Who reviews a gas station right? The concept is fairly simple. However the idiots that currently work here don't seem to understand easy basic things. One thing in particular is helping a customer or customers without looking at your phone all day. Another one is to nicely bag something up when they make a purchase. My wife goes in to buy some soda and asks if he can please bag it (because they never seem to want to do it). Instead of bagging it, he just gives her some bags to do it herself. Should she start getting paid there as well? She failed to get his name, but he was tall, thin, with short dirty blonde hair, and a goatee. Edit: Went there today, and caught his name. His name is Jordan, and today he was very rude. Constantly yawning, rolled his eyes at us, and when my girls card was rejected he screamed (yes literally screamed) the word DENIED! I simply paid with my card, but there is no reason to shout that. At least this time we didn't have to ask that knuckle head to bag our items for us. Seems that he now knows to do that. Jordan if you are reading this, you really need to learn people skills. Be thankful you have a job (for the time being) and realize that you should treat people the way you would like to be treated. Shame on you, buddy.

They're trying to force you to use the self checkout machine I prefer to have human interaction and not wait forever while people try to figure out how the thing works guess I'm going to have to go to the circleK down the road and not be forced to use something I don't want to use !!!!!! As im sure more customers feel the same way but don't want to take the time out to leave a review

Literally one of the worst if not the worst gas station in ne ohio. Nothing is ever stocked, so its a 50/50 chance what I want is restocked and there. Also perpetually under staffed and if you go after 10pm there is a good chance the employee will be hiding in the back room with the door locked

This is by far the WORST Circle K ever!!! Long lines & wait times. Always some sort of problem when paying with your credit or debit card. Constantly out of items. The employees are far more than unprofessional. Constantly hanging around out side smoking while customers are waiting. Cashier Patty is constantly eating something while waiting on customers. This maybe the reason you never get a greeting from here. They really should just shut this place down.

6:30am closed for 15 min break while they are smoking in there cars, last time I went in I had to wait because she was outside smoking, she seen me go in I had to wait while the cleaning guy had to come in and tell her she had an attitude about it also, they think because they now have a self check out they don’t have to be in the store every time I used that I tried to charge me for something I didn’t buy like gum and chap stick then of course it’s my fault, after today I’m never going back

I tried all Crews here all of them are lazy don't want to do their job no hot food if they're missing something on the shelves you time to check in the back they don't care they don't bother even that's the problem with corporations nobody cares about the customer or what he wants

Come in on Christmas... appreciated someone being there. Had brought my 20 year old neighbor with me to grab a myriad of things for a party we were attending and the female clerk refused to let me buy tobacco products because he was with me. Very odd and have never ran into such a situation before or since.

Due to the staff inattentiveness— They’ll accuse you of stealing even when you use the self check out, which sounds an alarm that the transaction is successfully complete. They’ll waste more of your valuable time looking up your purchase to ensure you paid, and not apologize for their inability to due their job.

Manager swatting a fly with a spatula above my fresh coffee being poured, yelling at mingleling customers, and the filth made me leave; The heavy women. Did I mention she was yelling at customers as they were mingleling. Circle K. Only gas station I look for Nope. Not here.

The soda station has needed to be cleaned for a few years now, but I'm willing to risk diarrhea for my mtn dew Voltage

I've come in here mainly just to get something to drink before heading back to the east side. Being a from gas station worker myself, I understand it can be draining, but the person inside was kind, we joked around a bit. Overall an alright environment! They have what I want and it's easy to get in and out.

Employees there aren’t rude but they’re not nice either. Went this morning before work at about 3 a.m. they were closed. All the lights were off. So idk where they get 24 hours from. Gas is usually pretty high. Always busy though.

They are open 24/7 and keep most things in stocks, what more can you ask for! Thank you for the convenience

Most clerks are good.

Lately there’s been a sign up saying they’re closed for 15 minutes and to come back. This happened like 5x in the past month and that’s a lot considering we’re just showing up randomly and not often.
