The food is very good and has been very consistent. The real issue is with the Quantity. I ordered multiple times through uber eats and even in dine in experiences, and the quantity of biryani to the price they quote makes no sense at all. By now, I have complained to the employees multiple times hoping for better and nothing changed so thought of posting it to the public to tell what to expect. You can charge 16$ for biryani and even 5% inflation charge which is only fine if you deliver the worth of price the customer pays. Good food can NEVER be an excuse for delivering lower quantities and higher prices. Adding few pictures to show how the comment is relevant. Pictures are taken before serving the bowls.

First of all, I’ll like to say there is some sort of discrimination against customers who isn’t “Indian or white” I walked in with my family to dine in and there was a sign just by the entrance that says “wait to be seated” and we literally stood there for up to 10mins without anyone approaching us to assign us a seat and I could see the waiters looking at us and looking away. It was until I called on to them before they eventually approached us, and one of them told us we could have walked in to get ourselves a seat. Well I wouldn’t have had a problem with that, but the fact that they assign every single person that walked in a seat without letting them stand for so long, now that is disgusting. Anyway, I know for a fact I’ll not be visiting an establishment that doesn’t treat all their customers as ONE again.

The dining experience was good, and Teju provided excellent service. She was polite, took the order, and gave suggestions, which worked out well. It was definitely worth visiting and had the best taste.

Tandoori chicken and Hakka noodles were delicious. Some of the best we’ve had. My father born and raised in India said it tasted just like how it is in India. Our server Kusuma was also very helpful. Food quality and overall experience was truely deserving of 5 stars.

Their biryani and Medu vada is so good. Always consistent taste. everything comes in good quantity. I always try at least one new dish when I go there and so far it has been so good. Always very good experience.

I enjoyed something new. But there is definitely a language barrier going on and it was hard to order or ask about the food. I will definitely do some homework b4 I go back so I can find something that won't burn my face off. Also didn't like the warm tap water I was served. Ice is a swell thing when u need to put a fire out. O...and the Naan was awesome.

So obsessed with their spicy vegetable soup and Mirchi ka Salan and yogurt dressing on top of their yummy white rice. I’ve only carried out and still received service as if I was dining in! The moment you walk in you can smell all the delicious spices!! 10/10 recommended!!! 🤩

We got paneer tikka, mysore dosa, and hakka noodles - and all 3 items were delish! Often, tikka appetizers can be dry - but the paneer tikka was the perfect texture. Hakka noodles were by far the best dish of the night; we would definitely return for those noodles alone! One of the better Indian food places in the CLE area. Definitely recommend. We had the pleasure of being served by Teju - very kind waitress who constantly checked on us.

We visited this place for lunch and we were served by Teju. Her service was really good. The ambience is amazing, and the food is mind-blowing. They make it to taste all palettes, and we loved how spicy they made it for us. We ordered veg kothu parotta and egg biryani and is just like how it is made in south India. We even got to go for dinner because it was that good! Wish we had such restaurants in the Pittsburgh region.

Food was excellent. Great ambience. The overall service needs a little work though. Will be back for the food. The Paradise chicken fry with the sesame crusting was exceptional.

The Chinese was delicious, The rest of everything we ordered was good, but the presentation of food and serving should be considered too. Broken dishes are used for serving, almost all the plates and bowls had cracks. The management is good, I comment so that these petty things are heard and implemented for a 5 star rating in future. I am from Canada, and here our Indian restaurants take extra care on presentations too.

Excellent food. We tried their Chicken Dam Biriyani, Tandoori Chicken, Idli and Samosa. All food are so delicious with a good portion.

My husband and I went on a date night. The server was very friendly and helped us make the best delicious choices in authentic Indian food! We loved it, from the Tandoori chicken to Double Kamedha dessert which was like a warm version of Grandma's bread pudding! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a chance! I was there last week for the first time with family for dinner and I loved it. Biryanis are their forte and being south indian resturant it is serving best Dosas in the town. We went for their Vijaywada biryani and it was made to our taste. 2 chutneys that comes with Biryani were also good and added lots of flavors to biryani itself. All in all its a must visit food place in Parma and around area. You will not get disappointed.

Best fried rice I've ever had. I got the egg fried rice and it was perfect. They offer an "American mild" which is funny and appreciated. They have big portions and fair prices.

A clean restaurant with a nice contemporary vibe. We went here for dinner and were greeted immediately by the host and were shown to our table. You have to scan the QR code as there are no menus and we placed our order with a gentleman. For an appetizer we got the chili idli. It was outstanding... just the right amount of vegetables, spices and the crisp. For our dinner we ordered cheese masala dosa and vegetable biriyani. The masala dosa was thin enough to be crispy and the filling was fresh with right amount of spices (some restaurants make them too bland to fit the western palate, losing the authentic taste). The sambar was delicious and the three chutneys that came with it were such perfect accompaniments. The biryani was what we really wanted to try, after all that's what the name of the restaurant is but it was okay. I think next time I'll stick to trying something from the other categories. The service is okay as well. I can't say we really had a server because we had a few different people come to our table. No one really came to check on how everything was, but it's all good. The manager, or I think she was the manager didn't really seemed too concerned with what was going on with the tables. I think with having about 9 FOH staff members, she would have some sort of support but she seemed a bit overwhelmed.

The food was amazing! Although the porportion of the dishes was larger than expected, the food was delicious.

Ramya was absolutely amazing with service. She assured that we understood the heat levels of the entrees we explored. She was very attentive to our party and made the experience fun. We invited our family to the restaurant. My wife and I have had nothing but the best food since our first time. One weekend- we ordered 3 times- one take-out order for two per day. Our family was so satisfied. All that we described in excitement came to life in their experience too. They loved flavors of the food. The spices were balanced; the portions were hearty and the prices worth every cent. Even the serving dishes were impressive. The atmosphere was clean and spacious. We had room to be private within the open concept. Most all the service was outstanding. Thank you and again for such an amazing server and wonderful restaurant.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area, today we were on our way back from Columbus and stopped in and were waited on by Sampath, he was fantastic and attentive and steered us right at every direction. I recommend to all the chicken tikka and the mattar paneer. Also, the biryani is always fantastic. Highly recommend!!!!!
