Jackson was very understanding and helpful in my situation in selling some jewelry that left me with unfortunate memories. Went over in detail about every piece being sold, what it was, and recommended ways respectfully how I could sell what they could not take. This has been my second time visiting in the span of 3-4 years and still happy how they treated me and my situation. Recommend!

What a great place to shop for jewelry! I was greeted immediately by the staff and then Alex assisted in helping me find the most amazing piece of jewelry ! Alex was very knowledgeable, honest, professional, and polite. He also advised that if there was any type of jewelry I didn't see in the store, he can order it for me. Very friendly place which is nice for a change. They value their customers.

I had my wedding rings from 1966 reset in 2008--and have loved the Howard touch all these past years. Recently found out the ring is missing some small stones and needs alot of work. I spoke with Jack on the phone, came in and was so pleased with his kindness, care, and proficiency. They agreed to honor their original warranty, will restore my ring-- and are also able to repair another ring that has great sentimental value to me. This great care is the reason Howard's is celebrating decades of service!

I have purchased several pieces from this location and love the quality and service. Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience this time around. Sales guy was exceptional, he spent a lot of time with me as always and we picked out a box. Right when I go to pay at the counter, she takes away the box from the salesman that I was working with and changes the packaging in front of me as if what I picked did not qualify for the packaging we both picked. Left the salesman puzzled as it was completely unprofessional do to in front of a continuous customer like myself. It was a very odd and off putting experience once she got involved.

Jack was absolutely wonderful! He was patient , answered all of my questions and carefully explained every piece to me in detail. I came into the store looking a complete mess, and he was still so professional. Not once did i feel like he was trying to upsell me just for the point of a more expensive sale, i genuinely felt he cared, and was trying to help me find exactly what i was looking for. Will definitely come back to see him!

Disappointed with the customer service. Recently had my wife’s ring resized, except it still didn’t fit. When I brought it back in, it measured smaller than the size agreed upon. I watched her measure it in front of me. The jeweler was insistent that it was the correct size even when the employee showed him that it wasn’t. The original comparison ring I brought in measured larger. He said that it’s too small because wearing 2 rings means the size should be bigger. But even wearing that ring alone it doesn’t fit like the other one we matched it to, so that was a bogus excuse. Even if this 2 ring concept is true, why wouldn’t they make that clear at the beginning when I brought both rings that clearly go on the same finger? There was no attempt to remedy the situation. Customer service was better when Anthony was there.

Great Place To Buy Jewelry! I have gone there for years. Just purchased a new ring for my wife a few months back. It's simply gorgeous! Alex & Lydia are the best! So Friendly & ever most helpful. Definitely highly recommend Howards, the sales people are the best! And of coarse, I will be back!

A couple of years ago, I had several extremely positive experiences here, and Nicole was my salesperson. She was genuinely kind and never at all pushy. She made me feel welcome, and I spent a fair amount of money with you due to her. That brings me to today; I came in looking for something, however the gentleman working was extremely off putting. I was trying to make it obvious that I was looking, and basically to leave me be, however he did not get the message. I was pushed and felt unwelcome. He also second guessed my decision on something I thought about purchasing. He tried to upsell me into a larger size that I stated already I was not looking for. Due to this, my state of mind felt uneasy, and I decided to leave. I did ask about Nicole and she is no longer in the store. I will not be going back. That man needs to be selling cars, not jewelry.

Tina was very helpful with helping my wife and I find a necklace that was just what my wife was looking for. She was empathetic and frand got to know us in the short time that we were there. We will definitely go back for future jewelry needs.

My fiancé proposed with a beautiful ring and I had to get it resized. The resizing was done very quickly, but upon picking it up I noticed that three stones were missing from the halo. I took it back and the staff were so flippant and nonchalant about my brand new engagement ring missing stones. This could have been avoided if they checked it before returning it to me the first time. It’s been a week and I still have not gotten it back. I tried to call them and they were rude on the phone and did not give me any information regarding the timeline of my ring being finished.

