Exciting and inviting ambience. There's a road side space and a backyard space also. Backyard is beautifully decorated. Drinks good! Service good. Will return.

A very nice place to meet friends and have a good time. Nice selection of cocktail well presented , nicely decorated tropical, and a drinks are strong and great as well as the staff there. The foods is rich in choice, has plenty to choose from. Especially, I recommend hot dogs are really delicious. Definitely I will come back here .

Super cute place. The frozen drinks I had was pretty amazing. Definitely had me feeling good. Not much options for food. But the hot Dog was very tasty and creative. Absolutely a place for good vibes. Indoor and outdoor seating out back is available.

One of our favorites in the neighborhood with a great happy hour that by goes until 8pm (with dollar oysters and cheap drinks). Super friendly staff and a really cozy backyard in the summer to spend many hours in. Update: still the coziest spot even in COVID times.

Mannnnnnn !!! Super powers don’t miss. I really love that I stumbled upon this place . Great workers , the crowd is great and chill . The drinks are at a great price point and STRONG. Consistently , doesn’t depend on the bartender. The nachos are A1 and I don’t even like nachos ! The bahn mi dog is a hit! The backyard is beautiful and they have candles burning to keep away mosquitoes! (A dream for me cause I get a lot) I will continue to bring all my friends to this amazing place . Beautiful decor and bathrooms as well lol definitely fits the theme !

Amazing drinks for a great price. This place is the perfect spring/summer oasis, if you’re craving a well balanced cocktail with great service that makes you welcome being QTPOC, I highly recommend this place. As a queer person is often difficult finding places were we can be ourselves and enjoy the wonders NYC has to offer and this place whilst not being a queer bar, makes you feel welcome. Their drinks are well balanced, the food pair phenomenally with the drinks and the ambiance. Buen provecho!

Great cozy bar very close to Crown Heights with interesting drinks and great atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable and service is good. I do wish the music was a little bit lower, as they tend to play a little louder than other places. The place smells like cloves and cinnamon inside in a great way!

Chill, tropical bar with a great happy hour. Nachos are incredible!! Painkillers and frozen drinks in general are fire. Has a couple arcade games and a relaxing backyard for good weather. I highly recommend, especially for a day drinking spot, or for winding down after work.

Nice cool Tiki bar. Liked the design. The food (Nachos) were ok, but not more then that. The special drinks look cool, I didn't get a chance to taste them. Cool neighborhood bar...

I've been here quite a few times and never had any issues until this early morning of 4/30/23. This particular bartender Ive never seen before was extremely rude, not only to my friends and I but to others as well as we observed. It seemed as if he was more interested in his friends that came to visit him & a man that peaked his interest. My friends and I were enjoying our conversation until we felt dirty looks our way from him & that's when I asked are you ready for us to leave and he shook his head yes. So we didn't want to stay where we weren't wanted (after paying rounds of drinks) so we left. Mind you it wasn't closing time as of yet. The door wasn't locked after we left, but he wanted to continue his conversation with the man that peaked his interest without any disturbance from us. As someone who has come here on the regular, inviting my friends who have never been, this was extremely embarrassing for me. I definitely will be spending my money elsewhere in the neighborhood after this experience

your bartender who was on last night denied my friend a drink with her real ID… we are literally 26, that’s crazy. we were excited to try this place and he turned us away after studying our IDs in the light for like two minutes ? he was also discussing it with other customers. insanely unprofessional.

I love the vibe at Superpower, the whole place feels so fun and light hearted. The drinks are almost too good, the one I had was huge (hand for scale) and came with all sorts of over the top embellishment. Great place to meet up with friends and have a drink(s). When seasonally appropriate, their patio area in the back is also really nice.

pretty solid local spot that has a dive vibe but it's way cleaner and the clientele isn't trashy folk that like PBR. neon lights all over makes for a great ambiance. the painkiller was a tasty frozen drink, beer is also well poured and has a hood selection. i really enjoyed the nachos at the price point, usually dont like nacho cheese sauce but the components are well layers and the chips stay crunchy.

Super Power is a very fun tiki bar in a cool area of Crown Heights. The servers are friendly and the drinks are strong and well-made. I really loved their back patio. I loved visiting here and will definitely be back in the future!

This place has been on my to visit list for a long time and I finally made it on a night out here with my friends and it was a raucous time. A night out at Super Power has all the ingredients for loud laughs and one too many delicious drinks. With a neon interior aestethic, I felt like I was teleported to a late night out in the 80s

Great seating inside and out - and generally not quite as busy as some of the other popular spots in crown heights / prospect heights. Drinks-wise, everybody loves the Painkiller. I've also had stellar Amaretto sours there.

I’ve come here a few times, nice drinks and ambiance, but the bartenders are disgusting. I have been with my boyfriend a few times and the bartenders were always strange towards us, was not sure if it was because we are young or my boyfriend is black. I went recently with some friends, one of whom had been wanting to go there for a long time and was excited to try. I felt the bartenders eyes on us as soon as we walked in, not in a pleasant and welcoming way. My friend went to order us some drinks and the bartender asked for our IDs, I found that strange because I have never been ID’d there before (I am the youngest of the group and I am 25). We show them our IDs and he examined them under the light for an extended period of time. He said this ID is expired, which was my friends mistake, she gave the correct ID and went to speak to the bartender to clear up any confusion. He further examined our IDs. He spoke with fellow patrons infront of us about us. He claimed they were fake and made us leave. My friend he singled out was black. I am a bartender and I work service, I used to recommend this bar to many people. I will be sure to tell them the truth of how you treat your patrons. It is racist and disgusting to be located in a predominantly black neighborhood and treat your patrons in this manner. King Tai is a close walk and is much nicer.

If you like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain ... just like that catchy song, you'll fall in love Super Power. It's a tiki bar with a laid-back vibe. Great for hanging out with friends, especially in the backyard on a late evening. The drinks here are exceptional! The Penicillin would be my recommendation. Looking forward to coming back here to try out the other delectable cocktails on the menu.

Always a pleasure. Love the drinks....and if there is something that you want that's not on the menu , Kenny and other bartenders will try to make it for you. Kenny is also very protective...he is very aware and will step in if a woman is receiving any "unwanted attention" from other patrons. ❤️

Super cute outdoor seating area, with great drinks at an affordable price. My favorite was the berry sangaree. 10/10 would return!

Very nice Tiki Bar. The drinks were tasty. The bartenders did a great job. There is an outside patio as well that was relaxing to sit in. The bar was quiet as I visited on Easter Monday.

Had a birthday here a few weeks ago and it was awesome. Super Power made it so easy to reserve some space in their beautiful backyard (just send them an email)! Their drinks are strong and delicious, the service was really thoughtful and helpful.

Staff are super friendly and its a nice relaxed atmosphere to grab a couple of drinks. They have a small menu of food, but the nachos are some of the best I've tried since moving to NYC 2 years ago. They also have an outdoor garden area that's really aesthetically pleasing and surprisingly quiet when you consider a busy avenue is located just 50 steps away. On the weekends business really blows up here and after 10 you'll have trouble finding space for yourself. The evenings are extra special as a lot of the lighting and glowing features of the restaurant become really apparent!

It is a really nice place to get away from the vibe in Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn. Kenny was my bartender, and he made a really good cocktail called "John the Beachcomber". He also does custom cocktails, and I look forward to sharing with him the ingredients for my favourite custom cocktail.
