Aladdin's is a terrific place to get a healthy meal at a good price. The Independence location has plenty of parking and a nice space to dine. The service is attentive.

I have eaten all over the world from casual to fine dining. This experience is by far one of the best I have ever encountered. The food was good but it was the service. I had a young server he was maybe 17 or 18. I had quite a few questions because I am not familiar with their menu. He said, I don’t know but do you mind me going to ask someone. He came back with a perfect solution. Then it was time for me to order wine. I said which is your sweet wine. He said I don’t know anything about the wines, do you mind if I ask someone. They sent one of the managers that informed me most of them are dry. She had in tow two sample that other customers said was fairly sweet. Who does that! Such great customer service. The young man checked on me several times during my dining experience with such a beautiful smile. I said you are so cute. I Probably should have said handsome. He replied with a smile thank you. At the end of my experience he said how was everything thing. I said good. He looked at me with the most sincere smile and eyes and said is there anything I could have done better. In all my travels and experiences know one has ever asked me that question. Thank you Patrick keep up good work.

An absolute Gem of a Mediterranean restaurant. My family and I enjoy this several times a year whether dining in or takeout. I'm a huge fan of their Pita rolls, and my wife loves the flavor saver entree. Of course you can't go wrong with their hummus, kibbe, or vegetable plate appetizers. One of the best parts about this restaurant, is you walk away feeling as if you've had a healthy meal and that you haven't over-eaten. A rare and delightful experience for any restaurant to offer its customers. The food, the customer service, in the overall dining experience are all top-notch. Furthermore, these characteristics of this restaurant are shockingly consistent and superb across all of the several locations that I have visited. Whether it's in Columbus Ohio, or several locations throughout Cleveland ohio, or even Canton Ohio... the food is always delicious, the customer service is always warm and welcoming, and the overall experience leaves you looking forward the next time.

If you like kafta, shwarma roll, or pita & hummus, this place is for you. I am not a fan of chain restaurants, but this place is a go to for me when I want a quick meal. They make everything fresh. The pita is so soft that it is almost melt in your mouth. I love the Fatush salad the best. I usually dine in, but they do a large take out business as well.

The food here was fantastic. Great location to stop by for lunch or dinner. Everyone here was very professional and friendly. Our server was Olivia, and she displayed great enthusiasm and was very polite. I would definitely recommend this place

Love Aladdin's! So glad they have been able to hang in there with everything from covid. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Have gotten many good recommendations from the staff when I have been undecided. They have updated and remodeled the interior and it looks amazing. Lots of great touches throughout. Tonight, I got the len-chili soup with cheddar cheese and the Taza chicken salad. Was my first time trying the chilli and was pretty impressed. The seasoning profile was great, was not disappointed at all. The Taza chicken salad with the honey Dijon strikes a great balance with the sweetness from the grapes that dot the salad. Highly recommend checking them out.

This past week was my first time at Aladdin’s. I am a very picky eater and was nervous that I might not find something I like on the menu. My server Liv was able to answer all my questions about the menu. She made great suggestions based on my tastes. I will definitely be back and request Liv as my server

I’ve loved Aladdins for many years and recommend it to all my friends. We often meet here and enjoy a meal and fabulous pot of fresh brewed mint tea. My friend and I looked forward to a relaxing lunch and time to chat. It turned into a disaster and I don’t think we will be back. After we were all seated and started on our appetizer we were told we had to move because work had to be done on the ceiling, ok. Things happen. We moved. Silverware fell, napkins, fell and our server Angel told us she would get more. We waited and waited and finally called her over and asked and she had forgotten. We asked for more mint tea. She brought back a pot of coffee which we poured into our cups of tea. MAJOR FAIL. We needed fresh cups and more tea. We ordered rolled pitas and asked for more garlic sauce. And waited. And waited. We had to call out to get her attention. When it came to getting our bill she got them mixed up and added the wrong desserts to the wrong bills. Hopefully she was having a bad day and this was not her usual inattentiveness. The chicken in my shishtawook rolled pita did not taste grilled at all. My friend had 3 small pieces of lamb in her lamb rolled pita. Definitely not the 5 star quality we have come to expect.

During lunch it was a busy place, with many local professional clientele (I'm assuming). It was a bit pricey ($11) for basically an Arabic steak burrito but I'd go back to try other things.

