healthy delicious items! The establishment was clean, the staff was awesome and the general vibe of this place is really cool and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for more salads❤️

Used to love this sweet green, but the manager's bad vibes kinda ruins it for me. Everyone else is great but he makes this SG go from a 5 stars to a 3 stars for me. I go for a vegan salad and just trying to get my #protein by getting an extra scoop of quinoa. At no other locations and without no one except this guy do they charge me for the extra 29 grains of quinoa, but he makes it his life mission to ensure that I get charged extra. Congrats to him, will no longer be coming here if he's manning the salad bar.

Really love the make-your-own salad option here. Every salad I've gotten has been bomb; the spicy broccoli is particularly noteworthy. But one star off because they ALWAYS forget the utensils even when you check off that you need them.

Ordered a salad for pick up. The salad was sad. To pay $10 for a salad like this is not okay. A side salad from most places has more. You can even go to a bodega and get a better salad. Never again. Customer service was fine that’s why I would give two stars

Ordered a salad on Uber eats...Came with no utensils and only one side of dressing. Cool... Was already annoyed then I found a bug in my salad. Lettuce was clearly not cleaned and rinsed properly.

Never ordering again. Took forever to deliver & for the price of a bowl that is $17 you would think I would get a bigger price of salmon. What a rip off. Definitely don’t recommend eating here. I only received one little packet of dressing. This place seems cheap af with their materials & food. So annoying. For the amount of salad I got why not give me more dressing ????? Unbelievable

Please update your hours to reflect what time you stop serving food, I arrived to this location at 9:30pm (closing time listed as 10pm) and already I was told that they were not serving food anymore. It's completely understandable that the staff wants to go home on time and that they might need 30 minutes to clean up. Please just list those adjusted hours from when they stop serving food so people are aware and don't waste their time

The order took 2hrs to be prepared. tbh the presentation of the food is miserable. And the amount of food is ridiculous. FYI: Hot Honey Chicken $15.50.

This is a terrible location, probably the worst I have been to. Always super stingy with ingredients, messing up orders, and gets super crowded. They really make no effort to make a decent salad, they just mindlessly throw stuff in. The most inexcusable thing that they do is that they are always out of ingredients. I have never had this issue in any other sweetgreen. They are out of pickles one day, out of blue cheese another day. All they do is throw the ingredients into a bowl and hand them to you, how hard is it to keep stuff in stock?! Order some extra and keep it around. Both of those items have a reasonably long shelf life too.

Food is good but service is slow when picking up. You have to wait behind a line for a worker to search every bag, and they tend to not see your name, making you wait a bit. They also forget to add beverages to your bag, so check you have them before you leave. Another tip: Get light dressing on your salad (or on the side). Otherwise, expect your salad to have heavy dressing. UPDATE: Sweetgreen credited me for the missing beverage, which I appreciate. I would still avoid this location at busy times though since the staff seems a bit overwhelmed.

Consistently the most decrepit sweet green I’ve ever been in. This is not me being a disgruntled customer, I have come here multiple times and it is always 1. Gross and dirty (trash, dirt on the floor) 2. Missing key ingredients 3. has quality and portion issues Absolutely a stain on your brand, get it together sweet green

i think it is good here. fast service and looks like very healthy for you foods only served. was a long line but when i get to the desk they went quick and price was good, place was clean and all wearings good mask. i see they have a way to pick up your food if you call before going so anyone who really has a meeting can do this way and be sure to have it ready.

I will never go to this establishment again. I went to the restaurant for an shroomami bowl. The server says they ran out with tofu, which I was okay with, and I ordered something else. While I was waiting for my order, the person behind me asked for an shroomami bowl, and they gave it to him. When I asked the server about this, he completely ignored me- he then turned to his coworker, said, "her people" don't eat tofu, and they laughed together. I have never been this disrespected at any restaurant in my life- it is an entirely embarrassing, degrading, and painful experience, and I can promise you I will never be back at this place.

