Absolutely terrible. Went there with a group of friends yesterday and the bouncer took my 26 year old friends Arkansas ID because he swore it was fake. She provided him with multiple other forms of identification and he refused to acknowledge them. Also throughout all of this he used several profanities and degrading comments to a group of females. It was honestly disgusting. Ultimately, the cops came because WE called them as he hid inside and would not give her ID back. He obviously felt really powerful that he swiped a females ID. The cops immediately cleared it while he coward inside, no apology for holding us up. This man was on a serious power trip and I've never been so disrespected in my life. I feel bad for any female who comes in contact with this misogynist who takes major advantage of his role. Thank you Cleveland police for making things right!

I wish I could rate this establishment 0 stars. Ever since I have been going here at the age of 21 my friends and I have only had bad experiences with staff. We are African Americans but we are not ratchet nor do we ever cause a scene and it’s sad that I have to point that out in the first place. I feel the staff is taught to discriminate against minorities and I have had many encounters myself, even though Cleveland is very diverse. I know you can’t run from the R word when you’re African but I feel that doesn’t mean you have to put up with it. My boyfriend who is Hispanic had a tab open Friday night he always comes here and pays and has never given anyone issues. He went to buy another beer and the bartenders lost his card. They claimed he didn’t have a tab and said “oh you don’t want to pay?! You can leave SECURITY”. His card is still there and I feel that they didn’t even give him time to explain anything just kicked him out. He was not rude to them nor did he cause a scene like they did. Absolutely unprofessional you guys can stop acting like you’re the hottest club around. We know who you really are.

We were there during a bar crawl so it was pretty packed. The atmosphere and general tone of the place was good though. We tried the Jello shot syringe and they weren't too bad, though huge!

Was here as part of a Christmas Bar Crawl. Great service at bat and it was decorated nicely for Christmas . The music was a tad too loud as we had a hard time talking to each other while standing right next to each other. And the DJ's didn't play any Christmas music, and being a Bar Crawl I would have expected at least a few Christmas songs.

Mostly known for their club scene at night but jeeeezus they have some amazing brunch and dinner options

Great hosted event by Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Beta Lambda Omega Alumnae Chapter. Patio area was just as inviting as the inside. The elevated VIP sections looked exclusive 👌🏽. The women's restroom wasn't too bad. The only drawback was my $20 beverage....be prepared...because I wasn't. Lol

Great place for you and your partner to have a drink and listen to some great music. Beautiful artwork inside done by a local artist.

I highly recommend the Ivy night club for any party or get together we had a bachelorette party there and it was a Blast The management and service couldn’t be better they went far and beyond to make this a special evening for the Bride to be and all of us and also the extra entertainment was a real treat Thank you everyone at The Ivy

Enjoyed this place with gal pals to celebrate one of our friends birthday. It’s one of the cleanest clubs I’ve ever been into. You wouldn’t even smell like smoke here. Drinks were affordable and everything has just been consumable. I just wish they don’t close the kitchen that early. I was hungry lmao Also, the women out here who serve your drinks are really sexy and spicy 🤭 My friends and I were just staring at them LMAO

Although I like this bar, we participated in the "7th Annual 12 Bars of Christmas Crawl". Wasn't great.

Checked the website. Nothing about a dress code. Kid going in before looked like a bum, my friend and I weee denied because she had crocs on.

Been here before lots of time when this place was known as liquid bar. I was here saturday night for the first time after it got renovated and I like the new look with the new name. Our bartender was amazing and was quick to get our drinks right each time. It was kinda packed but overall great vibe and atmosphere. Hit this place for sure if you and your friends want to have good time.

Dom(Dominic) is one of the best servers! He kept me and my friends safe and hydrated so we could keep partying all night! He deserves the best and I hope one day he sees this. On the St. Patty’s Day bar crawl and it’s the best and all thanks to Dom the bartender! ❤️

The drinks tasted like juice. They did remake one and said that it was their machine. But they all tasted the same. Didn't stay long and want be back.

Love IVY! Staff is very welcoming.. food is great! I like the music to dance to! Very fun place for a girls night or hang out with friends!

If your looking for a club/bar this is a great place to be at. The bartenders are nice, fast and friendly. The best time to go if your looking to dance is definitely after 10 here

Attended a wedding reception here recently. Nice open concept space with good acoustics for the music. The food was absolutely fantastic and the drinks (and bartenders) were on point as well. They also serve their drinks in beautiful glasses - very bougie.

Good music and nice atmosphere. We had fun without get drunk lol the thing is if it’s crowded you may not get fair enough alcohol in your drink. Vodka cranberry was just cranberry . Except that everything was nice👍🏻

I thoroughly ENJOY this bar. Music and service is always 10/10, possibly sometimes an 11/10. Shelby’s attentiveness is amazing as is her face! Lauren’s speed to pour me a rumpz is unmatched! Nothing but good vibes at this place.

The service was less than stellar, most of the employees were pretty rude for no apparent reason. Food was not that great either, I asked for a medium rare steak and it came out extremely well done, sent it back and asked to have it remade and not only did it come back well done AGAIN it was also not even room temp. They must not take much pride in their cooking.

Ivy has a great atmosphere, amazing food & fantastic service. I recommend Ivy to all of my friends. 10/10 nightclub

Awesome Vibe for the Cleveland Iota's ROTR Day Party! Great Time!

We were at The Ivy for second half of Bears game yesterday. Great service drinks and security. One issue was the sports betting rep at the bar. He was hammered and fell into my girlfriend and then became rude with me. Security removed him. Bartenders said he is there often. Would like to report him to his employer Bally Sports Betting. Just need a name.
