    I've been going to form fitness training with Chloe for the past 3-4 months. I'd heard of Form Fitness from a friend otherwise I'm not sure I would've ever considered personal training. First, Form Fitness itself is an amazing woman-owned gym with none of the usual gym vibes I hate (focus/marketing on losing weight, for example). I never feel judged or pressured and all the trainers I've interacted with are amazingly nice and clearly super dedicated to their work. Now onto my experience with Chloe specifically. I've never had a personal trainer before and wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't have clear goals for personal training. I'd gotten out of any sort of regular workout habit throughout covid and wanted to get moving somehow. I can definitively say that working with Chloe has been life-changing (as dramatic as that sounds). Prior to beginning sessions with Chloe at Form I had chronic insomnia and my overall mental health wasn't great (despite extensive efforts with a therapist, psychiatrist, meds, etc.). I've tried everything to address insomnia, trying every potential cure/medication in existence, with nothing truly working. I semi-regularly run, so I'd assumed I had the 'exercise for mental health' covered, but nope. Strength training with Chloe has drastically improved my insomnia, which was not at all expected. I also feel better mentally overall. Chloe has pushed me to do things I never would've thought I could do on my own & that I couldn't have done without her. She's great at motivating me when I'd really don't want to do the work and she's always aware of what I'm capable of & how hard to push me. She's extremely easy to talk to, a cool person overall, and a fantastic trainer. She's so good at explaining various exercises & proper form in a way that clicks with me and honestly I can't say enough good things about working with her. tl;dr - working with a trainer is an investment for sure but I cannot recommend it enough (both Form Fitness as well as Chloe!).

    I really like this gym. Over the years I worked out at the big gyms but never felt really comfortable. I can get a great workout and not feel like I'm competing in a contest with others for how I look (my workout clothes, body etc.. ) I love how strong I am feeling now. I also enjoy their workshops and would like to get to more of them. I never worked with a trainer before and having met the Form Fitness trainers, I'm now excited to work out, learn how to work out and feel so much more in shape. I am really glad to be part of this great gym.

    The trainers at Form Fitness are the gold standard. Every trainer in there is so proficient in what can work for your body and they make it their mission to create a wonderfully warm and welcoming atmosphere. They will make adjustments for ANY BODY. As someone who has worked out with trainers at most of the major gyms around NYC (Equinox, Crunch, NYSC, etc) and not committing to any of them in the past, I can tell you that Form Fitness is different. They’re not trying to sell you something you don’t need or force you into doing anything you don’t feel comfortable with. They care about your goals, and work with you to create an action plan for how to get you there. They care about their craft, about you as a person, and are some of the most compassionate people I’ve met. Also everyone who works out there is dope + fun. Go there - I have nothing but glowing things to say after going to Morit for 1.5 years and to Form Fitness since they opened!

    I’ve been training at FormFitness for more than two years now and I can’t recommend this gym enough. The team created a welcoming and inclusive space. My trainer (Francine) is wonderful: super professional, high level of expertise, caring and an amazing teacher (especially for someone like me who is new to the world of fitness). It’s the first time that I truly feel comfortable in a gym!

    The facility is clean and offers all the necessary equipment to have a great session with a personal trainer. The trainers here are excellent, specifically Francine. She has the highest level of expertise in healing the body through fitness and works to effectively and progressively building strength, flexibility, and balance.

    The whole staff at FORM is so welcoming and warm. It's such an encouraging environment and community. I actually look forward to going to my workout at FORM! As for the space, it's always clean and they've got a ton of equipment. I feel very lucky to be a part of this space!

    I am so grateful I found Form and Francine when searching for a personal trainer. The thoughtful approach behind owners Morit and Francine creates an environment free of judgement and one where clients can truly reach goals with individualized plans. Francine’s knowledge is incomparable and has allowed my own confidence in strength training to deepen. I appreciate Francine’s “training for life” mentality and have gained a balanced and sustainable lifelong relationship with movement. I’ve also been inspired by the way Form connects with their community (especially during the pandemic!) and find their social justice minded approach to fitness and empowering strength for all to be unlike anything I’ve seen in a gym. Thank you for creating this space!

    I have been training at FORM for a year and a half now and it has been a truly transformative experience. I’ve loved having this body positive space full of great, supportive and truly inspiring trainers! Shout out to Olivia and Morit who have helped me so much!

    It’s an absolute delight training at FORM! The space is lovely and is decked out with all the best equipment for getting in a great workout! FORM is great!
