Great gym! Really old school style the way gyms are meant to be. None of the chain gym sterile textbook equipment either. Real weights, real machines, real people working out there. Awesome vibe, ticks all the boxes, and really well priced flexible options for membership which suits me as I travel a lot and have to come and go all the time.

The best gym on the Coast. I love the atmosphere in this place. The owners are the sweetest and hugely knowledgeable and experienced. Great range of machines and free weights and the classes are always busy and fun. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've joined a few gyms previously, but none have done what Peak Physique does. I've always been really anxious about working out, doing things wrong and people being judgy, but there's none of that here. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are fantastic, the equipment is well maintained and I'm actually going because of it. It was all made very easy for me and joining is one of the best decisions I've made.

The best gym on the central coast as i wouldn't go anywhere else but this gym as the equipment is in old boys school but it is the best in order to achieve you're goals in life to get stronger. 🐶🐶

Great clean gym, heaps of space and loads of equipment to cover all workouts. Functional training area, weight machines, racks and a good range of barbells and dumbbells. Friendly staff and trainers!

Good, modest local gym. Family run by Liam and Shantique and only know their names because they’ll introduce themselves to any new comer and continue to say hello before you are about to have that good intention soreness from the 4kg weight I just benched (7kg next visit). Best prices then the fast food gyms and equipment that looks like equipment, and massive floor space.
