Really, really good (authentic Italian style) pizza. So glad we finally have a decent pizza takeaway in town. I got this with their lunch collection for £5.99 and I can't say I've had a pizza this nice for that price anywhere. Outstanding stuff right here guys so can highly recommend you give it a try!

Very good thin pizza. Base is flexible (not strong) but there's no oil under the base like in Domino's. Big plus for Extra layer of protection via paper sheet underneath so pizza is not touching dusty cardboard directly. Edges were not so round and crispy like on owner's pictures but probably due to 40 people in front of me with waiting time of over 1h Friday evening. Huge demand. Congratulations for business idea. So now instead of going to zizzy we can order great food from Biggleswade.

Had takeaway from Fireaway several times. Great pizza, sides and deserts. Milkshakes are excellent too. I had one bad experience more recently that was dealt with promptly and professionally. Shout out to the fantastic halloumi salad 👌

Expansive menu giving lots of options on there which is great. Fresh and tasty ingredients and really delicious pizzas for a VERY reasonable price. Staff are really friendly too and I love that this place is right on our doorstep. Service was quick! Going to continue to support this new business as much as I can! Delivery was 15 minutes late. But they delivered extra pepperoni pizza for an apology! Food was outstanding! Will order again and again! Delivery guy looked like a super model! Should of asked his number)))))

Definitely in my top two pizza places in Biggleswade. It regularly has good offers, the pizza is top notch and the staff are friendly.

Been 4 or 5 times now and it gets worse every time. Wrong toppings on the pizza a number of times, and when I ordered a milkshake today, the guy in chefs uniform served me, not the guy who was meant to be on the till. Whilst it was being made, the other guy was running up and down the store, sliding around on his shoes. Service has always been pretty poor and the food is average.

I've ordered here probably 3 times now and everytime there's been a problem. I let it slide the first few couple of times, but clearly it's a trend. My orders are never exactly as asked, often there's ingredients missing and only when you ask where they are, will you be told they don't have anymore of that. I can't comment on delivery as I've always chosen collection, but it's always late. The last time I went in they didn't even start making my pizza until after the chosen collection time, even though I was sitting right in front of them!! I would definitely recommend going for domino's instead if you want good, reliable pizza. My only positive comment is that the milkshakes are good.

Came in for pizza yesterday when the 2 lads were super busy, they were calm and helpful and the food was lovely thank you!

Ordered twice for delivery from Fireaway now. The first time was soon after this branch had opened and we were obviously prepared for teething issues. But today it was clear that not a lot has changed. Incredibly slow, even by the unambitious standard they set themselves for a delivery time (~90 mins, on a Sunday night), still late. At least 1h 45m...to deliver one pizza. It's a shame because the food is great, but by the time you receive it you've lost your appetite.

Arrived to collect my order and pizza was just about to landed in the oven🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Quait bad time keeping! Previously missed mashmellows few times, obviously extra payment was required. In overall pizza was very tasty!

Only just discovered this little gem!! How did we manage before. The family is usually picky about our pizzas but cannot fault these delicious pizzas and the chicken is amazing. We turned up 2 minutes before they closed and the lovely staff still cooked our food to perfection.

Stick with Domino’s or have a bowl of cereal. Liked the branding and what this company is trying to be however……. Tried ordering a week ago and app and website had crashed with staff not able/willing to take a phone order. Tonight, not impressed with the pizza. Toppings frozen/mass produced from the cheaper end of the catalogue. Pizza base was great and the pizza oven makes a difference but l very mediocre pizza and topping. Cookies 🍪 however we’re disgusting! Cold and again mass produced garbage. Worst cookie I’ve ever had. No confirmation text or email and had to ring to confirm order with staff taking ages to to confirm basic information. This company needs to focus on quality control and processes and less on branding 🤦🏻 Will not use this service again 🤷🏻

Great pizzas and service. Aylesha is fantastic and makes them perfectly. Also, a big mention to the manager Morgan who is very helpful and the rest of the wonderful staff. My regular trip and dinner for the family on Tuesdays.

Ordered from here twice delivery and walk in items missing from order said they will call back but never no refund. Ordered a salad at walk in no gloves was used poor hygiene. the service and quality is shocking for what you pay for.

Just a shambles. Ordered 3 pizzas and a side, had to go back twice because the pizzas were not finished or just wrong and then when finally got something resembling what I ordered, the potato wedges were raw. Waste of time and money. 17/9 I have emailed you as requested but have not received a response.

Amazing quality food, super tasty and great service. Usually super quick service, and even when they are busy they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Nothing beats a Queen Margherita from here. So much better than places like dominos, flavour and value!

A great bunch of guys making some of the best pizza I've had outside of Italy! Sometimes things go wrong when it's really busy but they are always quick to apologise and compensate for mistakes. My only issue is that I can't stop coming back!

Placing an order with friends at around 8:30pm, about to check out at 8:50pm and it says restaurant not taking orders. They close down on Just Eat way too early. It says their closing time is 9:30pm, which is a little bit extreme for a pizza place. In fact I think that's why we never ordered from there in the first place, they're always closed and domino's is always open. Won't bother again. Took too long to order items because its almost impossible to know what their item menus are since they haven't bothered putting them on their Instagram highlights, such as the sides and deserts. Instead got to spend ages going through photos on ig and fb tryna figure out what is what. Images help. We can't order quickly blindly.

As of 2021, currently the best pizza in Biggleswade. Nice soft, but crisp crust, the chicken with garlic and parmesan side is great and worth a try.

Only one place I'll be going for my pizzas now, FIREAWAY!! Great choice of toppings and the tastiest pizza base too. Such good value for money also. Exceeded my expectations and already planning.my next visit. Staff were friendly and helpful and helped.make the whole experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't already been.

Order every Friday night and always late always burnt always come up with an excuse, this pizza is supposed to be double cheese which I pay extra for. At the start they got everything right but started to get worse now just abysmal. Last time I'll be ordering.

Checked this place out as a recommendation from a friend. If I could give the food itself a higher rating I would as I think it’s absolutely delicious. Milkshakes are thicc and the flavour of the pizzas are great HOWEVER. Ordering from this place is a MASSIVE ball ache. Despite open hours being from 12pm until 10pm, they only have delivery from 5pm until 9pm except delivery ISN’T from 5 until 9 it is merely whenever they have drivers. Extremely unpredictable and as someone who cannot drive, it is excruciatingly frustrating. Recently, I tried to place an order at 5:11pm and no delivery option was coming up, I phoned and they said they weren’t having a driver come in until 6pm - possibly later. No guarantee. 15 minutes before 6pm I phone up to place an order and said I knew it was early but could I place an order with them now so it would be ready for when the driver came in, the response? “We don’t take orders over the phone” so you HAVE to use the website/app in order to place an order to begin with and why do they even bother having a phone in the first place. Completely inconvenient. Not only all of this, but the past 3 times I have ordered, the order has shown up an hour and a half after I placed the initial order and over half an hour over the delivery slot THEIR WEBSITE OFFERED ME. No apologies from anyone, no reasons offered as to why it’s late. Just shows up whenever it feels like it, good luck tracking it as well because the tracker will tell you your order is being prepped for about an hour and the app will ping you 45 minutes after your order has arrived to say your order has been delivered. Rarely have I encountered a place with such nice food with utterly poor service. Fireaway, if you see this, please do better.
