Get the order wrong, overcharge the customer, argue with the customer that comes to your business almost every day after they show receipt of payment. Then tell them to contact their bank. Welcome to Dunkin. 2+2+3 doesn't equal $13 does it? Not worth dealing with incompetent people for a cup of coffee.

I can truly say that this was the absolute WORST coffee I have ever had, and I've had some bad coffee. My daughter and I were coming back home after staying the night after a Cavs game. We decided to get two totally different style coffees and they were equally pungent cups of swill. I'm not sure if it's Cleveland's water system or what, but wow were they bad. We both looked at each other and spit it back into the cup. Luckily we both had a donut to try to remove the bad taste which failed miserably. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but we won't be back to see if that is so. If I were you, I would drive a few more miles south and see if it makes a difference. You TRULY don't want to risk tasting dirty bath water from a dirty shoe.. And I'm truly minimizing the actual taste.

I was on my way to the Cleveland airport and wanted a decent cup of coffee for the highway.. I stopped in Hubbard at the Dunkin there.. Ordered 2 wraps breakfast sandwiches and coffee. When I got to Snow Rd to park my vehicle, I spotted another Dunkin and got 2 more wraps.. They are really good... It held me for more than 4.5 hours until I got to my destination.. I will stop again ...

The manager at this location is horrible. On the off chance he actually takes an order at the window, he is rude, short, and makes it seem like you're bothering him. If he manages to make his way to the window to give you your coffee, he'll not say a word, just hand it to you and walk away. He makes the entire experience of buying a coffee weird.

The coffee always hits the spot but their food is awful... everytime I get food from here it always taste freezer burnt.. & the last time I got hashbrowns from this one, I swear the one was moldy.. I couldn't see it cuz I was eating it on my way to work and it was dark out but it tasted like mold. I had to spit it out. I will no longer go here in the mornings for my breakfast.

I can't believe this Place is still open it's gotta be the coffee cause the brains on these kids are unreal the donuts are stale as he'll by the afternoon. When I ask for a dozen assorted I should get all different ones not 3 kinds 4 rows of 3 the same. Where is their supervision

Get your caffeine addiction taken care of properly at Dunkin id1878 donuts get your pastries and your morning routine and proper gear taking care of here, Make sure you stop and talk to Jen she is absolutely awesome very attentive to detail and make sure everything is right the 1st time always giving my money here

I always have a great experience here! Employees are kind and get through their line fast.

Coffeee was good and staff very good

Do yourself a favor and save your money. This used to be my go to place, now even seasonal drinks I favored are awful and undrinkable in my opinion. More ice than anything, even without the drinks still lack any flavor except for sugar and water. Couple times I just threw out the entire thing. I was in a rush or I'd have it remade, probably not make a difference anyway. The drive thru was usually fast which is awesome if you want your drink to be prepared wrong and for the food to be cold and look like it was thrown together.

This location is nice but some of the employees second shift only one man with beard is very mean no hi no buy even he doesn’t say to me how much and give me my coffee with mean looks I f I see him on the window am Leaving Other employees very nice

Served me a cold cheese croissant With the slices just criss crossed, But was nice enough to heat it up in the Oven for me. lol

This is the only Dunkin I like to deal with anymore. It's out of the way most days but I'll go here anyway because I get what I ask for!

They have improved their light ice game. And they have plenty of accessible outlets. Edit: I don't know what is up with the recent staff, but everybody is so nice. I haven't heard any issue and I just want to say that I appreciate the staff lately, and you should give them all raises. 😂

Excellent place to go foods always fresh and made it ain't pre-made food they make their own eggs right there cook the bacon not like these fast food places I am not going to mention excellent help great atmosphere

Stopped Sunday evening at 5:30pm ordered Coffee and a donut waited over 15 minutes just 2 cars in drive thru no action at window, ended up leaving empty handed. Very poor experience here.

If this is Dunkin in Parma Heights Ohio just left there with lukewarm ☕. Not pleasant. Line too long to go back around and with cars wrapped around the building not easiest place to park to go inside to get hot coffee

Great people great items and drinks always made correctly. BUT would of been 4 or 5 star IF the had silverware and all my order!! I guess you need to go all barbaric at this location if you order omelet bites and pick up the HOT food by hand and get it all over your fingers. No they aren't just out they do NOT offer anything other than a knife, I've been to this location multiple times over the last 6 months! I've asked and every time I'm just amazed at their answer of we don't provide silverware. Seriously be prepared to eat anything hot after it's cold! Reheating omelet bites make them like rubber!! Out of a lot of bakery items, ordered through the app and instead of saying something to me, she said nothing. I was so tired I didnt catch it until after I'd left, I was too focused on getting a knife lol. So I turned around went back through the drive thru to be told they only had blueberry or chocolate chip muffins left, no pumkin products available at all except donuts! The server was newer as she didnt catch the missing items to offer me a substitute or even tell me, she told me they give out no silverware, including the knife but i had her ask so I got one finally but she was super nice and eveyone has to learn plus I missed the items missing too. I was tired and amazed at the fact she's telling me I can't even have a 🔪! Thats the one problem with their app, if something isn't available you have to call the customer service phone number to be refunded back to your card. The stores cant do it. They will offer a substitute but you don't always like what they offer! Dunkin Donuts what are you thinking with no silverware?!?! I've been to a LOT of Dunks all over the US, this is the ONLY one that doesn't offer a fork!

This place seems to be busy quite a bit. Its convenient right before getting on 71. Even when its crazy, the workers seem to handle it well. And they usually get the orders right. Good job!

Seems like the only working was Andrea! Very inviting smile when she took my order and as she was making my order she was also helping people in the drive thru she should get a raise !

Love their turkey sausage egg n cheese croissant. They were out of croissants so they replaced with a muffin. Messed up our order and were very nice and made it right! I drink skinny coffee so not a big coffee fan! Way to much sugar for me.

Whatever is happening to the cups to flatten one side of the lip that cause it to leak past the lip needs to be dealt with. You need to stop using the same cup dispenser you guys were using for the far more superior foam cups. The paper cups are denting from that dispenser and every single cup leaks all over cars. This is anywhere in the country that uses these garbage paper cups. Go back to foam. I'm about done or I'll send a bill in for a center console cleaning and a few shirts.

I always order from the app and it kept saying the order wouldn’t go thru that they were out of iced coffee. I called them on phone to confirm this is not the case and then tried to restart the app. The app kept saying out of iced coffee. So I had to go in person and place order (not a fan as I’m very busy) and they forgot to ask me to scan my rewards so didn’t even get a credit for ordering this coffee. So very disappointed! Maybe this is the universes way of saying no more orders from Dunkin!

This place never seems to have stuff. One time I asked for a multigrain bagel and they didn’t have bagels ready. I stopped by today and asked for snacking bacon and they didn’t have any ready. The service is fast and workers are great.
