I usually give places a few tries. We did carry out. First I’m missing a side to my meal (which isn’t cheap now a days) missing my baked potato. I order grilled chicken and my chicken was over cooked, dry and hard! The vegetables were RAW! Barely cooked or steamed. I had hard carrots and the zucchini as well. My child’s chicken was burnt to a crisp and barely any chicken. It was dry and the size was less then something to be proud of. I tried to salvage what I could but felt bad feeding my child this (first picture). It was also HEAVILY seasoned and she did not like it. I had to pick out what I could of the actual meat. Then there was a steak salad. It literally was just like our side salad thrown into a styrofoam box and my husband had to recook the steak at home. For the price I paid, I’m dissatisfied and unhappy. Waste of money I could have used it elsewhere .

Took my wife out for our anniversary. Our server was amazing and helpful. She even treated us to a dessert. We got to get Thunder and Lightning. Great food well worth the price.

I ordered the blooming onion and the steak n chicken meal. The blooming onion hardly had any batter and was over seasoned and over cooked, the chicken was forgotten with my meal also I had to wait for that to be made, but no big deal. I started on the steak and it turned out to be 6oz of mostly fat, I couldn't get a decent bite and was disappointed, the waitress saw me not eating and offered to get another steak so I put that in to wait for also... I ate most of my potatoes waiting on everything else to come and then had plain chicken and left with the newly made steak. My son said that steak was fatty and hard to cut thrugh too. Just a terrible night.

My first time will be my last time. Honestly expected better especially being in Parma. I didn’t notice the wet wipes yet, but it’s kinda gross someone put it on my plate then under my food. That didn’t really bother me I guess but it’s definitely questionable. The one thing that does bother me is expecting a nice little date. Until my girlfriend gets slightly over cooked noodles that got heated up in a microwave or something. The plate was warm the noodles were almost cold but the sauce that came with the noodles was only slightly warm. So what I’m trying to say is the only reason why the food was a little warm was because the slightly almost cold sauce was there to give it “heat”. The server wasn’t very interactive either. Makes me feel like she was only there to be there.

One of the best MR blackened end cut prime rib I have ever had not to mention the increbile cream spinach. Paige as a bartender is amazing and Andrea the manager took incredible care of me.

We haven't been in the restaurant for a while. We had a taste for blooming onion but we disappointed how it appeared. We remembered it used to be big and looks nice, but what was served to us looked burnt and small. My daughter ordered fried shrimp and they looked burnt too. The server was nice but for the food wise, it was big disappointment unfortunately.

First time customer here, i was really hungry & just googled steak restaurant near me and this popped up. I had to quickly drive down because it was close to their closing time. Staff were really warm and nice and didn’t mind we came in at almost closing time. Food tasted really good and I enjoyed every bite of it. Definitely a 10! Will be visiting again for sure

Today was my birthday and we decided to come to Outback for a change and we weren’t disappointed! On top of the food being excellent, the atmosphere was so pleasant. We had a wonderful server named Nicole. She was so friendly and attentive! My partner and I always joke about who we would hire if we owned a restaurant and she would definitely be one of them! We will definitely be back soon and hope we get Nicole again!

It was Mother's Day and our server was John. Food was good but John was EXCEPTIONAL! He was just himself and we loved him. I believe my brother left him a very good tip and he deserved it. It's nice to see good service is coming back. Keep up the good work John!

My husband, son, and I had the best dinner tonight at the Parma Outback. Food was amazing and our server, Jonathan H was such a positive, tentative, helpful person! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

Shane was our server and he did a FANTASTIC job. Very personable and made sure to remember little details. Very good at his job. Ask for Shane if you go.

Shane was an incredible server. Outback is lucky to have him. He took note of and remembered my two young kids’ names throughout the entire meal. He was amazing. 10/10

Went in the evening later Friday night. Not packed got seating quickly. Appetizer was great. Food was good nice portions of everything. Service was great. Nice and clean.

My son and I had an amazing dinner. Our server Dylan was above and beyond extraordinary. You can tell that he loves his job very much by the way he treats his guests. He is very friendly and polite. We didn't want for anything. It was like we were at a family members house.

We had a great experience & delicious meal this evening, I had the salmon with shrimp. I haven’t been here in months so glad we stopped in! Our server Nichole, was friendly & very attentive!! Thank you for the wonderful service Nichole, we hope to be back soon:)

I don't know what happened to Outback. The quality of the food and food prep has gone down. French onion soup is still good. Steak is under cooked for me even though I ask for medium well. The baked potato was hard and a little on the cold side. Service was great 👍.

We used the join the wait list and did not have to wait long for a table after arriving. Our server Nichole was exceptional! She was very friendly, personable and attentive. Our food was a little disappointing (lobster was tough), but we will be back. Overall a good experience.

Cynthia F was amazing and legit the best waitress my boyfriend and I have experienced ever and we go out quite often. She was kind to our daughter, my bf and I, and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed! I am blown away by the kindness we got here and so happy we chose to go to outback tonight! Everyone we encountered here was so nice and I am so grateful for the kindness and holiday cheer spread. The food was deliciously made too! So fast

We recently enjoyed a fantastic night out with our small family. The server Stephan was very prompt and made excellent cocktails as well as providing enough time in-between ordering. The whole experience was very well handled on his part. We were also greeted by the General Manager, Jessica, who immediately took to our son and entertained him for a bit. She also has a young daughter, and assured us that the mess our 10 month old was making was not an issue. The night out really had a family feel to it. I've not been to this Outback yet, but it was from what I'm told newly renovated, and it looks the part! Very open space, with a beautiful bar. We'll be back again soon to try another cut, and of course, to get another blooming onion. Cheers!

Dined with my family tonight and service was phenomenal! Our waiter Jon provided us with 5 star treatment. He was attentive to our needs, served us our meals hot and assured that our cups stayed full. We enjoyed the juicy Outback burgers. They were cooked perfectly. It was also nice to get a visit from the manager. Manager Greg visited each table making sure guest were doing good! This was a great dining experience! It was good to finally experience CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Let’s start this off with the walk through the door…sat us down.mind you we have a child that requires a booster seat.never got it,,my wife went and got it herself..ordered drinks n a appetizer.this was the smallest n scorched onion I’ve ever seen..they did replace it.with one of the same stature(but this one still had the skin on it)…..ordered our food waited over 30 min.food shows up mine was a 30 ribeye loaded with fat and cold loaded potatoes..my wife’s food was surf n turf..well what she got was far from so,her steak was so burnt the med well was now burnt and they served it burnt side up..her turf was never present.lmao…so we complained which we never do.took another 25 min for her food that they replaced to show up n the image is what we received..the steak this time was under cooked n the shimp was so over cooked it looks like rubber…this is the second time we had an issue at this place..will not return!!! Oh and the waitress told us the cook wasn’t the best one they have.!!!!!really

We came in starving and were sat right away at dinner time with Sydney who was amazing! Suggested the perfect margarita when I asked and was very attentive for our entire experience. The sugar steak was cooked absolutely perfect (medium). Just what we were looking for. We always come here but of course will be back again ❤️
