After 25 years my engagement ring needed some love and attention. I went to another local jeweler who gave me an outrageous estimate for a repair. Not only that but they damaged my ring in the process by "cleaning" it (which they were not asked to do). No apology other than, it happens. So, my ring sat in a drawer for over a year as I couldn't afford to have it repaired. Enter Broestl. I searched for another jeweler that was highly recommended and found them. I am thrilled to death that I did. The staff here was amazingly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The owner/jeweler was also amazingly helpful, and friendly -- but above and beyond all else, he was fair in his assessment of the repair that needed to be done and quoted me 1/3 of what the original establishment had. Needless to say, I immediately said yes. I picked up my ring yesterday and it was beautiful. He did a phenomenal job of essentially rebuilding the ring to not only fix the crack in the band, but strengthen the prongs and inset diamonds. After polishing it up, when I arrived to collect it -- it looked like a brand new ring. I had tears in my eyes when I was able to finally put it back on my finger after so long. The diamond in my engagement ring fell out, and I quickly wanted it repaired. I went to one jeweler who said I needed a new setting and quoted me $400 (or more) to repair it. I decided I wanted a second opinion so came to Broestl & Wallis, where Jeff quoted half that price. I went in on a Tuesday and he had it fixed by Thursday. I specifically want to call out that he knew I was going out of town on Friday, so he worked hard to make sure I had it done before I left town. My ring is as beautiful as ever! I also want to say the other staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place! Went in to get a link taken out of my watch and two batteries replaced. They removed a link free of charge and how they charge $15 per battery replacement. Will definitely be coming here again for all of my jewelry, Watch etc. needs.

My heirloom engagement ring needed some love and resizing. I feel most jewelers will turn away as it is not their ring. Broestl welcomed me with open arms and made sure every time I went in there I was happy. The owner even resized my ring TWICE the WEEK OF my wedding because I was nervous it was too tight. I am amazed by the treatment I received and will always remember this and continue to bring my ring to be looked at and cleaned. I currently live out of state and whenever I come back home to Cleveland I always bring my jewelry to be serviced by Jeff. I also recently had a daughter and Jeff custom made two pieces of jewelry with her birthstone for me and my husband. They’re stunning. I honestly don’t why anyone would go anywhere else! The clasp on my gold hoop earring broke off. I brought it in and they fixed it. It looks good as new.

I came into this store to have a prong on my engagement ring fixed. The jeweler stopped what he was doing and did it for me while I waited. He also cleaned my ring, my wedding band, and another ring I had on. All of this for $10, no matter how much I told him he should charge more. Amazing service!
