Really no stars! I recently visited Marshall's, and unfortunately, my experience was horrendous. The main issue was the excessively long line and the registers being open for both returns and purchases. Then to top it off a super nonchalant, rude store manager. Mr. Michaels lack of courtesy and unhelpful attitude only exacerbated my disappointment with the overall shopping experience. He needs to be in the back doing stock. I hope the corporate office works on improving the service and operational efficiency to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all customers. I have obtained “corporates” number to which I will be calling to voice my complaint. If I have to write a letter I will!

The lines at check out are extremely long while the staff socialize between them or stand up looking at others. I bought a box with underwear sealed what was not checked from anybody on this store and this was something that someone already return with used underwear with even different brands. When I tried to return I realize that I need to spend at least half an hour because even if is people doing nothing they send me to do the long line with the regular customer of shopping instead of designated one cashier for return.

It’s one of my favorite stores high quality stuff at a great bargain…. So organized and verity of almost everything you need at home …. The most important thing every time you go there you see completely new stuff !!

So much packed into one store. On the right side is homegoods On the left side is Marshall's Little bit of everything Some cute kids costumes also for Halloween Halloween goods are already out Lots of people took less than 10 min to check out not so bad when I saw the line but staff gets you through quickly

Very very impressed, nice clean super organized. All the items you imagine.i really liked it. Cashiers professional & polite. Do I come back ❓ for sure I'll as often as I can

Man, I really do like this place. It has all kinds of cool stuff there. I got two shirts on closeout that I could resell on eBay for twice as much as I paid for them if I wanted to, the only downside is that it's a popular place and the lines at the checkout counters are long.

Really bad experience returning an unopened and still labeled merchindise (decorative pillow). Juanita was really unporfessional and rude complaining of my return with out the receipt. She started questioning if I always return merchandise without receipt and once she gave me the store credit she mentioned three times that this was the first and last time that I could returned an item without receipt because my licence was scan and I was already in the system.

Staff has changed drastically, employees are no help in finding things. Amongst other things, I am English speaking , I do not speak Spanish. Yet am unable to understand cashiers or speak and be understood. And all I hear is Spanish across and behind the register. Thank you.
