Worker's did not engage ask me if I needed help, I was standing by the first person, I asked for help she referred me to the Manager who said I have to go do this first, she put like two or three items on a shelf then she started to walk away I had to say something again. Why is it in all your stores do the associates try there best not to engage any customers, you should be ashamed. Not friendly

Consistently poor, to non-existent customer service, in the automotive department. Wife came in with a road hazard warranty that was purchased on tires at this location, was told that she'd need to make an appoint for later in the week when the issue was identified today. Rather than take the time for something that is a real issue, she was brushed aside. She ended up going to the Superior, CO Walmart and they took the few extra minutes to get everything addressed and taken care of. I actually called the store to let the general manager know of the complaint we have and was placed on hold and then disconnected. I called back and another hold, but eventually they did come to the phone and addressed the complaint. Was told we'd receive a follow up from them...we will see.

Do not trust Walmart math when you are comparison shopping. I was looking at Walmart brand Ibuprofen. I found a 2 pack of 100 tablets each. The price tag shows 1.1 cents per unit. It was the best price per unit they had. Now 200 tablets at 1.1 cents per unit would be $2.20. However, the price tag says $4.28. I went to customer service to ask if they would honor the per unit price. The first 2 people would not answer the question and the 3rd person was a "coach". He would not honor the price tag because, "we do no know what they are considering a unit to be." 1 - Walmart corporation and systems need to learn how to do basic math. 2 - Walmart corporation and management at all levels need a little lesson in honor and integrity. King Soopers would not pull that stunt. They would honor the price tag and then take it down.

Another wonderful day shopping in Lafayette. If you can’t find what you are looking for, you probably don’t need it. Didn’t spend a lot today, a few items to get by. Shopped in the morning, smart, not many customers.

Wow very bad management or help from staff. They only have 1 key 🔑 for fitting room and the person who has keys is on lunch break . They ask us to wait for 30 min . Upon asking , if their manager has spare keys or not ? They said No, we only have one key. So bad management . Thanks to open restrooms, I have to take my friend Kid in restroom for trying out clothes. So sad poor experience 😒

An extremely large Walmart with everything you need, even if you are a tourist/adventurer visiting Colorado. They also have vision, automotive and pharmacy departments here. Prices are quite low and the selection is quite good for all products you can think of, including clothing (for babies too), snacks, fishing gear, dairy, meats, sports, ammunition, fruits and vegetables etc. They also have ample parking.

Called multiple times to tell them that the sausage I had purchased on 1/16 was bad a month ago!!! No one picked up, so - check expiration dates folks! A month!

Plenty of parking plus there are a couple of great eateries in the plaza and generally not too busy if you're shopping around for multiple occasions or picking up prescriptions etc.

This walmart has the best staff, as soon as you walk in the 2 regular ladies always make your day! They always have everything you need, store stays clean! And the prices are always set at best. Remember to find the clearance sections!

This is not my regular store, but they has what I needed, and the pharmacist set it up so I could get it, and not miss any meds! They were awesome!! I adore my pharmacist, but the one who helped me was very kind! Thanks to ALL!!

I own an Etsy shop and the sewing section has a trim I use for my shop. They have been out of that item for 6 months and won’t even try to restock. If you cant order it then take it out of inventory. I have had to drive clear to another city and hope they have it (when superior and longmont have been out to) or discontinue this item. Please get better at restocking or hire people who can. It’s frustrating when you JEED an item for 6 months, only to have to discontinue that item for this result.

At this point, i don’t think theres a worse store on the face of earth than Walmart but particularly, I hate this one so much. Consistently no one in the aisles to help, ever. That’s fine, I rarely need it but when I do find one, they’re totally unmotivated to help in any way. My last experience: I waited 30 minutes for a bike on the top rack for my kid. I finally just found the grabber and pulled it down myself. Had a bent wheel, fine, found a different wheel and replaced it. Tire was flat, fine, found a pump and pumped it up. Still never saw an associate. Proceeded to check out where 8374 people were waiting for the ONLY REGISTER OPEN to check out lol. Fine, I ring up at self check. Proceed to leave and the kicker to all of it, was the audacity to have an associate at the door checking receipts. I hope you all know that you’re well within your right as a paying customer to refuse to show it. I cannot fathom the amount of greed it takes for a billion dollar company to not only have no one to help and no one to ring up but also have the nerve to ask for my receipt when I leave. It’s not my responsibility to ensure I rang everything correctly. I’m not qualified for the position.