I discovered my wedding band had some major issues, that were going to cost half of what we paid originally. Nicole was very happy to assist with either a repair or an upgrade with the full trade in value of my ring. In the end I decided on the upgrade and Nicole listened to me describe my type of ring and produced what I described!

After my husband bought my engagement and wedding ring at Howard’s 25 years ago, I went to make the biggest purchase of my life by upgrading my diamond. I worked with Tanya, the store manager, and I can’t say more about the experience. She made the entire thing so celebratory and easy. She’s beyond knowledgeable and patient, as I had many questions about what I needed to look for in a larger sized diamond. She even had the store diamond buyer come in to go over all the questions I had, just so I felt comfortable.She flew in more than enough diamonds to choose from and I am beyond happy with my new center stone! I bought a lot of jewelry from Howards. My wife bought me a necklace and it wasn't quite the quality either of us liked. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy in the end. I had a friend to tell me that she had lost of pair of everyday gold hoop earrrings that she had for years the other day. I know that sinking feeling. I was over at the shopping plaza , and remembered Howard's Jewelry Center that I had been shopping at for years. I got a great purchase price for them. I snatched them up. Knowing me, I will go back sometime in the near future. We have gotten watch batteries replaced , as well as repairs to jewelry pieces. My husband bought my wedding set 19 years ago from this location. We decided to upgrade my ring…change it from white gold to platinum, adding two diamonds and change up the design. I worked with Nicole and Tina during this process. They understood my design and redid the renderings multiple times to get the design perfect. They were in contact with me over the phone and through multiple texts. I was blown away by how beautiful the ring came out, they were under price from another jeweler, they gave me money back from my previous white gold set and they got the ring to me when promised.

Fell into some hard times this year so a loved one put up her late husbands wedding ring for a loan to get bills paid. I’m out of work and very limited on money. Well the loved one is now hospitalized so I had to go pay. When I went to pay on the loan the lady was very rude towards me made an issue that the loan wasn’t in my name despite me already telling her the person who got the loan was hospitalized then told me the payment due witch was double what i was expecting I told her the gravity of my situation and she got even ruder. I paid the payment she asked for witch took away my gas budget to DoorDash for extra money she wouldn’t give me a receipt said it’d be mailed. During this entire time I was not once rude or argued with her nor was i looking for anything so it was very uncalled for. That’s not even all the rudeness I received from her that’s just a small percent. At the end of interaction with her I was crying while all the other works and security was glaring at me it was humiliating. I will not do business with this place after I get the rings back. Bad enough I’m going through so much already but to sit there and be so rude you have me leaving in tears witch lead to a panic attack outside is just ridiculous. I don’t expect people to care about my situation because everyone has a struggles but being so rude and mean like that when I’m just trying to survive is wrong.

I went in on a mission and the store manager, Anthony and Isaac are great. Exceeded my expectations and customer service. I highly recommended this location you will leave satisfied. I take back my five stars 10/14 330pm I came in today and waited to be seen for ten mins while everyone was finishing lunch or doing other tasks. I let that go. I was given a outrageous loan. When I was at the one on the north field that gave me four times the amount offered. When I tried to explain the lady was rude and cut me off. Tried to tell me a 1000 dollar ring I bought was only worth 75 for a loan. Unacceptable. The customer relations manager told me they gave me too much. So now I have to go across town to get a loan when it is inconvenient and out of my way. I had to ask three times for a corporate number over their heads for them to give it to me. Howard’s will never be getting my business again. The lady with red hair and glasses needs a attitude adjustment.

Unique story: I found a sparkly earring stuck in my shoe one day. I took it to Howard's to find out if it was a real diamond.... it was! Lydia helped me find a great setting for the stone to turn it into a pendent necklace (the earring was really bent up and had no match, obviously, so this was the route I wanted to go.) It turned out so beautiful! Great, great experience at Howard's. I will definitely return and I highly recommend talking to Lydia if you go there, she's great!

I walked in knowing what I wanted and they had exactly what I was looking for! Anthony greeted me and was really nice! I was looking for a 20 inch gold chain and he showed me several options. He also bought some jewelry pieces that I brought in and wasn’t even using and gave me a good amount for it to go towards my new purchase.
