Cassa has great salads and excellent customer service. A friend and I went there for lunch during the week and had a lovely experience. The ingredients are good quality and the salads are flavorful and filling. I particularly enjoyed the zalaouk (Moroccan eggplant). Their baklava is also wonderful!

I came here for the first time with my friend after class. The food here is amazing. It’s really fresh and healthy. They have lots of dairy free, gluten free, and vegan alternatives and the food all around is amazing. The staff were so nice I definitely recommend everyone to go.

We were on a small trip visiting family in Cleveland Ohio and we needed a place to grab lunch. Cassa Kitchen and Catering is the place to go! It's located conveniently in downtown Cleveland across from Cleveland State University. We are always looking for places with clean food, and a good menu with variety. Our experience at Cassa Kitchen was not only great it was phenomenal! This should be everyone's go to Mediterranean restaurant. Cassa out beats any market bar style restaurant like Chipotle. We ordered a variety of Cassa bowls with different proteins such as the Palmyra veggie (falafel), beef tajin, Cassa chicken, and shawarma chicken. The toppings to add on our bowls were unique and one of a kind. Some of the toppings we chose were grilled turmeric lemon cauliflower, beets salad, tabouli, avocado hummus, Moroccan eggplant salad, feta cheese, and mixed greens. The sauces at Cassa are amazing too and are made in-house. The jalapeno cilantro sauce, and the Sriracha ranch were delicious! Everything was made in-house. The protein was cooked to perfection. The toppings like the tabouli and hummus were so authentic and traditional. We had never tasted such good Mediterranean food like this before! The food was fresh and bursting with flavor! The staff has the best customer service you can find in Cleveland. Verry clean restaurant and the staff is really hospitable. We will be back soon! So happy to have found our new go-to in Cleveland. Arguably the best Mediterranean food in CLE. Fresh falafel, crisp pita, excellent fusion of flavors and spices! Great atmosphere, central on CSU’s campus and close to public transit. Staff is amazing, polite, accommodating and the best part of this restaurant and experience. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I didn’t get it. $36.96 for two bowls including 15% tip which is hard to avoid. The food looks pretty but the flavors were confusing. The chicken tasted off. I come from a town with 100+ Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurants. You gotta have some kind of lemony/olive oil dressing. Sriracha ranch is not middle eastern. This is not it. If you like it then you probably don’t eat much middle eastern food. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was on a business trip at Cleveland and bumped into this awesome Mediterranean restaurant. It’s a chipotle styled theme restaurant. I had vegetarian bowl with falafel and it tasted as good as it looks in the images. As a CSU student, fast, healthy, and on-campus options tend to be few and far between. Luckily, I have Cassa Kitchen to fuel the long law school days. There are so many delicious and vegetarian friendly options to choose from and the service is always outstanding. I always get the falafel and they make it fresh for you with each order. Plus, the fine gent who owns the business is so kind and loves to provide his customers with great food. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else! I'd recommend Cassa to anyone on the go who's looking for something filling, reasonably priced, and healthy! They'll have my business for every Wednesday lunch.

FANTASTIC!! This place was DELICIOUS with such great service!!! And for a terrific price. I got a bowl with basically everything on it, and wow, it was SO good. Plus it lasted two full meals and a snack for me! All for literally $11 and very healthy. HIGHLY recommend coming here!!! Definitely a business you want to support.

The best entrance to Middle Eastern food with a nice selection similar to Chipotle, but yummier. It seems scary at first to try something new, but totally worth it. I recommend trying a lil of everything

I have eaten here several times. I would while I was in Cleveland, on military orders from the coast guard, I'd say probably twice a week for about 3 months or so. This place was so good. The workers are so nice and there were several occasions where I wouldn't order food myself. I would just ask them to make me something. No matter what it was amazing. So many options can't go wrong.

Delicious food you can feel good about eating. The staff are always welcoming and nice. Healthy portions so I usually have left overs. One of my favorite spots I’ve found!

Cassa is INCREDIBLE. I hosted an employer/student event which needed catering in September and now I use them at least monthly for EVERY event. They are so dietary friendly - flexible to offer gluten free as well as vegetarian and vegan options so everyone can partake in meals! Bassel and Khalid are so wonderful to work with, they are great communicators, so flexible and also willing to help the community. I could not be grateful for better partners and would highly recommend them future not only a lunch stop but catering!