This is a big disrespect to my city and my people ! this is the product to be selling to us and everything is clean I thought it was stained but when I touched the dirt it came right off look there's one thing I understand that they take the bags away and now when there's a lot of people in the store they only have one or two lines open I get whatever right but what I don't get is when you have more than one person standing around in customer service and not even one employee can go clean the store or go find something to do but yet most the employees just be standing around and not doing anything corporate needs to go in there and figure out what's going on and fix it the way most employees be talking to customers the way they handle the rushes only having one or two lines open it's not right

Well stocked Walmart but they don’t have enough staff to run registers so I will have a full cart of groceries and have to do self check out which takes so much longer. There pick-up services take a while when you arrive but are a great service that I frequently use.

Really very Clean store, overly staffed throughout. One manned register open in the middle of the day. (Stop forcing customers to do your job while still raising prices) Employees in little groups chatting, complaining, blocking isles with their carts and equipment. Not a single employee speaks to a customer offering assistance whatsoever. They just look at your while you try to get around all the sh*t they block the paths with thru the grocery isles.

Great location! Clean and has all the products that I need on the regular basis. Only thing I didn't like is that the guy in front that checks your receipts always arguing with somebody. Strange

Why can't they pay people to check you out? I just don't understand why I have to wait in line for an hour to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of groceries and other home items. Their employees do NOT seem happy or helpful. Maybe if they started treated their employees well, and put cashiers at checkout, we'd shop there more often. As is, I try to avoid this store.

This is a staple for my grocery shopping needs. People are helpful and almost always have what I am looking for... Best part is the people watching

Still one of the consistently lowest price grocery stores and also able to get things like a new toaster when mine stopped working. I can't walk all over their huge store so I use the shop feature on line and pick up my groceries when it's convenient for me.

Bought one of the Mainstays warm apple pie candles for like $7 and some change. Would not suggest buying this candle as the wicks settle toward the glass and once relighting it shattered the glass once it got hot. This is extremely dangerous and luckily I was in the room and had it on a safe surface! Took pics if company needs to reach out. This is strictly about a product and not the store. The store was great! Barcode ending in 42363.

I Hate self check out...I do not work for Walmart!!! Especially on Satuday and Sunday more than 2 cheers should be staffed. There were 20 people stocking and 2 checkers. Long lines in self Check RIDICULOUS FOR A COMPANY THIS BIG!!!

Antonio, the manager of the Electronics and Entertainment Department, was very helpful to me. He immediately found what I was looking for, and also guided me to other items that I would need to have. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this Walmart to anyone looking for quality service and excellent employees.

I came in at 7:00 to get my headlight replaced. I explained to the asst. manager you have to remove the bumper on that side just pull it back. Also can you change my taillight it just went out also. “ yeah give us two hours” I come back two hours later my cars sitting there. I walk in and the female employee sloths in and says “ what do you need” just checking out n my car, the Malibu. Doesn’t reply just walks away. 5 minutes later the asst manager comes in and says “we can’t replace the headlight because we have to remove the bumper”. I told you that two hours ago. “ also your twilight looks good to us” so I grab my keys and say let’s check that. Turn my car on turn on my blinker walk back to where he is standing and ask if he sees a blinking light . Walk back to the drivers seat press the break peddle come back and ask if he saw a dead light. “ no sorry boss they said it worked” so you had my car for two hours and did what? “ yeah sorry boss” that’s his only response. Hopefully the Broncos don’t hire like Walmart does.

We as humans have this giving hidden sense of be common with curtain and natural abilities to have common sense. Be smart its free and it called "Common Sense" people who work hard at keeping our stores running work hard to do so. It doesn't hurt to give a hand by using common sense. Stop being lazy it not the "American" thing to do!!

Best low income budget store to buy anything you need fast and easy.

This is not a bad Walmart. I’m not a fan of the. Store in general since it’s just too big for me. But it’s a full size store. You will likely find what you need at a better price than other like stores. I will return and give it more chances. I would like less stuff from China but that just my opinion.
