Clean. Friendly staff. A decent selection of doughnuts. Don’t get me wrong I will 100% go to a local shop vs Krispy Kreme. But for fast food doughnuts I prefer them over Dunkin any day

What coffee and of course the hot donuts. In and out quick and not a horrible price considering the inflation these days.

Came here for donuts and coffee. The coffee was very bitter, but the donuts were good. Nice staff and quick service.

Nothing beats a warm Krispy Kreme donut fresh out of the oven. Yum! A special shout out to the two girls working the counter on 2/17/24 at 5:30pm. These two definitely went above and beyond with their service. I was so pleased I asked where their tip jar was. Their reply was “we don’t have one”. I told them I wanted to leave them a tip to which they replied “we aren’t allowed to accept tips”. So unusual in this day and age where most places prominently display a tip jar at the register. And many credit card machines try to coerce you into tipping. While the Akron Krispy Kreme is closer to me I drive out of my way to come here. This place is so much cleaner & inviting. Plus the staff is much more helpful. 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩

Terrible service, Very rude, I asked for warm donuts the gave me cold ones...Also there's nothing WORSE than getting dirty looks and getting laughed at when picking up donuts with your CHILDREN! I'm very upset I wish they would hire a more friendly staff but more than likely those rude people are going to keep their job ..smh

Absolutely delicious! I love Krispy Kreme 😍❤️😋. Original glazed, chocolate iced, and custard filled are my favorites. I wish they have more locations.

Place closes at 10pm but i showed up at 8:20pm to make an order and they were already cleaning up prepping for closing, no donuts in the counter, latte machine was off and they refused to make my latte because they were cleaning the machine…. Yes i asked for donuts and they had them… in the back. And more than half the donuts weren’t labeled with an image so i didn’t know what i was looking at. Its a shame because they’re good but this was not acceptable…

Stopped by to get my free birthday dozen of glazed doughnuts. They were delicious! Fresh, light and not too sweet. I gave in to temptation and bought quite a few more when I saw all the wonderful flavors offered. It was a strange feeling when our feet stuck to the floor. It was sticky from all the sugar in the air. Kinda interesting though.. Thank you Krispy Kreme!

Mikayla prepared our two dozen donuts at 10:20 pm with a great attitude and a smile (behind the mask lol) even told us about the awesome rewards program which we joined in the drive-thru while she prepared our donuts.

I ordered three donuts at around 10am today and they were hard as a rock. When I went to return them they were rude when I was trying to be civil about it. The lady then proceeded to squish the donut in front of my face to try and say it wasn’t hard but she barley made a dent in the donut. Disgusting donut and service would not recommend!

I stopped here at 8:30 tonight because I checked the Krispy Kreme app and it said the hot light was on now at this location. So I drove all the way there because I really wanted some hot donuts and I saw the hot light was supposed to be on now. I pulled up to the drive-through and when I asked for a dozen hot donuts the girl told me we actually don’t have hot donuts right now so I asked her oh OK do you know how long ago the glazed donuts were made and she told me that she didn’t know and she couldn’t tell me so I left. Fix the app! The hot light shouldn’t be displayed on the mobile app unless they are actually serving the fresh donuts

I have been here multiple times in the morning, yet none of these people know what the Hot Light being on means. They visibly act like they want me to go away as fast as possible. The drinks are covered and off at 9am and everything is left covered and practically abandoned since Covid closed the sitting area. And with all four employees standing around the register chatting, the indoor lights off, how generally dirty it was, and the donut machines not moving makes me thing this place is getting shut down.

Basically the only Krispy Kreme in the Cleveland area. It's decent but they definitely cater to and rely on their drive-thru customers more than those walking in.

Just stopped for some tasty doughnuts. “Lobby is temporarily closed.” It seems to always be “temporary.” Drive through was open, a quick 30 minute wait and I was on my way.

Really nice donut shop with a good staff running it and also excellent options on specialty donuts, memorabilia and other items including coffee mugs and I have had my Krispy Kreme coffee mug for several years and is still in really good shape due to its high quality. I would give this place a try if you haven't and if you think like I do- GO FOR THE COFFEE MUGS! :) They're awesome and worth it!

Kinda pricey, but theres nothing like a fresh off the line donut!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about em. It's like they melt in your mouth. Give em a try you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Terrible! I've never been so disappointed. I spent almost $20 on a dozen donuts and they were hard as a rock. I don't get to go here very often. This is not a cheap place for donuts. Which is ok. But to get what I got today, never again!

This store has gotten so filthy. I know grease is hard to clean. But all of the grease or mold needs to be scraped off. At my father's restaurant it was said, " if you have time to lean you have time to clean." We saw 4 women leaning today.

K-Kreme has been around for a long time, they are a classic, Ohio-Staple of doughnuts. Personally, they get are my 3rd favorite. Fluffy, tasty, with a sweet glaze coating smoothly over the doughnut is the signature. The various other varieties are taste also, however, they are more pricey than other places.

These were the freshest doughnuts I've had in decades! The staff even went out of their way to make us a specific doughnut that wasn't out yet. We were helped immediately by the kindest young lady. Outstanding location!

Entering Krispy Kreme, you can see how the donuts are made and how they clean the machinery. I bought a glaze(plain, my fav) and a lemon custard. I ate the glaze right away. Save the custard in the fridge for 2 days. Did not like it even after l warmed it up. I could taste the grease more than the custard. Overall, the donuts were good.

The smallest & most expensive donuts around, compared to 5 other places! It's ironic since it's a huge chain. $1.73 for a tiny donut that looks even smaller in the palm of your hand. They're the poster child for Skimpflation! And that's one donut in their 3 pack. Not so sure the 3 pack saved me a dime. Plan on waiting in line awhile to get gouged.. They make you wanna give up sweets!

Waited in the drive-thru(tried to go inside but had signs on the door you had to go through the drive thru) for over 25 minutes to be told that they never got my order! It was for 2 dozen donuts! Not some complex meal. Had to pull around front and wait another 15 minutes for them to bring thr order out.

over $9.50 for a half dozen of plain glazed donuts.Love the hot doughnuts. But passed on them. It was under $12 for a dozen. But that was too many. ☹️ Getting them before the glaze hits is usually my favorite. After the glaze they tend to be too sweet for me. Some of the best doughnuts around.

Donuts are usually pretty good, but last few times we got some that were supposed to have filling, didn't have any filling. I'd also skip getting the cinnamon roll one. Way too small for the price. Edit: not sure why the lobby was closed tonight, but we were told at the drive thru that they had everything but the cinnamon rolls and fritters. Started ordering and then after 5 mins they said they couldn't hear us. Drove up to the window to order and then was told, "We don't have those donuts." Then why tell us you had everything?? Employee acted like we were bothering her. Won't ever order through the drive thru again.

Very cool and busy place. You can see the doughnuts made and even if your lucky, get a free hot one off the belt. My only issue was I had a gift card that had $25 on it but the girl behind the counter said it was zero. I later confirmed this was not the case. Mistakes happen, we will try again but tasty for sure.

It was great.. they have it coming out fresh. I enjoyed looking at the process and donuts getting fried. All this increases my appetite

Best time to go is when the hot fresh doughnuts sign is lit. I will wait for the sign to come on if I have too! They variety and yummy goodness of the doughnuts can't be beat.

Hot donuts right from the conveyor is always going to be one of the best treats, just the hardened glaze making the whole thing just melt in your mouth.
