Отвратительное место. И даже нет цены-качества. Заказывали жильё за два дня. В объявлении на Букинге была возможность закрытой парковки и проката велосипедов. Потребовали 250 грн предоплаты. Приехав мы обнаружили два парковочных места на !склоне! И они были заняты. Мы еле припарковались. Но когда зашли в номер, мало того, он был не такой, как на фото. Так ещё и весь пыльный, грязный. На полу лежали старые поношенные сланцы (2 пары), которые уж точно никто не обует. Холодильник, микроволновка пожелтевшие, в пыли, грязные внутри. Первое ощущение зайдя в номер - отвратительное. Вид из балкона - ремонт))) халатов в номере не было. Благо постельное белье пахло порошком. В итоге мы забрали деньги за номер !Кроме предоплаты!. Ехали, куда глаза глядят, лишь бы подальше. Хорошо что друзья в Киеве есть и было где остановиться. Никогда не приезжайте сюда, если любите грязь и дискомфорт.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Our room was dirty, smelled very bad, there was fungus in the bathroom. The place looked totally different on Booking! We've talked to the lady from the reception, she seemed to be surprised by our anger and disappointment. She claimed that pictures on Booking present only double rooms (we had four-bed room) and all other hotels in the area are much more expensive so the price is decent for the hotel conditions. I don't recommend anyone to choose this "hotel". I attach some real pictures of the room.

Good place with some minimal loft style. Guest house is placed near one of the oldest street - "Andrievsky Uzviz" Room wasn't very clean but it is not critical.

Very good 😃 Location of the best and The historic district of old Kiev and all the attractions within walking distance are located near four metro stations. Which is very convenient for foreigners for the online walking route. The staff is neat and fun. Always in touch, all the issues that I could not solve without help very quickly helped and resolved. Next time I will not look for anything, I will use this hotel with pleasure!)

Most filthy hotel I've ever visited. First night no power, second night no water, third night no wifi. We booked the hotel through a website and we could pay on site. When we came at the hotel she asked 3 times the price we agreed on. They were not helpful and gave us the most disgusting room we've stayed in. Rats are a normal thing in the lobby. Their reaction when we saw them: "don't worry. they more scared of you".. I advice you not to go to this hotel.

The room is so cold you can’t sleep,or even walk on the floor without feeling your toes are about to fall off,no service at all,even the receptionist didn’t collect the keys from me, very bad smell in the rooms
