Date night with my husband! Best steak ever!! Everything was delish!! Our server Erika was so pleasant and personable and took great care of us!! Definitely returning soon!! Sorry about my half eaten plate of food. It was so good that I almost forgot to take a photo!! 😋

Quick service. Our steak was super juicy and delicious. We had some lamb chops. The meat was just coming out of the bones very easily. The portions were decent size for us, so we took some leftovers home. Overall, everything was perfect!

Stopped for lunch and everything was very good. French onion soup with grilled chicken salad was delicious. Chicken tenders and broccoli got a thumbs up as well.

Had a family of four today-busy/packed for lunch! Our waitress was Paige and she was AMAZING! We all ordered items off the menu that was made to fit our needs & she made that happen without any hassel. Food took a little while (everything we ordered was medium well to well done) but did come out good, clean plate club! We were told that they were short staffed, but Paige made it a fantastic experience; even with all her other tables in the restaurant!

It's a chain restaurant...it's neither great nor horrible. You know what you'll get (or should). Steak was fine, and a fair value for the price. They forgot the shrimp with one of the orders, but things happen. Otherwise, service was quick and friendly.

Wasn't what I was expecting with my ribeye. The manager was more than gracious and accommodating with my concerns about the seasoning and cooking method of my steak. I will return because of his genuine concern.

Rib eye steak was just ok. Kinda dry. BBQ ribs sure didn't fall off the bone. Disappointing dinner. Will try again before we move on to new place

We went to Longhorn at Westgate yesterday, Saturday and were seated quickly Our Server was very attentive and was nice. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were really good; both the Flo's Fillet and Sirloin. It was my birthday and I had the birthday coupon so I ordered the triple chocolate cheesecake, 😋 and shared it.

Perfectly cooked steak. The Outlaw steak was very good. I'm not a fan of the lemon butter but it was ok. The salad was very fresh and crisp. The bread was hot and served very fresh. It would have been nice if there were two butters served with the bread. Tiffany, our server was fantastic. She is a very good waitress with a good sense of humor. Great parking.

As a restaurant they need to step it up I'm a pescatarian Soda from bar was flat had to order different Salmon tasted like it was cooked in steak grease The greens Brussel sprouts terrible The cheese cake great The roll of bread very solid kind of ridiculous Overall this should of been worth the place and area and taste I would not recommend

Food was wonderful as always. Flos Filet was so tender. The sirloin had so much flavor. I'm also in love with their broccoli. Steve was our server and was super friendly, kind, energetic, and overall, 5 star staff!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday, and she enjoyed her steak and appetizers! Connor was an awesome server and made excellent suggestions. We both enjoyed our time and meals!

No matter what city I'm in, Longhorn Steakhouse always provides a top notch, high quality product and service! Their filet mignon is so delicious, salads are very fresh and soups are amazing! Have loved these restaurants for years!

Lobster tail was not cooked! Sent back and they did not get it right, third time still not cooked. Manager was very nice but after all that still didn't have a good dinner. Server seemed not to care much about it. She was off & on being nice then careless. We ordered our food salads didn't come right away, but 2 minutes after our salads were served our meals came. It was a very disappointing evening celebrating a birthday, it was really not even mediocre. Very sad, spending quite a bit for dinner and we felt very dissatisfied. We always had good experiences at this restaurant so not sure what's going on now. Maybe change in staff.

Me and my life long friend come to the fairview Park location frequently. We were there last night and had the worst dining experience of our lives. Our server was scary. We waited so long for our dinner. It was over an hour and we had nothing but bread and water. When we tried to flag him down, he started to avoid us. Then we said to 2 other waiters that we just want to go, please, and do we owe you any money for the bread. Then the server came out yelling at us, and holding our food hostage until he was done yelling at us. I told him to put the.food down. He put mine down and then threw my friends plate at her. I told him to give us to go containers and the check. He threw the containers at my friend head. She was so scared of him that she took her food as fast as possible and bolted. I hurried to catch up with her to pay and go. Then I was told the manager is busy but she will be up when she can. I was not gonna accept that, and made it clear. The manager was up in a hot min then. Never even asked or cared what happened. Then she actually made us pay for a cold dinner. I am having major anxiety and my friend is so upset that she could not go to work today. Also we came there after my brother's funeral.

