Just a complete wow moment. First things first, this place is impossible to catch open past 2pm. They make everything fresh and have been known to sellout in under two hours from opening. The meat smell as soon as you walk in hits your nose hairs and sends your heart racing. It was my first time so I wanted to try everything. Unfortunately they don’t do single serving meat sample plates. But don’t worry about that, The very nice meat assistant told me “no problem, give me your price and we will make you something.” My price was 30 dollars and within 5 minutes the owner came out with so much bbq options I almost cried. Their ribs are sold by the half slab and everyday they intend to stay open as long as they can. You’ll see sold out signs that start to pop up quickly over their menu board so get here early and enjoy the feast. Side note, they do have seating but it’s more of a food truck vibe, grab and go.

Stopped by and noticed it was open. Usually sell out long before this time of day. So glad we did! We had a sampling of all their meats and they were amazing! I've never had pork that tender! Everything was tender with the right amount of smoke flavor. Tried the potato salad and beans. Very good! I was just in Charleston, SC and this barbecue rivaled it. I think it was actually better. Worth trying!

Best BBQ In the Cleveland area! Smoked corned beef was killer so was the Smoked meat loaf!

I feel like I got back from a rib cook off, the food is amazing, if u like smoked meats then this is the place for u. The people there are very friendly.

First time here. I ordered the half slab of ribs and my wife a mix of lean and fatty brisket. They also gave us a little taste of their corned beef. Everything tasted great! The workers were very friendly, informative, and attentive! While there is some dining room seating this place is mainly designed as a carryout. Another thing to note is when they're sold out they are done for the day so make sure you get there early. We will definitely be back! Edit 7-22-22 Ribs and Corned beef were excellent!

Pretty good BBQ. The pulled pork was cooked very well. The brisket had a good flavor, but not as tender as I had hoped. We also had the smoked meatloaf which had great flavor. The little one loved the macaroni and cheese. The greens were the best part of the meal. Overall, a good meal at a reasonable price.

I own a Restaurant in Hollywood & travelled around the country including BBQ hot spots St Louis - KC - Texas. The passion and execution Daniel and his crew have are unmatched. The authenticity behind their friendliness and passion for the art of service and preparing meals for the community is simply amazing. It’s a hidden gem and a jewel in Parma. My suggestions are the Brisket Sandwich w/Queso Cheddar - The Ribs - The Pit Beans but everything is outstanding really and I never say that. Well done!

Absolutely incredible. The food was great and reasonably priced - make sure you try the brisket. Customer service was also wonderful. They took time to talk to us, give us samples, and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was good. We’ll definitely be back

True bbq joint! This is the best smoked meat I’ve had in the Cleveland area. The smoked potato salad and beans also rock. The crew in there is super friendly, and I can’t wait to go back.

I was randomly talking to strangers who recommended this place and WOW, so glad I stopped by. The guys working there were so friendly and helpful (not just to me, to everyone that came in after me, too). Since it was my first time, they gave me a sampler pack and I couldn't believe how good everything tasted. I could eat there everyday. Definitely recommend it!!! There's a reason they have so many good reviews!!! 😋 I wanted to try the meatloaf but I'm gluten sensitive so I skipped it, but someone waiting was raving about it.

Absolutely delicious! They made a bunch of food for a work function and all of it was really, really good. The meats are phenomenal. Stop in and try. Danny and Gerard are so nice and welcoming. They do a great job. Will be a regular.

Absolutely Amazing Guys & Food! First time and treated like a Queen. Went for pulled pork but while there got 2 samples. 1 for Sirloin w/gravy and the other Meatloaf. Both delicious that I had to buy some sirloin too. I will def be back for more Fabulous service & food!

Fantastic eats. You can tell that the owners have a passion for good barbecue. Every meat comes smoked (including the chili and meatloaf) and their coleslaw is among the best. Just a forewarning, they run out of meat fast. It's better to catch them earlier in the day when they open, rather than later. They smoke the meats the night before, so they have a set amount of stock before they run out.

Some of the BBQ I have ever had. Loved the baked beans and coleslaw too. They do some amazing things with their meats. They definitely know how to cook BBQ. Will be stopping there regularly!!!!!

I order a smoke turkey twice for thanksgiving and it is very good and super moist. If you have any doubts , don’t. All you have to do is reheat in the oven for 1.5-2 hrs . It’s too bad they only open 3 days of the week and they close shop once they sell out. Go in early if you want their bbq meats

Stopped in for the first time today and grabbed the 30$ meal. It was delicious and the quantity of food you get is incredible. All of the meats were great and the smokey potato salad was the best I’ve ever had. The owners were super friendly and let me sample things while I waited. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves BBQ!

Great experience. I've worked in award winning bbq joints before,been cooking meat low and slow my whole life and I've gotta say after trying the most popular bbq joints around Cleveland I gotta say this place takes the cake as number 1 for me.

The best kept smoked barbecue secret in parma . Been coming since opening , I’ve turned on many to try and all have enjoyed it . Woukd love to have these guys cater a food truck work charity event in the future . 5 star ⭐️

Had the pork, bones and brisket…all awesome! Love the mustard and the vinegar sauces. Great bunch of guys too and yes, they take Walkens. Edit - still taking Walkens. Still delicious, best around. No cage Crocs this time though 😂. You guys are great!

This is more than BBQ, this is art! I had a platter of brisket, ribs and meatloaf and savored every single bite. Their Cleveland style sauce pairs so well with everything. I’m convinced you can’t go wrong with anything you order, this place is my new go to for BBQ!!

Phenomenal bbq. The ribs and pulled pork with the warming sauce is amazing. These guys know what they are doing. One of the best if not the BEST Bbq is the city.

5/13/22: they aren't open. Did they close? It's dark inside and a big sign says they are sold out. That is sad, I drove up here from work to grab lunch. The inconsistent hours and the 2 days they are supposed to be open................ to NOT be open..... Great smoked meats. Glad it's close to home. Gunna be my go to bbq joint now

My husband and I just finished our meal from Barabicu Smokehouse and it was WAY better than we could have ever imagined. The gentleman who owned/operated BSH were extremely kind and generous with our servings. Everything tasted SO good, I dont have one bad thing to say about the texture or taste of any of the food we got. This is a place I’ll be returning to and telling my friends/family about. I FINALLY got to try this place today and was blown away by how delicious the food is!! We got pulled pork, ribs, beans, and potato salad and it was more than enough for two people. The guys inside were so incredibly friendly and gave us a rundown of the menu and a sample of their out-of-this-world bacon. We’ll definitely be back!!

Wow! Just wow! This place is outstanding! We stumbled upon it headed to the airport and thought we would give it a try! The customer service is amazing and the food even better. The ribs were the BEST I have ever had and the brisket was truly "melt in your mouth". Got there about 1 and nearly sold out (who knew)! They make food fresh daily and clearly have a strong following. This was a great place to stumble upon! We will absolutely be back!!!

Customer service here was really good. The brisket was legit and the ribs were amazing as well. Didn't try the smoked bacon but will be coming back for sure.

This is hands down the best barbecue in the Cleveland area. Their ribs have the greatest smoke flavor and bark on them. They are so meaty and tender, it doesn't get much better until you dip a piece in one of their amazing sauces. The double smoked bacon 🥓 is like nothing I've ever had before in my life. It's like super bacon and everyone I've come across that has tried it, asks me every time I see them, when is the next time I'm going to Barabicu!? I could go on and on about other items on their menu as well as their amazing sides, great service, and friendly staff. Can't wait to return!
