This is by far one of my favorite pawn shops, the staff is so attentive and the hospitality is top tier. My kids and husband loved it, tons of cool antiques and high value collectibles Steve, Donovan , and John thank for making this experience so enjoyable for my family !!

I just actually discovered ABC Pawn Coin And Jewelry and I am happy I did. I have been there twice in approx (1) week and both times, I was above and beyond satisfied. I had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner and I cannot say enough good things about that man.He is very kind, patient and friendly to say the least.I sold some items of mine both times and I truly felt that John gave me a good price for my items.His entire staff was very friendly and helpful. It almost felt like we were all somehow related.I actually was a little bummed out when I finally decided to leave because I really enjoyed myself while I was there. Have to be honest - didn't expect much when I went to sell some of my gold coins here... I WAS WRONG - THEY ARE AMAZING. They offered me a fair and honest price for what I had. Not only that, but he took the time to show me the breakdown for each coin and how he came to his price. It was incredibly reasonable and fair! If I need to sell any coins or bullion in the future, this will definitely be my first stop. Also, thank you to the gentleman that was kind enough to talk to me about fishing tournaments and offer me a coffee while I was waiting - you, sir, are a great human!!

Stopped in around one 130 on a Saturday, asking some questions possibly maybe trying to acquire a loan or sell some power equipment, i’ve never worked with one of the shops before. This was a new experience for me. The gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable at 1st and did help me with questions. I decide to come back 15 minutes later with some of the equipment. I guess it was 15 minutes before they close at 2 o’clock. All they could care about was getting close and getting out of there for a day. They did a great job of not earning my business, they were not helpful not, and not friendly. I’m new to even using a pawn shop. But the attitude of a lady wearing a white shirt and a few others of the disgust on their face that I was trying to work with him was enough to not go back.

The guy who I do business with everytime I go in ABC pawn is always very polite, fast, and fair. I go nowhere else to do business of the sort!!! I recommend them highly!!!

ABC is under new ownership and let me tell you that my experience there was great simply because of the warm welcoming and great personality the gentleman Donavon had. While waiting for a price to be offered we had time to take a look around. Plenty of interesting and cool things to buy here! Donavon and Marty were very personable and it was nice to share some good laughs while checking things out. I was given a more than fair price for a set of earrings I was looking to sell. All in all we came and left as happy customers! And as far as them taking your photo to put you in the system if you are a new customer, I see no problem with it. You're already issuing them your ID with purchase or sale, there's really no difference. I don't see why people get so upset about new technology its 2023 for crying out loud, get with the times! Anyways, love ABC and their customer service. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend them.

Life is kinda falling apart for me . Everyone staffed at ABC pawn has done absolutely everything they could for me within their means. If I could give them more than 5 I would. Everytime I've been it they have been fast , efficient and welcoming. Also ended up with some pretty sweet goodies for the kiddos. Will continue to do business here and only here for pawn that is for sure !!

Bought an Xbox One X for $140, it doesn’t work. ABC told me I should have tested it before leaving. That was never made aware to me I could do that. I was told if it doesn’t work they would take it back as I was walking out and are NOT taking it back now. The repair is $160 plus tax so now a used game system is costing me what a brand new one would be. Worst pawn shop I’ve ever dealt with.

This place is so awesome!!! So many different items to buy. From Electronics to Jewelry to Tools and much more. To top it all off their staff is very polite and negotiable on their products. If you are in need of a loan or are just looking to browse some interesting products I would definatly recommend this store. 5 stars forsure!!

On 4/25/23 I called this place to get serviced I wanted to sale my nice silver ruby diamond necklace from kay jewelry before going to this place I spoke with Donthan over the phone I arrived here I came in I spoke there were two older men at the front desk didn’t speak to me at all . Manager Marty came to the front to service me to do some research to check to see if my jewelry was worth taken and real and it was in good form not only there were going to give me $1.34 for my necklace Marty choose to take a picture of me and tell me she want to see if my necklace was stole and she wanted to put me in the computer system for investigation I let her take a picture of me cause I have nothing to hide from no one you can not steal out of kay jewelry or any other jewelry place everything is always locked up not only I was racially profiled I was uncomfortable I told Marty I did not want the money I wanted my necklace back she was telling me before she check my necklace out how much I was gonna get I told her I didn’t want it I ask her I would like my necklace back I don’t want the money she told me no so when I walk out the store contact help I went back inside and she had receipts for me to sign I told the lady I didn’t want the money just please give me my necklace back she argue with me so I told her to give it back she gave it back I walk out the store I was racially profiled uncomfortable . I wouldn’t recommend going here ever again

This place is amazing!! I brought stuff here years ago to sell. Recently I told my mother about this place, & we brought stuff here. They are absolutely AMAZING!! I called before arrival, & was told all was good. I walk into this little shop & there's 5 people at the counter all greeting us. Amazing!! As I walked up, I asked "who do I got to? There's like 5 of you" 😂🤣😂. These people are genuine people. So understanding & relatable. I would keep coming here if I had a bottomless pit of nothing but sell items!
