This place has a completely different vibe than any other urgent care I’ve ever been to, and I can’t help but love that! All the guys are extremely friendly and down to earth, I feel like I’m being treated like a person and patient instead of a number in line. I came in for (what I thought) was a standard case of strep throat and later came to find that it was something more on top of that. When I called them to come back in, the doctor was the one that answered, he remembered me and told me to come back in right away! Then actually remembered me and my case from days prior. They took great care of me and I would highly recommend coming here over other urgent cares.

I had an awesome experience here!! The staff were all incredibly friendly and so kind. They got me in right away and were actively listening to my symptoms and needs. They helped me with some IV fluids due to dehydration and the EMT that administered my IV was very professional and did a great job finding a good vein on my arm! Barely even hurt! I felt really safe and comfortable being taken care of by these people! Thank you all SO much! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone that's able to make it there! WAY better than the last ER visit I had elsewhere.

Highly recommend! They are new, but I went twice in the past month - once for my injury and a follow-up visit for suture removal. I even called in between visits about a concern. They were amazing throughout my entire experience. They were always attentive and seemed to genuinely care about giving me the best care and my healing. The best experience I've had at an urgent care. Our family will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The best experience I have ever had when going to an ER or Urgent care by far! Every single person that I interacted with from the intake process to the discharge process was very professional and genuine (genuinely kind, caring, helpful, and honest). I showed up to this location an hour and a half before they closed on a Monday evening after a bad mountain biking accident and the staff got me right in an went to work. I was there about 2 hours and ended up receiving 19 stitches in my face. The female Dr. that treated me did an amazing job as well as PA that assisted her. This is probably the first time I have ever left a review for anything as I do not take the time to write a review but this time my experience was so positive I felt it necessary to write a review. If you need to go to an urgent care I highly recommended going to this location! You will not regret it!

Love this place, best urgent care I've gone too. They took my concerns seriously, the most sympathetic care and in depth care I've had. Danielle I believe her name was, was amazing. She really listened to me, took my pain seriously, worked around me having a toddler with me, and made me feel like my concerns were valid, while also being super kind and sweet. Owen was also amazing, really helped with my anxiety about going to the doctors and made it feel like a personal experience

The absolute best medical care I have ever received. Very fast. Super kind and understanding staff. They really listened to what I needed and considered my knowledge and opinions in making a plan for treatment. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I will never go to another urgent care!

The staff here are all amazing! They are so quick, friendly, and thorough. My entire visit for a fractured foot took less than an hour. They gave me a referral for a podiatrist in the area and provided me several options to care for my foot. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff for anyone in need. Thank you all and you all deserve a raise! 😀

This urgent care is fantastic. I have seen them for medical care two different times and had a great experience with both providers. I was seen right away and treated with kindness and validation, which seem hard to find in the medical world these days. Grateful to have this spot in my neighborhood!

I rate this urgent care 10 stars. Exceptional care! My nurse, Sam, was incredible. I went in with a UTI and slightly embarrassed to discuss my urinary issues. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, KIND and immediately I felt at ease! My Provider entered the room with a welcoming smile. He educated me about my condition and offered several suggestions to stay healthy. He was easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversation. WOW a doctor that actually listened to me!!! Wonderful experience! I will definately return with my health care issues!!!

Best, easiest experience for an urgent care - friendly as soon as I walked in the door and processes were simple and quick. Everything was clean and organized and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful about everything from insurance/ costs to medical expertise. Owen, Magdalena, Heather, and Kramer were all so great in each of their areas and even kept me laughing through a less than ideal experience. Hope I don’t have to be back but glad I know it and these people are here for unlucky situations!

This urgent care was the most amazing experience I’ve had at any urgent care before ever. The staff is incredibly sweet and caring. They are so non-judgmental every single staff member truly cares and I recommend this place to everybody hands-down. I’ve been there four times and they are thorough and quick. They make sure the job gets done right and you’re feeling better quickly. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. McDonald & Staff were absolutely 100% professional, pleasant, and most of all amazing. Dr. McDonald provides outstanding communication skills along with just being a kind and very compassionate Doctor. I feel completely healed and back to feeling like myself again. I've been to several urgent cares in the area and this one is my favorite one. We have been going to this place for a while now and they're always super helpful and great to me and my kids. It's for a different vibe and everyone who works there are super down to earth. I will definitely be recommending to any of my friends or family

I had a pretty bad cut on my leg. My daughter was very nervous. Pat, Owen and Chris made us both feel so at ease. Pat stitched up my leg so quickly and so well. Owen gave us great and thorough after-care instructions. I really had the most pleasant (as can be expected) experience. See you again for my 26 stitches removal!!!

This team treated my 4-year old son last week for strep throat, and they also treated me yesterday for what I thought was strep but turned out to be the Flu. Both visits were AMAZING. Each time we were in and out within 30 minutes with our prescriptions in hand. We are both feeling much better and I am so grateful for the excellent service we received from the whole team. 10/10 would recommend!

Owen has the best bedside manner I've had the privilege of experiencing, ever. He was informative, thorough, and witty. All things that I very much appreciate. This was the fastest visit to an urgent care center in my life. Great job to everyone on staff.

I was in and out in 45 minutes with a script to heal my condition on a holiday no less 🙌 they listened to everything I had to say and explained why they were doing the testing they did and what they were looking for and to follow up with a specialist based on the condition. Not to mention being incredibly friendly (not how most urgent care staff are) This is the best urgent care I've ever been to 6/5 stars. It's been 24 hours and I'm already feeling tons better and it was wonderful to start my healing with people who care

What a great experience my visit was! All three of the gentlemen who helped me were kind, funny, knowledgeable and professional. I knew I was in good hands, and I really enjoyed my time with them! I wish everyone could be that amazing everywhere I go! That location is further away from me than others but the drive to west metro is worth it!

Absolutely the best urgent care we have ever been to. We are just visiting Colorado, but these folks took excellent care of us. Their competence was clearly evident. What stood out even more was their friendliness and supportive attitude. This place is clearly a top notch urgent care!

Gavin and Pat are amazing! I’ve been to West Metro twice now, once after an anxiety attack and another time for suture removal from a dog bite, and I’ve felt extremely cared for both times. They’re down to earth, easy to talk to and truly care about their patients. I would recommend anyone to come here, I’ve been to other urgent care facilities and they don’t begin to compare to Gavin and Pat (and I’m sure the rest of the team as well). Thanks West Metro! ☺️

The PAC that treated me was very nice, and spent time telling me about what to expect as my illness progressed and when to expect feeling better. She was correct about her predictions to the day. Additionally, she asked some of the standard “how are you feeling psychologically” questions with the standard doctor “these aren’t leading questions, even though they are” tone. However, she did a fantastic job of setting her sights when I answered one of the questions in a way that could have signaled a mental health issue. There is none, but I did appreciate that she took the time to listen to my answers and dig deeper when there may have been an issue.

The staff, the facility; all very clean and very professional. i have never had such a good experience at any doctors office ever and this is an urgent care. Diane Mcdonald is hands down one of the greatest Doctors i have ever had the privilege of getting to work with. The entire staff does everything to make you feel comfortable and welcomed even though you are there for a negative reason. i 100% recommend anyone in this area, or not in this area, come to this urgent care if the services are needed. :)

We were seen quickly and tests performed with fast results. Owen and Diane were both very friendly and knowledgeable and made my girl feel comfortable and welcomed. My daughter told me she really liked them both. Even though they were joking to make her feel better, and me too, they were very professional. Nice to have this clinic so close to home and be seen immediately. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
