This one is excellent! Highly recommend. Only went to drive thru, but the guy was kind & added abit of ice so it was drinkable!!

I ordered through the mobile app and everything was ready when I got there. I ordered the usual coffee and donuts, but I tried something new, The Mango-Pineapple Green Tea Refresher drink. The title lives up to its name, the drink is very refreshing. It has a nice flavor balance. The green tea is not over powering either. I'm sure I will order it again.

They consistently have given me cups half full of cold foam and today they gave me a large cold brew that was 4 inches of cold foam and the coffee wasn't cold brew it was from what I can tell coffee flavored water. I'm continually disappointed that they seem to care very little ab what leaves the drive through window

This Sunday 2/12/2023 I went into your store at 6317 pearl rd. in Parma Hts Ohio, They had no bagels, muffins and 4 apple fritters had fruit flies all over them. The employee informed me that they are not able to get rid of the flies. So I bought a dozen doughnuts, They had 2 types. I took 6 of each . I ended up throwing the doughnuts away when I got home as they were as hard as cardboard. They must have been there for over a week I bet. I didn’t go back to the store as the employee was not so helpful to start with. This was very bad customer service from start to finish. I typically shy away from sending emails and reviews but this was so absurd I had to let you know.

Extremely rude, I couldn't walk in and place a order with my daughters. Worker said they was understaffed and could only do drive thru orders. I said ok that's fine but and ask what time do they normally open up in the inside?? She continues to answer with a rude remark and said "We're not taking orders inside only the drive thru" I said I understand but u don't have to be rude about it plus she never answered the question also... The whole time my kids see and heard everything!!! please hire a new manager and hire some more staff please....

This Dunkin' is on the corner of Pearl and York Rd in Parma/Parma Hts (depends on who you ask) lol. KUDOS to Sophie for providing a 5-star experience!!!!! She greeted me with such enthusiasm that I almost went back out the door to hear it all over again!! Sophie was friendly, professional, courteous...I could go on and on; but, instead I encourage you to 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🛴🚘 there asap.

Just stopped for a coffee and got a donut for $1.00 Unfortunately there was barely any filling in my cream filled donut which I have been noticing a lot lately. The coffee was an extra large w/ cream. I don't know how they know how many creamers to put in when I just say w/ cream but the coffee is always spot on. The crew members were friendly, just wish the donuts had filling in them.

Absolutely disgusted with this Dunkin!!! I went on my lunch break today at 11:45 through the drive thru just to get a Large hot Green Tea. Keep in mind I only get a half hour lunch break... Needless to say I sat in that drive thru for 20 mins til someone finally took my order! There was only 2 cars ahead of me, so it's not like it was super long. I made it up to the window to pay, and to my surprise there was atleast 10 people on the floor working, so there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON at all why I should have waited for 20 mins to get my order taken and another 5 minutes to get my Hot Tea! I could see if they were short staffed, but the fact that there were PLENTY of people on the floor working makes this UNACCEPTABLE! I wasted my ENTIRE 30 min lunch break waiting in this drive thru just to get a cup of Hot Tea!!! Management should be ASHAMED of themselves!!! I will be contacting the district manager about this situation!!!

Tried the Cookie Butter Cold Brew! I would recommend any cold brew from Dunkin. Sat in the line for a while. Sat at the window waiting to pay for a while. Maybe they’re understaffed. Overall satisfied with this location!!

When I first pulled in, I was literally in the street because of how long the line was just to get up there and be dissatisfied with my order and the atmosphere of that place and how they hurry you through the line and rush you just for you to have to go sit back to fix your order or just leave unsatisfied I am very displeased with the service that I had today. Hopefully they can hire better people.

I don't understand how I can go to any other Dunkin for same order and they turn out right except for this location. I only get here on days I can't make it to another location before work. It's right up the street from me. But I will gladly go to a farther location because every time I'm here my order is wrong. It's just a waste of money at this point. Today I got an iced coffee with cream and sugar, espresso ,salted caramel and butter pecan. Why does my drink taste like water?

Love the staff here! Always willing to help me out whenever they discontinue a seasonal drink to give me the closest thing they can. Service is accurate and quick for me, but I don’t often go during peak hours. A vital part of my day when I’m out and about.

So, I attend this place very often, and today was just disgusting. I was waiting at drive-thru for 10 minutes and no-one even told me “hold on” or “please wait”, I headed to the window and asked if I can order there because I thought that machine was down as no one talked. And he said me NO!!! He said me if I want to order I need to go to the line again! Of course I didn’t. He even does not bother to look at me while talking. It was very rude guys! I attended this place so often and you just lost a customer because of your behavior!!

Went there Saturday 18-23 approx 3-4pm walk in I was the only customer inside all the workers walk back and forth nobody acknowledging me. I finally said Hellow will somebody help this customer.An african american worker approached me with threats at the counter and stated " dude let's not make this into a problem" then a female got involved (who would not give me her name) refused to give me corporate phone number she also stated that the manager wasn't there and just kept badgering me. LOOK AT THE TAPE AT LEAST IT WILL BE HONEST EVERYONE SHOULD BE FIRED INCLUDING THE MANAGER WHOM WASN'T THERE. This staff doesn't take this job or people serious.

Staff must be new because they didn’t know how to interact with people. Went through the drive through and was asked to double check my donuts. Waited for the sandwich and when I got home found it was the wrong sandwich. Went back up and no one was eager to attend to front register. They really must not know what they’re doing. Waited about five minutes and got the correct sandwich, which was so hard to eat because the bagel was rock hard. Taking a break from this location for a while till they get they’re stuff together.