Love Aladdins and miss it since we moved out of town. This location was very nice and let me and a friend hang out and eat hummus for about 3 hours this trip. The server kept a good eye on us and was kind.

Aladdin’s is a chain of Mediterranean restaurants in the Cleveland area. Despite them having multiple locations, the food is surprisingly authentic. Having multiple locations has not cheapened the quality of what they do. The Independence location consistently has friendly staff, it’s clean, food comes out fairly quickly, and there’s usually seating available right away. This plaza has several other restaurants available. I can’t tell you about any of them because every time we pull in that plaza we end up going to Aladdins.

I love Aladdins! And Sittoos. I was a long time Westsider and patronized Sittoos every Sunday. Now that I moved East, I patronize this Aladdins location often. I treated one of my friends to lunch as she had never tried Lebanese cuisine before this. She got the Cranberry Salad. It was beautiful and she said the chicken was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I had the Flavor Savor Platter. It came out room temperature, yet the chicken, hummus, rice and salata were delicious. The beef Kafta was well seasoned but over cooked. As always, the garlic and hot sauce were amazing. We started with the fried cauliflower. It was well seasoned, crispy and delicious. The pita was soft and yummy as always. The olive oil added that umph. Next time I'll ask for a sprinkle of zaatar. I also had a tropical smoothie and hot mint tea. The strawberry cake was so light and not too sweet. Our server was super busy as she was handling multiple tables, but friendly and efficient. My only gripe was that there was another server sorting silverware at the empty table next to us. She was throwing it across the table and making so much noise. We couldn't talk over her. Before we could say something, the hostess who greeted us came from the back and signaled her back to the kitchen. I appreciate that the staff were professional about handling it. I love that Aladdins is local, family owned, healthy and elegant to dine in.

The smoothies are AMAZING! I love that they use honey instead of sugar. The first day they were a little too sweet but next day we returned for new smoothies and ask for less honey and they were just PERFECT. They prepare a really good Chicken Shawarma and the garlic sauce is incredible. We tried the carrot cake and was really good too. I give them 5 stars cause the food is good, the deserts are good, drinks good, restroom clean, and service perfect! No complaints at all.

Was very much looking forward to a lamb plate tonight. Unfortunately, at an hour in, we hadn’t received our food. All of the tables after us had their food. We had our’s just as we were leaving to catch a musical. Management left a young server to apologize repeatedly to me and my wife. The server was sincere, management absent. The food was, eventually, delicious.

Found this place while I was in town for work. I stayed at a nearby hotel and found parking to be a breeze. Carson was my server and he was excellent: quick, attentive, and helpful. The chicken hummus plate was alright (my tastes buds desired more spice and flavor) but overall great for an alternative to burgers and pizza that are aplenty during business travel. Overall, I’d come back again to try other items on the menu as the entire staff seemed nice and helpful. Regulars kept asking for desserts so I’m guessing they might be worthwhile.

First time here and likely my last time. Service was terrible. Waitress never came back to refill our drinks. Took forever to get my food. Falafel patties were great but cauliflower roll didn’t taste fresh. I usually love Aladdin’s but not this location.

Our server Hope was the best I’ve ever had. Super nice, and service, and great conversation! Food was a little dry and took 25 minutes but it was still good.

The food was delicious! I brought my sil that was visiting from Seattle. The spicy cauliflower, hummus and mujadara far exceeded our expectations. Service was also fantastic.

I recently visited Aladdin's Eatery in Independence and was blown away by the experience. The food was not only delicious, but also incredibly affordable - I was pleasantly surprised by how modestly priced everything was. The service was also very quick, which made for a seamless dining experience. Additionally, the atmosphere was extremely clean, which only added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty meal that won't break the bank, and who values cleanliness and efficiency in their dining experience. I'll definitely be back!

