20 dollars for some cold fries and a dry, burnt piece of chicken. Gross. Disgrace to Jamaican food 100% What a shame.

The jerk chicken wrap was just amazing. The meat and vegetable mix was perfect. The staff is super friendly, inviting environment. The spicy chips are a must try (sweet chili sauce). Definitely would recommend, Jerk is delicious but may be a little spicy for those not expecting it.

Really enjoyed my meal here! The seasoning of the chicken and the sauce you can order on the fries was amazing. Cole slaw, cake and ginger beer balanced out the meal well. Will definitely be coming back!

Last year, this place’s food was amazing. After reopening this fall, the food is terrible. Fries were old and cold, not fresh and crispy anymore. The chicken was cold too. It’s weird getting this kind of service when it wasn’t busy at all. Disappointing

Business Owner: Why are you letting your restaurant lose its value by having people run it that do not care as much as you do. This is your investment. Food has went south. This is why "us" cannot keep businesses for very long and are not as prosperous as "them" consistency and detail matter, especially when it comes to food. I can't see you in business for very long if you allow this bad business to continue and it is very sad your allowing employees to run your baby into the ground. This was a very good restaurant and could go far if the changes to improve start now.

I used to love this place!! Ever since they reopened I don’t know who they have working behind the counter but it’s a big no for me. The quality and the customer service has gone down tremendously. food was cold and the quality just doesn’t taste the same. extremely disappointed and really feel like their prices are over priced at this point when the quality doesn’t even match.

Ok everyone! This place is actually very good! They have really delicious food! Try the jerk chicken plate, large or regular, choose a sauce from sweet to crazy Jamaican spicy. They also have meals and other really nice entrees. Definitely definitely give them a try!! Amazing and friendly people too. Try the meat pies and homemade cake they have!! Amazing! Trust me im a regular and if you like indian, middel eastern, spicy style type of food, then you will likely like this place. I give them 2 stars because i always have to walk there, place an order, and wait. They have a NUMBER why dont they answer for pickup calls? The place needs more MANAGEMENT attention. I understand that covid killed some traffic and they had recently opened, but still, i can tell the manager is not giving his all with the place anymore. Dear Manager, Your place has a lot of nice potential! Pay more attention to whats going on onsite. Review your basic customer service and enhance the calling experience and ANSWER! Add your place on doordash! It is only on uber eats. Doordash is better because they do not hold restaurants liable for REFUNDS.

Every review that says the food is spicy hot is not kidding. Unless you eat jalapeños for dessert you'll need to add more pasta to cool the spice. I ate off of it for three days and it was still delicious. The rasta pasta in our city is baby food in comparison. It's delicious but adding to a salad or more pasta would give it an additional star.

OMFG! I was crunching in the bone ! The spice level is so good with that dry rub they put all up in the chicken skin some how ! SO much flavor no sauce needed option. Also added the fry's with jerk dry rub. So yummy. I already want it again.

Excellent food at a very good price! We tried the jerk chicken cutlet sandwich, jerk chicken platter, and the pasta (quite spicy) and all were great! The fries were delicious too! Definitely will be getting food from here again

The jerk chicken is excellent. So tender and great flavor. Place is super clean and the workers are knowledgeable about level of spiciness and flavor combinations. We stopped in before a Guardians game. We’ll be back.

Staff was friendly. Service was quick. The Resteraunt was empty and not much traffic. I ordered a salad with jerk chicken. The portions were small. The chicken was ok at best but the salad was thoughtlessly put together. It was basically just lettuce and tomatoes, maybe a cucumber or two.

We had UJerk cater our lunch and it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and made it easy to place the order and make sure that we had enough food for our group of 40+ people! Had a variety of sliders and Rasta Pasta for our group, excellent spice level for everyone (although, make sure you prepare yourself for some heat). 10/10 would recommend!

My first time eating here. The fries were horrible...but that's not your specialty. They were hard and tasted like they had been sitting a while and then re-fried. The Jerk Chicken was good and the Beef Patty too. I will give you another try, but not close to your closing time.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Quick ordering process and food came out in a decent time. Perfect lunch spot. They have fun lemy&nades in a bag. I ordered the spicy tuna salad with regular fries. Delicious!

Loved the Jerk Chicken! Soooooo flavorful. The place has a really cool vibe and is super clean. Also, the guy making the Chicken was super friendly and even gave us some complimentary plantains to try. Awesome place

The spicy tuna wrap is amazing! Rasta pasta on Fridays is a tradition for our office. Plus the customer service is amazing! No matter who takes my order, they are always so friendly.

I am giving 5 stars because I can't give 6. The jerk chicken here was the best I have ever had. The jerk fries were too good. We were travelling through Cleveland and the place was closed. When we knocked on the door, we were let in and treated with kind service and excellent food. I will make it a point to visit again if I am in that area. Happy to recommend it wholeheartedly.

I decided to stop in while walking past as I was starving. I ordered the jerk chicken wrap but it was really underwhelming and lacking that extra punch of flavor to make me actually want to go back. 2/5 for me

This is my first time at U Jerk and it is amazing. Visiting from out of town, we were driving around the city and saw this on the corner and it looked like the perfect hole in the wall spot. The chicken wrap was phenomenal. Perfect spice and sauce flavor. And the check in cutler platter was also incredible. Soo much chicken. Highly recommend.

The food was great, I had the loaded veggie fries, very very delicious and it was a meal in itself. My husband had the sea food wrap and enjoyed every bite. Great portions for price and friendly and quick service. Thank You, U Jerk and Chris I will be back again and again.

First off this guy who was working there with glasses, I think he was the manager keep staring at my white girlfriend making her feel very uncomfortable. She wasn't even ordering, I was...As for the food it wasn't anything special in fact it was trash.I felt I wasted my money on this non authentic Jamaica food...
