I enjoy this gym. Staff is very friendly, keep machines and area cleaned and well stocked. There is a variety of equipment and they all fit my training needs.

I had issues with a manger there named grace. who I spoke to she was very rude and failed to tried to help me with renewing my membership. She kept checking her phone aswell and disregarded everything I had to say. Definitely need new management before I return.

I love the tanning and the kids who work there and the hydro bed wonderful. It's a great place to go to work out I have a gym where I live it's a small one so I don't work out as much at Planet Fitness but I do like when I do go. And plus when I had to pull my membership during the pandemic they were very understanding because I couldn't wear a mask for my health. So join get fit get healthy and love life .

4.5 actually. I've been pumping iron there consistently for months. Clean, friendly staff, a lot of cleaning stations. Only issue is at the cleaning station they need be more aware of the paper towels or check more often because they seem to always be empty. 💪

Charged me double, then late fees for the 2 charges they said they'd remove & refused to remove them. Idk, no one knows what is going on. Is convenient to work but I'd rather just go to one where they're on top of things & do what they're supposed to. Blah.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is clean and equipment maintained. HOWEVER the music is at times obnoxiously loud. I love music of all genres, but don’t need loud rock and contemporary blasting the whole time. Lower the level at the gym on Snow Rd in Parma. Thank you.

Very disappointed in my experience today. I have been apart of the gym for over a year now. While changing in the locker room, I experienced a staff member walk in, slam 3 lockers closed, and look at me while I was changing. Extremely disturbing. I proceed to the front desk after because I was confused. I was told when I signed up to leave all lockers open that I'd used so they could get wiped out. I started to explain this to who I believe was the manager and was rudely interupted by the staff member I watched slam the lockers state "they're wiped at the end of the day" how is that clean? When is the end of the day? I witnessed garbage around the gym and people NOT wiping down machines.

This gym is great, definitely recommend it! Well all the Planet Fitness gyms in Parma are up to par but we love going to this location simply out of convenience. The gym is clean, well laid out machines, everything you need to get fit and stay fit. After normal work hours (4pm-6pm) the place is more busy than normal, but you should have no problem finding a workout machine to use. The employees are always helpful and greet you as soon as you walk in. Never had a problem with any of our fellow peers working out, everyone has been great. Keep up the great work PF crew. I appreciate keeping the place clean and organized. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new workout home to get fit

Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Helpful with advice when asking for it. It's clean and close to home.

PF Snow is one of several gyms I’ve belonged to. This gym is in a nice large space with plenty of room and equipment, but probably not enough free weights for hard core body builders. It is well staffed and very clean.

By far the best one I’ve been to. Friendly staff. Enough exercise equipment to use. Very clean. Way better than the one in Ohio city

Planet Fitness is supposed to be a "no judgement zone" where everyone is welcome and not like other gyms, which are overly aggressive, but the music here has been aggressively loud. I asked nicely for it to be turned down and it wasn't, which is not supporting the spirit of Planet Fitness. I shouldn't be able to feel the base when the music is on. Obnoxious. I couldn't hear my own playlist in headphones.

Tyler's customer service is top notch super helpful and attentive, showed me around and gave really great insight on the tanning beds. Will definitely be back for the grind 💪💪

Not judgemental, clean, great staff. I would love to see time from 10 minutes increased to 15 minutes on massage and therma beds, so relaxing!

In my opinion it's a great gym. The Crew members are very friendly and uplifting all the time. They keep the place very clean and stay on top of things.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment. Never waited for a machine. Only complaint is sometimes it's terribly hot in there, and/or the fans are on low speed.

Great staff around 4 AM. Love that I can scan my phone and work out. The less contact with people the better for me.

I waited over 10 min guy was on the phone ignoring me. I said I just need to tan, he looked at me and looked away. When finally got off phone, he just said which one? I could scream, it's like the twilight zone

Everyone is always nice and minds their business when I try to get a workout in. That’s all I could really ask for lol. I clean my area and put my weights back I don’t really care if someone else is doing the same because I’ll clean it anyways and plus I’m there to lift so if I have to clean up after them then I’ll be lifting extra🤣

Staff is always super nice and helpful at this location! I went to another location and got terrible customer service so I will always be coming back here. Tons of machines and never too crowded to get on the machine I want.

I love this location! The staff are very friendly, there is a wide variety of equipments to use, and there’s plenty of space if you just want to do your own thing or stretch! Definitely would recommend to anyone I meet

Everyone is nice and it’s a good gym BUT two of the stair stepper machines are broken. I’m upset because this is my favorite machine and it’s hard to wait for them. Please fix the stair stepper machines!!!

I was helped by Marcus. He was so gentlemanly, my bed had turned off after 3 min instead of 9, but after that I used the water bed massager and everything was fine . Overall, 8/10.

It's clean with lots of fitness equipment. I go there early so not crowded. I wish the staff knew how to operate the tv equipment though. Most of the televisions either don't work properly, don't have closed captions, or display an error. Updating on 01/17/2023 - Televisions we're fixed finally. It took a critical review to get their attention after months of being down.

Personal trainer Kyle Horner is awesome! He was very positive, patient and knowledgeable in the 360 Strength and Circuit Training classes that I took with him within the last week. I'm very encouraged to keep up my work outs at the Parma Midtown location.

It's been awhile since I went to a gym...5 years exactly as I used to work in one as an instructor and front desk associate. I had bad experiences and thought Id never set foot in one again since moving to Cleveland. PF has been amazing. Great equipment friendly staff! Shout-out to Kyle who made me feel right at home with my first PF class. I felt challenged and yet comfortable talking to him about my struggles and goals. Thank you Kyle and I can't wait to transform back to who I used to be. Happier and healthier.

Great gym for the money. Staff is very nice, they keep the place clean. My only complaint is that the glute machine still doesn't work properly. It was down for service and it was moved, but it still sticks. Please fix it already. This is not how the machine is supposed to work and feel. Thank you

Bigger than most Planet Fitness gyms in the state (But not the Avon PF off I-90!), and it's in a large parking lot so you have plenty of elbow room. Bonus points on Marc's being close by.

I just wanted to leave a review I had such a good experience at the brookpark location first of all the fact that they're letting teenagers sign up for free during the summer is amazing honestly that's what more gym should be doing also everybody's so friendly and nice they really really are like they explained everything in detail they answered all my questions I like the fact that they keep your credit card on file so you could just pick something up without having to bring in your money or card I was tanning I was going to buy a packet and the girl behind the counter said no no before you spend your money try mine and she actually pulled out her expensive tanning lotion and let me use it I mean how nice is that and anytime I go there everything's available some gyms you know are over crowded you can't use the equipment you want and I like the fact I really like this that you cancel at any time I mean the last gym I was at I was tied down to a year-long membership well guess what I probably only used 2 months out of that year which is my fault but it would have been nice not having to pay for something I wasn't using it really is such a good gym

Joe is a great teacher, he shows how to use the equipment and answers any questions. The place is clean and has alot of equipment, no waiting.