In the past I would have given Aladdin's 5 stars, but right now I think it deserves 3. My primary gripe is the prices are now rather high while at the same time the portions are noticeably less. I usually order the Chicken Curry Rolled or the Shish Tawook Rolled - the wraps now are pathetically thin and kind of dry because there is not much filling (you used to get a thicker wrap with chicken, pickle, turnip and sauce in every bite). This makes the wrap itself less enjoyable. If you add chicken to the lentil soup it's hardly even noticeable and additional feta is also pretty sparse. I do like their fruit smoothies, but those are also small for the price. Aladdin's used to be a semi regular meal option for our family, but this situation is getting to the point where we usually decide to go elsewhere. This particular location also used to regularly give me their Chicken Schawarma Rolled instead of the Shish Tawook Rolled (even though I'd emphasize and repeat it so I made sure my order was correct). This hasn't been a problem over the last year or two though. I also usually do takeout, and the food has been packed in a sloppy manner.

Went last evening, order lamb wrap it had 4 pieces of tough dry lamb, no taste, dry, the wrap has a lot of onions this my 2 my 2nd try but won’t eat there again. Over priced wrap with barely any lamb. My husband specifically told the girl at the Register please no rubbery lamp as this happen to him once before she came out with a smart, no sense comment which we ignored acting like she was so important really ppl !!! Never will eat there again.

One of my favorite places to go for a quick meal. Food is always consistent. I always get the flavor saver so I can have a little bit of everything. Don't forget to order a side of garlic sauce and a smoothie.

Healthy and tasty food. Great for takeout but this time we dined in. My dinner companion loves the mint tea and I usually have wine when we're not at one of the outdoor tables. My favorite is the flavor savor special with hot sauce and lamb on the side. Recently remodeled dining room is very clean.

Very slow service, wrong food brought to our table and a rock, yes a rock, bigger than a pea, in my husband's food. This was one of our favorite places to dine. Won't be back. Also, we did not pay for our meal, which was one good thing. Hate to give a poor review but seems things aren't as good as once were.

Picked up some Len-chili soup and it was a disappointment. The side of feta cheese was old. The Soup had no flavor at all or substance, mostly broth. I have been getting this soup for years and have never been disappointed. But todays soup was not good!

I was in the past Monday, I believe the 20th, for lunch around 12:30 and I was pretty shocked by the management. This is all coming from the perspective of someone who has been in the restaurant business so I feel I'm more understanding than someone who has not been a part of this industry. I've never even felt the need to write a review before. To start off one of the servers greeted me almost immediately in between bringing drinks to her tables. She was very attentive and helpful as I brought a friend here for the first time. Our food took a while to get to us despite the fact we hadn't ordered anything that needed actual cooking (we had hummus as an app and a salad for our meal...love the hotsauce they offer with it). It seemed to be a problem with the kitchen, but that's not why I came to write this review. Between the servers taking multiple tables, running their food, and helping around the front there were two employees sitting at one of the booths on their phones and chatting to each other while completely ignoring the chaos that was occurring around them. Considering they were not dressed like the servers I would have to assume they were management or hosts. One was brunette and the other blonde. I would have to guess management as there was a girl behind the counter also helping the servers out. It was shocking to watch them sit around so easily while other workers seemed to be working their butts off to stay attentive to the people dining. Perhaps if management wasn't sitting around on their phones we would have gotten our food on time and they would have dealt with whatever issue was occurring in the kitchen. The food was good, but not as great as it previously has been especially with the time wait. But because of the staff that was actually appearing to put effort into their job we'll still give this experience two stars.

Great tasting and healthy dishes! Our kids and family love the pita pitzas! So many to choose from. Please come to Michigan! We stop every time we are passing through Ohio.

I have been going to Aladdins for over 20 years and never had a bad experience with any of the locations with the exception of the Independence location. Definitely a difference in the food served at lunch than at dinner. I had the lentil soup and a chicken salad rolled pita. The lentil soup was disgusting. Bland, no flavor, and the potatoes were hard as a rock. The chicken salad rolled pita was undercooked. The cheese wasn't melted but when I took it back and showed the manager she claimed that it was cooked properly and she caught an attitude. I will never go back to this location.

We were having a hard time finding a place to accommodate our large party for a funeral luncheon. Everyone was having labor shortages or the space was too small. Rana went above and beyond to be accommodating and was so helpful and kind to us during this difficult time. The food was delicious and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

I have been to Aladdins twice now and this past time was the best experience that I've had. Our server Olivia was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I wasn't sure what I would like here and she was patient and made the perfect recommendations based on my tastes.
