This
comment
is
about
Fuji
Buffett.
It
was
posted
they
had
new
owners
and
management
and
we
decided
to
go
and
see
what
had
changed.
It
wasn't
my
first
time
going
there,
I
guess
you
can
say
I'm
customers.
I
drive
from
Cleveland
Heights
to
Mentor
to
eat
there
(there's
another
in
Parma
but
the
quality
is
not
the
same).
Some
items
had
better
taste
and
seemed
fresher
than
before,
but
it
was
around
8pm
and
they
were
still
full
and
certain
items
weren't
being
refilled.
I
had
to
wait
almost
15
min
for
the
egg
drop
soup
to
be
replaced.
Desserts
were
the
same
way
(thankfully
I
don't
eat
dessert),
couldn't
eat
the
noodles
(rice
or
low
mein)
because
they
were
empty.
They
also
seemed
a
bit
understaffed
(which
was
a
first
for
me).
My
suggestion
is
that:
when
you're
under
new
ownership
and
management,
people
will
expect
more.
Under
promise
and
over
deliver,
make
sure
you
have
enough
people
and
food
is
filled
and
fresh
until
closing
time,
moreso
now
that
you
raised
the
prices.