Ordered online, they didn't call me and did not give me the salmon I paid extra for. I ordered the spicy broccoli and it was mostly stalks. I ordered the roasted sweet potatoes and they tasted burnt. They didn't call to mention that they were scraping the bottom of the pans I guess. If you really want sweetgreen, pick a different one.

Kenya is an amazing guy! He makes everybody's day so much brighter. He's the main reason I come back every week.

Good food but terrible experience ordering on the app. They would not change my pickup order to delivery and they would not hold my food for me to pick up the next day. Company policy trumps helpful human interaction. This is what you get with a chain.

Please be respectful to the delivery drivers. I was told, “Outside Outside,” by a staff. And the order was handed by a muted(not a disabled employee.) I even used to have lunch here. This is so disappointing.

This review is mostly for Kenya. I go here a lot and sometimes they are friendly and sometimes they truly refuse to even say hello. It’s a staple of my customer service so it’s nothing new. But Kenya is so friendly, polite, and helpful. Sweet green is expensive but good so I’ll pay for it out of convenience but it’s nice when someone goes out of their way to be kind.

i ordered for pick up and the rice was practically mush or porridge :( it kinda ruined the bowl and i could barely finish it but idk maybe they just messed that batch up. everything else was fine, the space is very pretty

The most excellent SweetGreen I’ve been to. I come here as often as I can. All of the staff are very hospitable, the food is well-prepared, and it’s a great atmosphere. There’s a staff member by the name of Kenya who’s always very welcoming every time I pop in and grab some food to eat. I will continue to come here as often as I can.

Im weirdly and unhealthily obsessed with this sweetgreen. They always give me so much ~stuff~ on my salad

Just Salad came in hot but their momentum has slowed down. I noticed their customer service is pretty inconsistent - sometimes they’ll be on it…other times you’re standing there for a while before anyone even looks your way. And they still ignore you. I get it but also I do not. Esp when they ask for a tip at the checkout. It would just be nice to be told what’s up and that someone will help you which is just bare minimum. I’m sure they are over worked and under paid. As for the actual food…I noticed they have cut down on the quality of the chicken and faux chicken. It looks super dry and often is when I order it. It keeps getting smaller and smaller too. The last thing I’ll say is that I have never not been here ( I used to go twice a week ) and they didn’t forget a topping. Every-time. Which realistically fine. But often I do miss it and I did pay for it. So that’s annoying. Anyways…it’s worth a try but not worth $13-$15 for a salad that’s meh. Also sweet green is trash so this is a decent alternative.

This is the dirtiest sg brand ever. There’s flies everywhere. Tables are dirty. Bathroom is dirty no soap. No hand sanitizer anywhere. There’s one person working the whole counter area & there’s a long wait.

With so many salad/healthy restaurants opening in the neighborhood Sweetgreen still holds a place in my heart. I’m addicted to the crispy rice chicken bowl, it comes with the best dressing, which I found something very similar to at Trader Joe’s.

I paid just under $16, how about keeping it all in the bowl? When they mix your salad, they make a mess and get a lot of your salad on their prep board. They also tend to give less portions. I had to ask for more rice and sweet potato.

Ordered from Uber Eats at 9pm. Was supposed to arrive at 9:40. Only live 1.8 miles away. It gets pushed back to 10pm, then 10:10, the 10:30. It wasn’t because there were no couriers. It said it was preparing order the whole time. There’s no way to contact them. Called multiple times only to get an automated machine. Don’t order online for this one. They can only handle in person orders.

ordered a cobb salad from here and it was barely prepared. the avocado was just half of an avocado (not chopped up), the egg was just half of an egg, and the vegetables were all just thrown into the bowl. my food came about an hour and a half after i ordered, and i had to essentially make my salad myself once delivered

Isaac was sooo helpful with helping me figure out the Sweet Green app. (Sometimes older/younger people have a difficult time.) He was very patient and polite. He also made a few suggestions with the salads. What a nice respectful guy.

Ordered through Uber eats. Talking about misleading a customer. Image showed a full piece of salmon and I got delivered a quarter of a salmon for $18.50. With service and delivery I paid $25 for this pitiful meal. Never again.
