Gave a 2 star just because the waitress was friendly. The raspberry lemonade was watered down so we had her switch our drinks out. Then when my food came out, this is what they thought was acceptable to serve. 🙄😂 The two on the end were so hard and burnt. Couldn't even cut into it. The waitress did end up taking that off of the bill.I left a bad review about this same location that last year. I deleted it so I could add my newest experience. We only went there due to a gift card we got for Christmas. Otherwise we wouldn't have stepped foot in this place. Save your time and just go to Little Italy for great quality Italian food. You won't regret it!

We went for a quick weekday lunch, the service was good, and our server was lovely, however they did get our orders wrong and it was a pretty empty restaurant, the food was delicious as always, however we had to ask for refills multiple times, we were never offered one! The calamari were delicious, but I would have preferred them to be a bit more crispy!

Absolutely phenomenal, the service was perfect, The lovely woman waiting on us was new , but so kind and fantastic. The food was just 💯 percent perfect, and everything was clean ,and cozy. I'm looking forward to returning many times to come ! As always, tip your servers well.

Stopped in for a mother son night out. Pleasantly surprised with the great experience we received. Called in asked to be put on waitlist, hostess was friendly, we were seated quickly and enjoyed a delicious dinner that was reasonably priced. Everyone seemed to work great together. Oksana was our waitress and she was perfect! We will definitely be back!

I only write reviews if the experience calls for it. Rather it was extremely awful or absolutely amazing! In this case the entire experience was…absolutely amazing! Here's why you should go nowhere else but here they deserve your business! The food and drink was absolutely delicious! The food is a little on the pricey side for 2 people it was $67. The salad and mozzarella sticks were absolutely amazing would definitely recommend!!! With the pasta the only suggestion I would make is add more sauce and maybe some broccoli or extra shrimp other than that it was really good! :)

Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in. The food, service, and wait time was exceptional. My husband and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and we received a complimentary dessert 😊. Our starter was the delicious mozzarella sticks and my husband ordered the tour of Italy with salad and I ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup along with the tortellini and chicken Alfredo with a couple of add ons. Sorry no photos because we dug right in 😂. Everything was so freaking amazing I summoned the manager to extend a personal compliment ❤️

It was super slow during our visit because of the rib fest down the street. The service was excellent and quick. The food was prepared fast and super fresh. And our waitress was super friendly. Great place for datenight. Clean facilities.

We had to make the trip to Parma to enjoy Olive Garden. We had the build your own... spaghetti, meatsauce, meatballs and Italian sausage. It was very good. We also had the fettuccine, white sauce, shrimp and chicken. The chicken did not taste good, so that meal was returned. We had the salad and breadsticks. And that was good. The Manager, Marcus and our server, Anna were awesome!

Dinner was Good, what you'd expect from Olive Garden. But the service, Above and Beyond! From our waiter, (Michael, if I recall correctly) to the Manager on duty, Awesome Team Guys, Thank You. When we arrived for dinner, the storm had just started. It was really piling up when we left, every staff member we passed on the way out, told us to be careful, and drive safe! That was so Sweet!! (never experienced that level of friendliness or concern.) We did Guys, hope you all made it home safely as well.

The service was very phenomenal. The food was warm and tasted very good. The manager was even walking around checking on customers to make sure they were having a pleasurable experience. Will definitely return again to this location.

Food amount is good I enjoy the big salad bowl but my chicken marsala wasn't as flavorful as I hoped. Not enough marsala sauce and felt a little dry. Drinks were good.

The two stars is for the lacking menu. I always used to love the Olive Garden, but not anymore. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but the menu absolutely sucks now. I had the shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta, the fried calamari, and the gnocchi soup. It was all good. My complaints are that they changed the menu way too much and hardly have any variety anymore. They used to have so many different dishes like the mussels, the bruschetta bread, steak gorgonzola Alfredo, seafood portofino, seafood linguine, a steak with Tuscan spices, cappelini pomodoro, etc. They got rid of all these delicious dishes that they used to serve for a watered down American friendly menu. I hope that they will eventually bring some of these dishes back, but I won't hold my breath.

The soup and salad were good, but the soup wasn't very hot. Lukewarm. The service from "King" was great, however the other service at the station behind us was complaining, "This is ridiculous" and pounding on the machine. An elderly man's can't dropped and was lying in the walk area. Several staff walked by it. It could have been a trip hazard for staff or customers. NO ONE PICKED IT UP. Other than this it was overall a his experience.

We visited your location recently. Your hostesses were very friendly and helpful in seating us and in making sure the second half of our group found us. Once upon a time this location struggled with getting orders correct. But now they’re on the ball. Portions are good size. The food quite delicious. Wait staff is friendly and helpful. Super clean restaurant and restrooms. Quite pleased with our time spent at your location. Keep up the great work!!!