Went to lunch with my friend at this location this past Saturday and had the best food ever. Our server was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. The meals were generous and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The dining room is large. Plenty of parking. No long wait. We just walked right in. Great menu selection and fantastic prices. Highly recommend this restaurant .Thank you for a great dining experience. We'll be back soon!

Solid food as always but the service was exceptional the last time my mom and brother visited. Emmy was the best server I've had in a long time. I hope she gets commended and I did talk to the manager to let her know how great she was.

Every worker we encountered went out of there way to be kind an give my friends and I first class service. The food is consistently good here. As it was last night again. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed it here. We often order take out but are in this time. I'd like to clarify that the main reason I'm not getting at 5 stars for food is it's just not a high-end restaurant. But we're definitely going to continue to keep eating here

You want a great steak dinner but don't want to apply for a second mortgage to pay for it? Longhorn is where you go. Great steaks, excellent service, plentiful drinks, and a nice venue at a fair price. Longhorn has never had a problem with a special request. More bread? No problem. They always deliver what's needed. My last visit was with a group of more than a dozen people. Longhorn had no problem with separate checks! I've eaten in Longhorns in different states as well. Always consistent The only difference was the server's accent.

Food was excellent. Hubby thinks their Salmon is the best! I always love the NY Strip Steak. We ordered 2 Baked Potatoes to go & enjoyed them later that night. Good service & clean. Always a favorite!

The food was excellent. I was annoyed that the server kept stopping by our table like 10 times to ask if everything was okay. It was 8:30 pm. It doesn’t matter that we may have been her last table of the night. She obviously wanted to go and that alone ruined what could have been a 5 star experience. It was the last time I was seeing my family and the server ruined it. The restaurant has closing hours at 10:00 PM.

Always cooked to order. Good Friendly Servers an walk out feeling satisfied appetite,service an especially price. My favorite get away dinner spot. I have a large appetite. That being said also. Very fair price. Others places i have gone have to order more food to satisfy an yes. Higher price.

Longhorn is the only steakhouse where my steak is always cooked properly. My to go order is always correct. The person who brings the order to curbside is always very friendly and they have a brussels sprouts side dish that is so good!

Longhorn is one of my favorite steakhouses ! Yes they are franchised , BUT it’s so so sooo tasty ! I always get the ribeye (bone in) OR the prime rib. The shrimp & stuffed mushroom appetizers are me & mom’s favorites ! Yuuuuum ! Always a wonderful time , beautiful staff & service… we don’t end up spending TOO crazy when we are here… we definitely enjoy on a special occasion. I highly recommend the shrimp and salmon as well… parm chicken .. really ANYTHING on the menu is FIRE , SO delicious !!! Even a simple cheeseburger & fries.

We have gone here for years. It is consistently good food and a friendly environment. They aim to please. Even though all of the staff provide a good experience, Jenny has become our favorite. Always has a smile and is very attentive.

Can't go wrong with an established chain restaurant. Nothing changes. Food was good , had ribs for the first time, meaty, nice sauce. Also tried baked potato, nicely stuffed, right amount of ingredients. Are at the bar, they kindly changed the channel to the game we wanted to watch. No complaints.

not a big fan of chain restaurants but I had a pretty good steak here cooked like I liked it and very juicy. One thing that was upsetting was that the server was pretty rude not friendly at all and I asked for another bread that they give you and I was told that they were out which was crazy I thought. My boyfriend had French onion soup and it was good. A little salty, but very good.

We ate here for my birthday and Dylan gave us amazing service and the food was melt in your mouth deliciousness. We will be back.

The service was good. Food quality needs improvement. Chicken parmesan heavily seasoned and french fries heavily salted. These recipes require lots of improvement and not so heavily seasoned with salt and pepper.

I always have a pleasant experience at this Longhorn. The food is fresh, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the servers are excellent. Paige is awesome! My friend and I go there regularly and always ask to sit in her section. She always remembers our orders and all of our specific dietary requests. She's also very friendly and knowledgeable. We always have a great time when Paige is our server, and it keeps us coming back time and time again!
