Ordered a wardrobe. But it came without the shelves. I had to pay extra for the shelves, which then took 2+ months to arrive. After spending nearly $800 and 1 day assembly. I was still living with my cloths on the ground for over 2 months. The only compensation fantastic furniture offered was free delivery for the shelves. Which should have come ‘as-standard’ seeing as I couldn’t take them home with me when I initially bought the wardrobe. Absolutely shocking respect for the customer! Would never shop again here

I had a bad Experience with the delivery. I got my order delivered today. I was told it will be delivered between 12pm to 3 pm but it was delivered at 11:30 am and we were not home that time. I asked them to wait for 15 min. but they refused and left my order at the door. It was really heavy items that we struggled to get that in house. I had a bad experience with the delivery of fantastic furniture. Very disappointing. Never gonna buy anything from here.

Just absolutely horrible! I ordered a mattress with them and they just shipped it off to some random third party who probably doesn’t exist and now won’t respond to me!!! Disgusting

Fantastic prices!! Got an absolute stunner of a set for a super low price moving into my new house. But the best part is the guys down the back! They go absolutely out of their way to get your stuff quickly and are so efficient even when there is quite a few people waiting. Also go out of their way to help you get stuff into the vehicle! They deserve so much recognition! Great job guys!

I was really impressed with the mattress we got from fantastic. We were a little concerned that their stock was going to be cheap and nasty but having bought and slept on the mattress for around a fortnight now i'm well impressed. Especially with the mattress coming in at around half the price of the other being shops.

Delivery was on time and delivery service was outstanding. I live in an apartment and had ordered a 3 seater couch. The delivery guys did what they could to get it in the elevator but unfortunately didn’t fit. Was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it up but they asked me if there were any stairs and said they’d try that. They carried a whole assembled couch up 3 flights of stairs!! It was so heavy and a hard job but they did an amazing job at getting it up and inside my apartment with nothing breaking.

We needed the furnitures in our house for this weekend and we were promised that the lounge, dining table and coffee table would be delivered today. We made the full payment before one month and I even took a day off from my work as they needed someone to be at home for the delivery. But as the delivery arrived, we only received the dining table and coffee table, and the guys who delivered said those were the only items they were handed. As I called the store and asked what’s happening with the lounge, they said the lounge was meant to arrive from Sydney warehouse last Wednesday but didn’t, and will be delivered when it arrives next. It was so frustrating as the delivery was mainly booked for the lounge since the tables would just fit in our car. I do understand that sometimes things do not go as planned but it would have been a bit respectful if they had given us a call on Wednesday or yesterday to inform that the lounge would not be delivered today. I would not need to take a day off and could get everything delivered at once. The whole day just got wasted for nothing. We are sending these tables back and get the refund. Never ever going to shop with Fantastic Furniture again. Only the name is Fantastic, not the service.

Have a bad experience here. I was called regarding to change pick up store as I closed to other store. Instead of working with other store she asked to cancel the order get refund and purchase it again with the other shop. For the owner or fantastic furniture if bad customer service your store losing customer. I bought furniture here many time some of the furniture have problems I don't mind of getting it fix but bad customer service I will just lose your customer forever.
