I'm someone who used to think of the gym as a torture chamber that I avoided for a lifetime due to anxiety and self-conscious ineptitude. So when I say I now actively look forward to planning my week around my workouts at Trufusion, I want that sentiment to hold real weight to whoever is reading this and has had gym anxiety themselves. The space itself has a great layout and atmosphere-almost spa-like. The front desk workers are congenial and helpful. I've only been a member for 4 months, but I've tried most classes and every instructor has been passionate, welcoming, and non-judgemental, while maintaining their own unique style and teaching method. The sheer variety of different yoga, pilates, cardio, meditation, circuit training, weight training, barre and boot camp classes you can take is impressive and guarantees you can customise your own fun, varied, and uniquely challenging workout schedule every week. There are also many special classes like headstand, the science of yoga, and sound bath therapy offered each month either free or around the price of a normal drop-in class. The idea of working out in a community setting used to intimidate me, but I quickly realised we are all focused on our own form and practice while on the mat, and I find myself motivated to not give up during workouts so that I can in turn motivate my classmates to either side of me to keep going strong too. Trufusion has been a great way to mingle with a positive and uplifting group of people! You definitely want your own mat, indoor cycling shoes, towels, ect. or else these are available for a small fee at the front desk. Stuff like exercise bands, blocks, weights and good vibes are all provided! Trufusion is a gem and I'm so happy I found this workout community- I'm hooked!

Cool studio. Fantastic location. Friendly front desk. Would recommend it to try at minimum. But just to give an honest perspective; truly one of the worst hot yoga classes I have taken. I was thinking “when will this be over”. I work out at a few Denver studios (Barry’s, Viv cycle, soul cycle) so I do have high expectations. The instructor would call you out in front of everyone directly rather than subtly. If “I’m standing by you, you need to…” Very robotic. Zero “yogi” voice, not soothing at all. Lights on and bright??? Instructor wasn’t practicing on a mat which means you can rely on verbal cues or others in the class, not in sync at all. And there is something not meditative when you keep using the word meditative. Just not a warm and connected practice at all. They also take your drivers license for the whole first class, very strange they need to hang on to that. I forgot mine walking out and had to drive back. Really unnecessary thing to do that no other studios I have been to do.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and absolutely love it. It is super easy to book classes on their app. Parking is free and easy in a nearby parking structure. The instructors are top notch and there is a wide wide variety of classes. Before going here I hated working out, but I finally found a studio and classes that work for me.

The team at TruFusion Denver is amazing! Whether on the phone, email or in-person, they are welcoming, kind, encouraging, informed & available to answer any questions and guide through the experience and studio. On top of the excellent customer service, the instructors are fantastic. I practiced with 3 different ones, all with unique styles focused on strength, balance & mindfulness. Love this studio- absolutely would recommend!

Extremely happy with the quality and variety of classes. Love the heated rooms as well. The pilates and yoga are my favorites so far. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout. If workout classes are more your style than a traditional gym, this is a great place because of the variety offered.

Fabulous studio and location. The staff are friendly and the instructors are passionate and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm is contagious. The Trufusion approach to fitness integrates yoga and pilates moves into almost every class. The workouts are very challenging. I feel stronger and more balnced because every class thoroughly works each muscle group to exhaustion. I highly recommend if you are serious about getting into excellent shape.

My friend talked me into coming to the Trigger Point Recovery Yoga class and after reading the description, I was sure I was going to die, but since I said I would go, I did. Well, that Trigger Point Recovery class is my FAVORITE!! Yes, it seems intense to be at 100°F and 40% humidity but at that heat, your muscles relax and you can stretch more. You also foam roll and then stretch again. This is EXACTLY what my body needs. I do wish it was offered at other times besides 1015a on Mon and Thurs because it's hard to get to if you have a typical 8a-5p schedule. I also like their Vinyasa and Yin classes. I have taken their cycle class, but I love their yoga classes hands down!

Really like that she encouraged us to say hi to our neighbor and say our name. It was nice to meet and talk to someone after class. And the class was fantastic… kicked my butt and made my legs shake!!!

Cat is a phenomenal and gifted instructor! I took her Krea class today. Krea is a unique and powerful mind cleansing yoga. It is energizing and calming at the same time leaving you uplifted and relaxed. The delivery of her cues is spot on to help you rise to the next level. I highly recommend trying it!

I am borderline OBSESSED with this place!!! The teachers, the music, the classes, the energy, It's a VIBE. It is everything I have been searching for. I haven't taken a class that I didn't love or didn't kick my butt. There's something for everyone. I truly appreciate the variety in Asana's that the teachers provide in Yoga. Each yoga class I've taken have been so unique and create the ability to expand, breathe, && connect in the juicy ways some of us students long for! Thank you TruFusion <3 You have a member for life! Keep up the amazing work :)

I just started coming here and have only tried heated barre and hot yoga, but so far I love it. The studios are nice, I love the heated classes, and there’s a free parking garage. All of the classes I’ve been to have been great and it’s awesome that there’s such a variety in one studio. It definitely has the “corporate fitness studio” vibe where the experience is pretty anonymous, but whether that’s for you or not is a personal preference.