I can only describe my experience here with one word: RATCHET. my chicken was RAW I could still hear it clucking and begging for its life not to be wasted on a meal that god awful. Considering going vegetarian just out of revenge for that poor bird. I could have DIED from food poisoning hadn’t I INSTANTLY spit that trash out. Soda tastes like toilet water someone dumped chemicals in - bubbly and TOXIC. I felt like I was in the backrooms the whole time the atmosphere felt AI generated I don’t think my time at this restaurant was real it had to be just a REALLY bad nightmare. I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately not even google can imagine how god awful this meal was.

I had a wonderful experience with my server Rachel, however the food I ordered Chicken Carbonara with Shrimp was very oily and without enough sauce. The meat was tender and shrimp flavored but the noodles were oily and pasty. Despite the manger being generous enough to check on the customers which I found pleasing. The food was not so including the minestrone soup. I also noticed the food wasn’t hot and came out 5 minutes after the appetizer which leads me to believe it’s premade and not made to order partly explains the oily noodles.

Lasagna just not the same anymore. Sauce covered the crunchy over baked curly part of the noodles. Inside was all sausage and barely any ground beef. Server was excellent, yay for her!

Hey, its an olive garden. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The dish I ordered, the seafood alfredo had more scallops and shrimp than I normally see at Olive Garden, so no complaints there.

Been going here since I was a little kid and quality and serving size has stayed pretty consistent. If you live in the area the atmosphere has not changed at all. Staff for me at least has always been friendly and helpful. Quick to correct mistakes as well. Food taste and serving size is about how I remember it always being. Usually have left overs to take home. Prices are pretty fair. Obviously it's not home made pasta but still good for a casual night out.

The sever came and introduced herself then asked what she get me beverage wise. She then left to get the unsweetened tea. Came back probably ten minutes later with the drink. Took my order and returned with the bowl of pasta fagioli which looked bad from the start. Looked watered down and just didn't taste good at all. When the tour of Italy was brought out. The tea glass had been empty for quite a while. And she was back and forth helping other guest. But never offered to refill the tea once. Let alone the empty bread stick bowl. I love olive garden. One of my favorite restaurants. But this time was a big failure on there part. I let the hostess know to be careful about sitting people in her area. I normally leave a decent tip. But this waitress needs to be retrained on how to do her job better.

Olive garden has always been hit or miss for food quality for me. I was very pleased with the food at this restaurant. It was really good! Our server was also extremely kind also. My only complaint is that once we were seated, we waited almost 20 mins before we were even greeted- in past experiences, restaurants typically make up for these kind of situations, but this restaurant did not- even though we expressed our frustration. Outside of that, not a bad experience!

Our food was super good and came out nice and hot. However the best part was our waitress. I accidentally forgot her name but she was so efficient, thorough, fast, remembered everything the 1st time, was very polite and accommodating. We meant to leave you a nice note on our bill but since we forgot here is our thanks!!!

I haven't been here in years! So glad I stopped. I had the lunch menu shrimp scampi. It was delicious! The sauce was tasty and light. Shrimp perfectly cooked. Loved the tender asparagus and tomatoes. Tatyanma was a wonderful server.

Went to dinner with my husband just for a night out and we were greeted right away and were seated shortly after. The food was good and Jay our server was great. He made sure our drinks were full and we didn't need anything regularly.

I don't like pasta all that much, but my mother wanted to go here because she loves it. We went on a Monday during the day, so it wasn't very well staffed, which is understandable. I had a steak, since I didn't want pasta and most of the options there are pastas. It was a good steak, but it was pretty small, and came with pasta anyway. I ordered a mixed drink from here as well, and it took nearly as long to arrive as the food did, which was a little absurd, but it at least tasted good. The waitress who served us was polite and prompt, though she did seem a little stressed. Overall a pretty good experience.

Olive Garden is amazing for being a chain restaurant. Love the chicken and gnocchi soup ! The salad is nice and they give you a huge bowl of it. Breadsticks are always fresh and warm. The amaretto sour is a great alcohol beverage. The staff is super friendly and nice. And the pricing is fair.

It's tough sometimes when you're dealing with a chain restaurant if what you will be getting in service, which is expected. Working in customer service, I completely understand. My family had a very pleasant experience tonight, even with a small issue with one of our dinners. Our waitress was very polite and the store manager took care of our issue very professionally. The food was good when we finally got it first bowl of soup was starting to get cool because the server dropped the spoon on the way out and had to get my cousin a new one and by the time she got it there soup was cool. Second one was better. Got rolls first but had to wait and wait and wait for our salad. Finally got my main meal and it was very good. It didn't seem to be that crowded but probably discouraged me from going back anytime soon.

I haven't been to an Olive Garden in about 10 years. I enjoyed my visit back. All of us were happy with our meals, and I had forgotten just how much I love the bread sticks and the salad. Our server was friendly and attentive.

We had a large party, 30+ people, other restaurants were not able to accommodate us on short notice. Olive garden was able to take our reservation and handle our party. They did a great job. Service was excellent. Food was tasty.
