After very long time we visited this restaurant for the dinner. We are also in the food industry so tbh that food was fresh and really fantastic, great customer service and the manager was very helpful. Best Wishes from Mr Nachy

Great atmosphere and friendly staff here, who let us know they're planning to add to their vegan selection soon, and even asked if we'd like to contribute ideas. The food was delicious, and we're happy that they have vegan options.

1st time we've been and we had a lovely time. Would definitely go again. It's my aim to try the scorpion curry.

We absloutely love this place the staff are incredible with us and our son who is autistic they go above and beyond in every way shape and form and the food is always impeccable we tend to come around 5.30 as it is more quiet for our son but even when we came on one occasion when it was busy they were fantastic we are always here even though we have now moved out of sandy this is the curry house we choose everytime. Space is beautiful and always spotless. The new guys who are working there are also doing really well and clearly are having fanatic training well done guys your smashing it x

The Ivory Lounge is a lovely restaurant with a relaxing environment to dine in. The service is very professional and friendly and, most importantly, great food. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate any food allergies and intolerances. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend The Lounge. We have been twice in the last month for 2 birthdays, and both times we absolutely loved it. Food is delicious, and I think its reasonably priced (table of 7, starters mains and a few sides, plus 11 drinks averaged out at £25 a head) The staff are all really lovely, bartenders and waiters, im sure the kitchen staff are too, we just don't get to see them lol. The young lads (school age ) waiters do such a great job as well, all lovely and polite, smartly kept, so nice to see. We order takeaway from here too and we are never disappointed.

Really nice restaurant to eat in at and get take away from. Lots of vegetarian options and always good service.

Shan was great food was nice. Some issues with the order but the staff were polite and attentive and sorted it in the end.

Waited for 2 hours. Service was awful. Staff kept lying to me about how long it would take saying that it was only 5 minutes until my food was done. I proceeded to wait for another hour before leaving. There were several other people who had also waited over an hour and a half / 2 hours to get food. The worst service I have ever experienced.

We regularly order from here. Best tasting Indian in Sandy in our opinion. Prices are good, quality of food is consistently excellent. Never had any gristle or hard, chewy fatty pieces in the meat. Cheapest way to order is through their own website, and you'll get a discount if you collect too. If you have any questions, do give them a call and someone will be more than happy to help you with any dietary requirements

Only 4 stars overall as I've only had takeaway so far! Excellent quality food and good range of dishes. Menu is excellent and all marked up with allergens which for someone with Coeliac is amazing! Well done and thank you! 😊

We went and dined for the first time tonight and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful environment, welcoming, polite staff and some of the best Indian dishes I've had. We could tell it was made to order by how fresh it all was. We will definitely be returning and ordering through takeaway too.

Not happy it's new year eve I paid £53 They forgot a dish I got it 5 minutes which was OK but then I had a nother problem they said it was busy they would take my details I said don't worry and wished them a happy new year Shan't be ordering again

been using this place for years even before it changed but this will be the last time.lucky if there was 1 table spoon of aloo chat the korma tasted like it was watered down and old the rice was ok what a shame never again. shame i cant give 0 stars

Absolutely Outstanding Vegan Food - wow, was so happy to see proper vegan options on the menu, and a good selection at that....with vegan items properly noted in the menu and labelled up on delivery. Portions were generous with large chunks of tofu in the curries. Special mention goes to the vegan dhansak, wow, absolutely class. Food absolutely delicious, great menu, friendly delivery driver, on time and food all nice and hot...cant wait to order again and come and eat in sometime soon. Cheers :-)

Just had a takeaway from here ordered chicken tikka in our dishes got plain chicken charged for tika not good chicken so dry too😡

After driving over 100 miles we came to rest at Ivory Lounge Sandy. The welcome we received was exemplary, friendly and informal. The menu was varied and reasonably priced and the service was faultless. The food itself was excellent and well cooked. So I am more than happy to join the others in giving Ivory Lounge their well deserved five stars. ( Even if the owner did come from the wrong side of the river )

We fancied a change of restaurant tonight and ordered a takeaway from here. No going back now. Our food was absolutely brilliant. It arrived when they said it would too. Top notch.

Disappointed?? You bet!! After waiting in the restaurant an extra 20 mins past their confirmed pick up time, with no apology I was looking forward to what is normally a very good meal. Opened at home to find that this is what represents £10 worth of starters. 1 prawn and 7 dry scraps of ‘shredded chicken’

Just had a lamb tikka madras delivered bang on time. Delicious, just the right madras heat with a wonderful background slight sweetness. To blast away my cough! Thank you Ivory Lounge will be coming back for more!

Used to be excellent, last meal was not great. Meat was sparse and sauce bland, probably won't use again.
