Arabica reopened and it’s better than ever! They have remodeled the entire inside of their cafe and it’s a great classy atmosphere feel to it now. I would say this is the top hookah cafe in the vicinity of Cleveland now. The service was amazing, everything from coffee to coil replacement, no complaints was so ever. As far as the hookah, I got gum mint, and let me tell you, this was the strongest hookah I smoked in Cleveland. What I enjoyed is the mix of music because it wasn’t overpowering on the ears and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was very personal from the owner to the service. Love it.

A nice atmosphere, I was visiting my friend and he invited me to this amazing place. It was cold to stay outside, may be next time. Hookah is great, although they do not have my favorite flavor. I hope they have it next time 😆😆

Awesome atmosphere! The owners are the best! Welcoming everyone. The staff are good and friendly as well. Clean nice place. The best Turkish Coffee in Ohio! The Caramel Macchiato is a must-try! Lemon mint juice was so yummy and fresh!!

Please improve your service quality. Shishah was the worst I have ever had which I am still coughing. Do not serve drinks in plastic cups. Have spoon when you provide ice. We used our hands to put ice into our whiskeys. Use whiskey glasses instead of vodka shots.

This is without a doubt the best hookah bar I've been too. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hookahs were very clean and they had a lot of flavors to choose from. Great drink selection. Overall had such a great experience and this will definitely be my new go to spot.

Had an amazing experience here. I think this will be my new favorite spot. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They kept checking up on us every now and then to see if we needed anything. Topped off the charcoal periodically. Very satisfied with the service. My friend said the cheesecake was to die for!

Incredible customer service and lovely setting. I came here with my friend on a Monday afternoon and the owner was so attentive and kind. The place is impeccably clean, has great hookah and nice music. I tried the strawberry raspberry smoothie and was impressed. Their outdoor seating is a great option, too!

Me and my girlfriend had a great time here on a Wednesday night. We got there around 10pm and stayed until 11:30pm. We had a pineapple head on our hookah and it hit really well. The staff were attentive and changed out the coals free of charge. We also had a White Claw and a Bud Light. It was served with a chocolate cake desert that was delicious! 5 stars and will be back!

Relaxing atmosphere, lots of TVs if you wanna catch some football games on Sunday afternoons while smoking hookah. Service was excellent and fast!! Highly recommend it and will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

It's an ok place but they're not diverse when it comes to culture, so me and my friends walked in asked a few questions he couldn't understand us so we ended up walking right back out. Was in the place less than 2min

Great place to relax and smoke with friends. What can I say. It's your standard hookah lounge. Go and try it out yourself. I always enjoy sitting outside during the night time in the summer.

Worst shesha I have ever had in my life, and more than that they have the worst customer service. There was no flavor in hookah we asked them to change it twice and both of the time it’s the best hookah and the owner was so rude, we just paid and came back. Save your money and never go there for Sheesha, they don’t know Abcd of hookah/Sheesha.

I would like to take a moment to say that last week I accidently marked this Arabica with a poor one star review. This was a huge mistake on my part, so I'd like the owners to know that this was meant for an entirely different company, which at the time was listed directly above Arabica on an EXTREMELY extensive like of businesses they wanted me to review. In my haste I must've gotten click Happy, and i apologize for any sorta of trouble this may have caused you all. Arabica is a very nice establishment with an even more beautiful brick patio complete with NEW additions now that it's spring!

I feel like I was taken in by Arabica. I've been going there since I was little with my mom, I always got a hot chocolate. I feel these guys will know who I am by the order. I was always under the impression that their hot chocolate was their own, not store bought stuff. They use Hershey's Cocoa for their Hot Chocolate, whatever you buy, don't buy that. I feel like I've been taken for a ride when it's 6.96 for a large. I have better Hot Chocolate powder at home, they also for the 100th time forgot the flavoring I've asked for.

I don’t know when this place started charging $90 to get in but that’s ridiculous! Nothing is improved, seats and tables still look trash, Music was trash, hookahs were tasting burnt all night.

Wanted to give this place a try since there isn’t many hookah bars to go out to in Cleveland. Drove about 30 minutes to the place, only to be have an employee rudely tell us that “we’re closing up soon.” It’s hilarious because they have inconsistent hours. If you’re going to turn away business, then update your hours! Yet, it’s my fault for not reading the reviews since this place has a streak for racism, inconsistent service, and gang violence. Wasn’t given an opportunity to try the place out, and now I won’t even bother.

The patio is so beautiful and a great spot to hangout, have a drink and smoke a hookah. The hookahs taste amazing and they have a great selection of flavors! I had a great experience here and will definitely be back!

Good coffee... But it's 11am on a Wednesday and there are no store hours listed... It's a shame since there arent any other special coffee places near by. Must be a Cleveland thing

I visit here multiple times a week, the owners are some of the coolest people ever. Coffee is really good. Hookahs are good. They serve alcohol too if that's your thing. Patio is a nice spot to chill at in the summer time.
