Saturday 6th Jan 1pm. the staff working today could not have made a worse sub. Pulled out of toaster early so just warmed and soggy, bread cut crooked and unevenly. Cheese hanging off the bread. Breaking food safety rules by not washing out chicken container before reuse after they have sat at room temp with chicken juice in them. Not changing gloves after handling raw meats and currency. I coukd not even pick it up to eat because it fell apart

THE BREAD AND FOOD TASTED PRETTY BAD, IT WAS COLD BECAUSE THE GUY CANCELLED THE TOASTER BEFORE IT WAS FINISHED, THE BREAD WAS HARD, AND STAFF WERE CARELESS. I THINK THAT MANAGEMENT ARE ETHIER UNDER PAYING THEM NOT TRAINING THEM PROPERLY OR THE CURRENT EMPLOYEE'S ARE LAZY IT'S PROBABLY THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE BEEN TO AND THEY SHOULD PROBABLY SHUT DOWN.

I believe the footlong is getting smaller had bread roll well? a lot was missing filling spilled out, what bread roll that was left was stale an broke up all over floor no salt or pepper, meat was good an salad was close to what was ordered so l gave 2 stars

This would make it the third time I have been delivered a “large” wrap that costs more than a foot long but seems to be smaller than a six inch (refer to photo for context). After calling the store the response was an admission that they made a regular instead of the large and followed with “sorry, there is nothing we can do about it”. Appalling and shameful. An empty apology and a half-empty wrap. Congratulations Subway Umina you received my first ever review on the internet.

Went yesterday, one of the girls were so rude and grumpy, got overcharged as I order the same thing and got it cheaper a few weeks ago. Comparing to any other subway on the Central Coast this has to be the worst.

Went at 7:50pm she said they were shut while having a good old chat with someone in store door was open. If I'm not wrong it shuts at 8:30pm it takes 5mins to make a subway.

Filthy shop. I purchased 5 cookies yesterday, one had a hair in it. Threw them in the bin. I will never eat subway again. Should have taken them back and shoved them up the owners #%^

Liz made me this sandwith it was absolutely delicious ...every bite was better than the previous ones ....check with lizzy if u r going to this place

Worst Subway around. Very dirty and not clean, usually flies buzzing around the the food containers which have covers but they don't use. Very stingy on salad. Don't recommend

Open sign up and doors open……try to order and get told no bread. Repeat attempts before noon, don’t waste your time, they only cater for lunch. Why bother opening if you can’t serve anyone.

I ordered a tuna foot long today, I was not impressed at all the tuna was spread out so thin , it was thinner than their sliced ham. It was fresh but when I pay $13:25 for it I would like to taste the tuna. I do get this regularly and know it is usually better than this.

Outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Lovely team who made us the perfect subway with a smile on their face. Brilliant way to welcome in 2023. Went the extra mile to fill up our water bottle!! Best cafe in Ettalong!

Second time I’ve been there and none of the workers with long hair have had a hair net on… also the second time I’ve pulled a a long dark hair out of my food. Not acceptable, will be reporting it to nsw Health

Very pleasant. The salads looked quite fresh. Tasty and quick service.
