Came to pick up an order and all the lights were off and employees were laying down in the lobby. The guy at the window was filling a drink for himself and ignored us at the drive thru

I’m not the type to leave a bad review unless it’s needed. This location is by far the worst location I have ever been too. I didn’t even get to play my order. I pulled up to the drive through and heard scoffing on the other end then someone say “I recommend you pull out”. So I did. I’m not going to be treated in a disrespectful manner let alone have some punk teenager sit there and give attitude. I’m taking my money elsewhere. This location needs to be shut down ASAP.

I went on my lunch break to get food stood at the counter for about 10 min. While the Hispanic workers talk s*** in Spanish about me and I understand Spanish. Ordered my food waited 10 minutes and left never got my money or my food

This place is trash. The shift manager I came in contact with needs to be demoted or fired. The staff needs to be trained on how to do orders correctly. They messed up on my families order so many times and give out random number when you ask for the owners number. They missed parts of my order and parts on the remake, they gave hard shell taco supremes when we asked for regular soft tacos, one item was only half the size. This taco bell needs to be shut down.

I forgot why I stopped coming, But today was my reminder 40 min- to order and pay- receive 3 chalupas… I work on a restaurant on Saturdays morning. I have for years and I understand when you have a busy restaurant or new staff training etc BUT there was a car Infront on me when I got there. 1 car. And I still didn’t get my 3 items till 40 min after…

I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:46 this morning and sat there for a few minutes. I said hello a few times and no response. Google and Taco Bells app said the store opens at 9am online. I drove through and someone was inside, not paying attention. I then drove around to the front and the doors were locked. I saw two others cars doing the same thing, and they drove away, as did I.

Ordered a few of the beef melted cheese dipping tacos with my normal order, looks like they just tossed some cheese on the broken tacos shells with some dry beef inside. Not sure what’s going on here.

Staff is never happy or inviting they don't acknowledge incoming customers and again seems like they make it a point to avoid customers in the lobby. It seems they don't start delivery orders until the delivery driver arrives making them wait 10 to 15 minutes for something that should be ready or started before arrival plenty of other restaurants have figured it out but taco bell just seems to get worse and worse every year. Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite places but now they seem to have lost their way.

Don’t come to this one during lunch if you wanna be harassed and flirt with by a guy in the drive thru with a dead tooth. I came one day and felt very uncomfortable when he made comments about me then a few weeks later my family member went and got flirt with as well and made her uncomfortable. Someone needs to get this guy to stop.

Just went through the drive through and ordered food. Our food was made quick and it was good. Lots of cheese in the tacos. I love that! Staff was friendly and fast. Great job!

Worst taco bell in the area. You will spend no less than 45 minutes in the drive through. "It's going to be a long wait". That should be the catch phrase of this franchise. 50/50 chance the order is correct. Update: After waiting 45 minutes in the drive through, and getting home (15 minutes away) we realized they shorted us an entire meal. They gave us the drink, but didn't include any of my kids tacos that we paid for. They also didn't give me a receipt in my bag, so now I can't even prove that we were charged $20 + for tacos we didn't recieve. Avoid this location!! They make you wait, then rip you off.

Other Taco Bell’s need to take notes from these folks because this is hands-down the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Every time I come here the food is hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff is always friendly and in a great mood! Thank you!

Very vary sad when your employer arguing with a customer an telling her that his necklace is worth more than what she was wearing an he drive a nicer car than her. The employer was to young to understand about life so sad. Will never go there again.

My worst Taco Bell experience yet. Staff suck. Wednesday at 11:30am no one in the drive through. It took 12 minutes before the man on the speaker could take my order. (I ordered 6 tacos and 3 drinks) 8 minutes later waiting at the window I am given a single taco in a bag and she slams the window. It takes her 2 minutes to realize I am still sitting there. I had to ask for each of my items 1 by 1. Each time she gave me a single item she would slam the window and walk away like her job was done. It took me 36 minutes all in for 6 tacos, 2 baja blasts and a strawberry cream slush. The strawberry cream slush was just strawberry I was unable to explain to her it needed cream. She was insistent that menu item does not exist. Both Baja blasts were just sparking water as their syrup must have run out. 2 tacos were just meat, they forgot the other ingredients. 0/10. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell but just don’t go to this location.

Ordered online here at 1 am and Google maps and the taco bell app says they are open until 2 am. But when I arrived the drive through was closed but the lights were still on in the kitchen and employees were still there. So I don't know if they are intentionally ignoring people and pretending to be closed so they don't have to work but it seems that way.

I've been to a lot of taco bells and this is the only one I've ever been to where I felt a review was needed. All my food was prepared so good and perfect and the line moved super fast. Props the the late night crew on Saturday night 8/19 you guys deserve a raise!
