I’ve came to this tanning place for years and lately it’s just ridiculous I pay almost $70 a month to never have a bed to constantly have to wait for a high level bed. It’s not worth.. You can go to planet fitness with the same beds for less. I waited over 10 minutes for a bed to be cleaned and it still wasn’t even cleaned yet I had to leave. I already drive 15 minutes just to tan here. If the high levels are so popular get rid of the lower levels and get more higher levels.

So this happened! I went in to sign up for a monthly subscription and this young girl that was supposed to be trained told me the price was $68 per month (for the premium package)and on their the laminated price sheet showed $59 and online showed $54. They would not honor the $54 dollar package. The girl continued to sign me up. After tanning I asked for a copy of my contract so I can take it up with the manager. Here to find out they attached my credit card to someone else’s account. When I addressed this with the Manager Rachel she was very rude and unapologetic. I asked to speak to the GM/Owner and she became even more rude and asked me to leave. She told me I was the problem. Poor customer service. The girl working there today was so nice I absolutely adore her, Kaylee was her name I think. So professional and worked so hard to clean the beds and be as helpful as possible. Some lady was being a real piece of work and screaming (and was completely and utterly wrong in every aspect) and Kaylee handled it so well. I would’ve not been so nice had I been in her shoes. Definitely an amazing employee to have, she’s a keeper!

Great beds but not a fan of the new staff, they aren’t friendly like Tan Quest staff. Pretty big let down for me with the change. Manager was not helpful, she just was argumentative when questions asked. Also, stop asking if we need lotion each time, don’t you track lotion purchases per guest? can’t you see that I just bought some a few days ago?

I absolutely love the salon and the friendly staff, they have great products and are very knowledgeable, I can highly recommend the salon to anybody looking for tanning.

Highly recommended if you like getting ripped off!! On 3 separate occasions, I paid for the bronze boost on the spray tan to find out 6 hours later (after the tan developed) that they had not in fact added it. I have been spray tanning for YEARS and I know the difference. The first time, I thought I was imagining things. The second time, I let it go, honest mistake, right? The third time, I sent an email describing the girl that was working every time this happened (very young blonde girl with chewed fingernails) and asked for a refund on the session and assurance this wouldn’t happen again. It was ignored. Unfortunately, I paid in cash so there was no way to determine the service I requested/paid for. I hope the $15 was worth it!! Clean your house of shady employees and attend to your emails or this will continue to happen. I know I’m not the first or the last.

I have been tanning at the Middleburg Heights location for many years and I have to commend the staff for always being so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! When I went in to tan today, Amy not only told me which beds were available for me to use, but without my having to ask, she let me know how many minutes remained on the other beds in case I chose to wait for them to be open for use! I truly appreciate the attentiveness of all of the staff and highly recommend Neon Beach to anyone looking for a high quality tanning salon!

First time there! BW college student waited on me, she was PHENOMENAL!

This was my first spray tan experience. The girl at the front desk was so nice. When it came time to pick how dark I wanted my tan she was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me. Was very informative when it came to explaining the booth & tips for after care. When my spray tan was finished I walked to the front of the facility & to my surprise it was raining something terrible. The same front desk girl offered for me to stay & wait it out bc obviously after a spray tan you are not to get wet. Well needless to say the rain did not let up. The girl at the desk that helped me from the start of my visit, figured out how to help me avoid the rain & get to my car. I really appreciated that. She went above & beyond & out of her way for a new customer. I will most certainly be back & I highly recommend this facility for your tanning needs.

Nice place, friendly staff and decent tanning beds. Wish prices didn't go up but it's understandable with Covid and everything.

The girls here are so knowledgeable. I truly appreciate them taking the time to explain everything to me. They are very professional and kind.

Went there for a spray tan for the first time, I had no idea what package I wanted or anything but the lady at the counter was extremely helpful and gave her recommendations, I would Definitely go back to this place, not for a spray tan but for their beds and great customer service

Absolutely the best tanning salon! Very clean and very friendly staff. The spray tan quality is amazing and the bulbs in the beds are frequently changed for a great tan every time.Customers happiness is always the top priority. Highly recommend!

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and inviting and answers any and all questions you may have. Sometimes you do have a 5 to 10 minute wait for a bed oh, but in my opinion it's well worth the wait

Have been tanning to treat psoriasis over the past few months. Nothing has cleared up my skin better than tanning. I have been using another huge chain for the past few months. After trying this location, it is 100% better at every level. From better tanning beds, to the atmosphere, to the music played during your session, to having multiple high level beds available. Even at a cheaper price. I was amazed by my experience tonight!

Love this place. Always clean, Great prices compared to others in the area. I have had a monthly membership for over a year. Never any issues, Beds are brand new, Ladies at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend 100% ! Great place and staff...
