UPDATE:
This
IS
the
right
place.
I
got
billed
from
them,
it
shows
up
in
my
insurance,
it's
walking
distance
from
my
apartment.
They
are
outright
LYING
because
they
know
they
are
wrong!!
Had
to
remove
part
of
review
just
to
post
this.
I
will
only
go
back
if
I'm
dying
&
don't
have
time
to
go
anywhere
else.
I
went
months
ago
to
the
urgent
care
for
a
sinus
infection.
It
was
okay.
The
problems
started
when
I
got
new
insurance
&
a
doctor
there,
Sonny
Sagar,
was
listed
as
a
primary
care
physician.
There
were
also
doctors
listed
at
SLU
but
I
wanted
to
support
a
DT
business
&
this
is
walking
distance
from
me.
I
called
to
make
an
appointment
&
the
person
put
me
on
hold
to
get
help
but
eventually
hung
up.
I
called
back
the
next
day.
I
explained
that
I
found
the
doctor
listed
under
my
ins
(they
said
they
never
heard
of).
I
said
I
wanted
to
start
seeing
a
doctor
for
my
diabetes,
get
checked
out,
get
my
meds,
etc.
I
told
them
that
I
had
seen
an
internet
doctor
for
the
last
3
month
supply
as
a
temporary
work
around.
They
asked
if
could
go
in
at
2pm
that
day
&
I
agreed.
My
BF
&
I
arrived
&
waited
in
the
same
place
as
the
Urgent
Care
patients.
They
asked
if
I
had
been
there
before.
I
said
only
to
UC,
they
said
I
needed
to
fill
out
new
patient
papers.
Eventually
one
of
the
people
waiting
for
UC
was
called.
Shortly
after
someone
came
&
got
me,
whispering
for
us
to
follow
her.
It
felt
shady
but
when
we
got
in
an
exam
room
she
explained
that
the
person
up
front
was
new
&
didn't
know
I
should
have
been
seen
first
since
I
had
an
appt.
I
said
no
problem,
I
wasn't
in
a
hurry.
After
10
min
she
came
back
&
again
apologized
I
wasn't
seen
first
even
though
I
had
an
appt.
When
the
"DR"
got
in
(don't
know
what
his
actual
designation
was),
I
explained
having
diabetes,
needing
medicine,
etc.
I
gave
him
the
details
about
when
I
was
diagnosed
(2
yr
ago)
,
what
my
A1C
was,
how
much
weight
I
had
lost,
what/when
my
last
reading
was
(March
2019).
After
that
he
mentioned
I
should
come
into
the
lab
one
morning
to
get
a
fasting
glucose.
I
asked
why
he
would
not
want
A1C
since
that
is
a
reading
over
a
long
period
of
time
instead
of
just
a
spot
check.
He
said,
but
this
will
tell
if
have
a
sudden
spike
in
sugar.
I
had
ZERO
symptoms
of
that.
He
said
they
were
also
PCPs
&
am
I
looking
for
that.
I
said,
"Yes,
that's
what
I
am
here
for.
My
ins
plan
does
not
require
me
to
designate
one
though."
He
said,
"OK.
Well,
I
will
order
a
full
blood
workup."
I
said
does
that
include
A1C;
he
said
yes.
Here's
where
it
gets
really
bad.
I
picked
it
up
my
prescription.
In
a
few
days,
I
noticed
"No
Refills"
which
is
strange
for
Metformin.
This
is
a
med
people
take
for
years.
I
thought
it
was
because
I
hadn't
done
the
labs
yet.
I
went
in
&
did
the
labs.
I
ordered
a
refill.
Went
to
pick
it
up
&
they
said
the
doctor
denied
it.
The
next
day
I
called
this
place;
they
kept
insisting
I
went
in
for
Urgent
Care.
Wouldn't
listen
when
I
explained
how
I
know
it
was
an
appt.
They
billed
it
to
my
ins
as
UC
for
$250.
I
asked,
"So
I
have
to
pay
$250
for
a
mo
supply
of
pills?"
Her
response,
"No,
it
was
billed
to
your
ins."
I
explained
that
I
had
high
deductible
plan
so
my
ins
would
end
up
NOT
paying
it,
I
would.
BESIDES
this
is
insurance
fraud!
They
are
billing
for
something
that
was
not
the
service
I
went
in
for.
The
next
day
went
there.
I
tried
to
explain
the
prob
but
they
did
that
thing
where
they
don't
listen
because
all
their
patients
are
so
stupid
&
just
trying
to
get
away
with
stuff.
I
told
her
I
now
had
3
days
pills
left.
She
said
she'd
ask
the
doctor
about
my
refill.
She
came
back
&
said
they
will
not
give
me
any
more
medicine
until
I
scheduled
another
appt
to
do
a
full
exam;
THAT
Is
what
I
said
I
was
doing
in
the
first
place!
I
only
had
3
days
of
meds
left
&
begged
they
extend
a
month.
NO;
pretty
much
extorting
me
for
more
money.
I
found
a
med
svc
online,
answered
questions,
&
couple
hrs
later
got
a
3mo
sup
of
meds
for
$64.99.
