My experience here was suboptimal. I ordered a pillow online and though I was told it would arrive in about 2 weeks, it didn't for over 4 weeks. And when i enquired, it took another 2 weeks for the item to arrive. So a total of about 6 weeks for a pillow. In addition, the store seems to be confused if the responsibility of delivering the item lies with them or the head office. Another pain point was that I paid extra to have the item delivered to my home address but when it arrived in store they asked me to come in and pick it up and seem to have forgotten or not know that home delivery was requested. And when I requested a refund for the delivery fees, they ask me to contact the head office again. My experience here was a complete mess.

We were very pleased with the customer service first and foremost and of course the knowledgeable staff, quality and range of products available. We had visited other similar stores but Forty winks Castle Hill was the best in comparison in all of the above. We were instantly greeted by Pearl as soon as we entered the store. We were impressed by the knowledge Pearl and John had with the mattresses and answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. Extremely happy with our Rococco KB mattress it’s a very very comfortable mattress. So much uncertainty comes with buying a mattress but Theo and the staff at Forty Wink, Castle Hill were able to find exactly what we needed to get the best suited pillow and mattress for us. The Castle Hill store is well worth a visit. John is very knowledgeable and gave invaluable detail about each mattress we tried and gave us time to ask questions and help make our decision. All the staff were friendly with no pressure sales knowing people will shop around. We took our time but ended up at Forty Winks and it's 5 stars from us.

Rayleen gave terrific advice and we have left with what we think is the ideal match for our budget and comfort. Very satisfied.
