Nice place, if your trying to get a hold of someone for medical questions or setting up appointments you should be fine. But if you need anything to do with the VA itself like administration, VA representative. Forget about it unless you feel like driving there day after day after day to watch what may seem to be progress on your situation don't waste your time. Also calling and leaving messages wont help neither. They wont call back.

The VA treats you like your a burden to them. You need help because you are in pain, and they do the minimum for you, so you are forced to see a civilian doctor, and guess what? You need surgery now! Then you’re mental health doctor doesn’t call you back for months, because he transferred to Hawaii, and the VA doesn’t tell you. Something needs to change. I don’t trust them anymore. Sorry.

I called on 21 Dec 2021. A operator answered before I was able to ask a question. The female operator rudely said computer and phones are down. Could be a little nicer. Your there serving the American Soldier.

I had no problems dealing with this VA! As a young veteran returning from deployment, I was treated with respect by the staff and did not have any issues. My first time there, a very nice Vietnam veteran helped me find my way around the building. Once I had an appointment, my primary care doctor actually listened to my concerns and took her time. I did not feel like I was being rushed through or not listened to as I often did at other locations in the past. I even received several follow-up phone calls to see how everything went. I appreciated the experience very much.

I had to change my appointment and called over 3 weeks ahead. I was told it has been changed, but I still got automatic calls and letters telling me to go to my initial appointment. Tried to reach a person for 4 straight days, left numerous voicemails, no one bothered to call me back. Tried to stay on the line and speak to an operator, but I got transferred to another VA clinic instead. The service is not BAD, it’s NONEXISTENT!

Went to see my PC. Got referral for a condition. Referral identifies my medical condition...the same things i initially went to PC for and referrals confirmed my initial complaint to my PC. PC refused to give meds. Told go local ER for meds. And you wonder why vets hate VA.

Very unfortunate time that we live in that you can’t get treated by your physician if you have sinus infection symptoms simply because they coincide with covid symptoms. I have both vaccinations for covid19 and this is how you manage this? Seriously? Pacteam 4, Ming, you need to fix this immediately.

I don’t know how many times I’ve applied here and how many interviews I’ve had at least four I don’t know what they’re looking for even during Covid when people are desperate to hire I still don’t get hired at this location I’ve been with VA since 2013 and I live less than 10 minutes away. I know I am horrible with interviews especially with performance based questions I mean really how do you answer those unless you are keeping detailed records of everything you do at work. But yet I read bad reviews on here about poor service. That shows their hiring strategies are not working.

Lots Better than the Canton VA clinic that has limited services... No Dental, Etc. Parma's clinic is probably 4 times bigger!

I've been going to this clinic since it opened and I have always had satisfactory service.

Less congested than Wade park. Quick lab, prescriptions, and short lines.

Far more efficient than going to Wade Park, IMO. Good PCM teams here. Very convenient services without the pain of the Main Campus.

I just moved to the area and had to establish care with the VA. I've been to 3 other VA clinics while living in 3 other states and the providers at this clinic rock! No nonsense or waiting around, plus they actually seem like they care about their patients.

The lady that schedule appt her name is Pamela never called me back like she said she was. The doctors there are great. Nice place. This is one of the best VA clinics

Walk-in blood draw and urine sample, done within 15minutes. Pact 15 appointment with Dr Rogish, excellent care as always. Optometry for diabetic eye exam, taken in on time and the exam was efficient.

My first visit to this VA clinic was a good experience.

These professionals are the very best! We are lucky to have the help that these highly skilled and empathic people provide.

This place is never open! My husband tried coming here 3 times when hours were supposed be open but no one was there and it was closed! There was another vet today that needed to see someone! Thanks for caring for those who served our country and you the right to have multiple days off.