I LOVE this place. There is a huge variety of classes for all levels, including Mantra Meditaton. The I staff are warm and professional and very well trained. I especially love the yoga program. I have never done hot yoga or barre before but it is nice! Not as uncomfortable as you might think and very cleansing (shower required afterward). The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The spin bikes are the best I've ever used. Check it out. The first class is free.

I am so glad that I found TruFusion just over a year ago! It has given me such a well rounded workout experience - from yoga, to Pilates, to cycling, to HIIT classes, and so much more. The facility is so clean and the staff are friendly, helpful, supportive, and available. The general manager Cat creates an atmosphere of inclusion for everyone. There is such a sense of community at TruFusion, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Had a great yoga class with Callie! The space is neat with lots of different fitness options- spin, barre, HITT, etc. Parking can be tough in the area but the garage makes it easy. I wish they had towels to borrow since the yoga class was heated, but I’m sure that laundry adds up quickly with the number of classes they have!

Tried out lots of fitness studios in Denver through classpass and this one was by far my favorite!! So many different classes and talented instructors. They are intentional about forming community and give back so much to their members, with fun events and opportunities to meet everyone it’s so much more than just the workouts.

After my longtime fitness studio closed early in the pandemic, I knew I needed to find a new home when things opened up again. After a suggestion from a friend, I did the month trial and was hooked. As a multi-passionate athlete and someone who likes many types of classes, this was it. The fact that I can take so many types of classes under one roof is amazing and nothing else like it in the city. I love this community!

I recently attended my second Barefoot Bootcamp class, and I couldn't be more impressed, especially with the fantastic instructor, Catherine. The class seamlessly combined strength training and cardio, making it an engaging and effective workout. Catherine's clear instructions and meticulous modeling of each move made it incredibly easy for me, as a newcomer, to follow along. Her teaching style created a comfortable environment, and I felt at ease throughout the entire session. I'm already looking forward to my next visit – highly recommend for both beginners and more advanced fitness enthusiasts!

I love everything about this gym! There’s a huge variety of classes and all of the instructors have been amazing. The front desk is always welcoming and helpful. Every class has pushed me and I finally feel like I am getting in better shape. I love the vibes, the music, the lights and how much care the staff takes to keep the studio clean. I highly recommend this gym!

I have been going for about a month now. I’m getting the body I want. There are plenty of options to get past my plateaus to a degree. The yoga instructors make the heart and soul of this place. They are top notch. I can usually get into any class if I plan a little. It’s a nice looking facility and clean enough. Plenty of parking in the garages. Fun stuff nearby. The staff is welcoming and helpful when you need it. On to the negatives. Since I have been to very similar gyms for years I have comparisons. 1. These are very sleepy classes. Not all, but most. From barre to cycling to pilates…Time of day and instructor help vary this but this gym is really quiet all around with plenty of yawning in classes. It can be really tough to stay motivated. This isn’t normal. 2. The age range and racial distribution is narrow. Most classes are very young white women. Which isn’t “bad” necessarily but it makes me pretty uncomfortable. Not really the gyms fault but I think an additional location in town could probably help. 3. I worry about staff infections a lot. I sense they don’t actually clean all the equipment and I’m always the only one wiping stuff off after class. I’ll get the courage to ask them tomorrow. 4. The toilets often don’t flush. The water fountains need new components. It’s a lot of traffic for a facility so it would be hard to keep up. Ultimately, I’ll keep going. The yoga alone is worth the cost and 30min drive. You can get what you need here and it’s a nice community of folks.

I started going here 2 weeks ago and I've done 11 classes, cardio dance, trigger point, yin, sculpt, kettlebooty, and barre. Every class has been well taught and really fun. The studio itself is beautiful, well maintained and even though I'm much older (44) than most of the other people that attend, everyone has been very welcoming and kind. I love this place!

I took a hot pilates class and I have quite a bit to say about it.. As someone who has been consistently taking pilates classes for the last 8 months and has visited several different businesses, I feel like I know a bit about pilates and how the classes usually go. Pilates is supposed to be 3-5+ second counts, so everything is super slow and controlled and all about resistance. This class was the complete opposite. It was WAY more yoga based, and close to a hot yoga sculpt class but at the same time it wasn't even that because we didn't "flow" at all. The room was PACKED with close to 30-40 people? Which equals not a lot of personal space and waiting in line just to put your equipment back. I've done mat pilates before and we never used weights... because you don't normally in pilates where as for this class we used weights the entire time. We basically did a fitness class/cardio class/hot yoga sculpt class all in one. We did a cardio burst in the middle of class which is also common to hot yoga sculpt. We had ONE MINUTE to cool down after 59 minutes of a heated class. Overall, I will not be back. It's so busy and so expensive, there's so many other places or small businesses I would much rather support.
